" SEA ICE"

2015-11-22T17:06:00.000-05:00

Thanks to Benjamin Williamson/photographer, I get to paint my favorite places. He always captures the beauty of Lookout Point in Harpswell,Maine along with so many other places he travels. He graciously gives me permission to share with you my art . Ben has a great eye and it shows through his great camera work! I love his work and hope to continue painting as long as he will allow me to bring his photography to life with my paint brush! Enjoy ~

"JEWEL"

2015-11-18T07:13:00.001-05:00

This watercolor was so peaceful to paint, listening to music and looking through the eyes of my favorite photographer Benjamin Williamson. He captured the photo and the teal green caught my eye so of course I just had to paint this Maine winter scene. This is Strawberry Creek in Harpswell, Maine and the colors are true - as the ice melts and sinks down below the water it creates this beautiful teal green. Hope you enjoy!
