And it can give people the confidence that their lives—and their bodies—can return to normal. I have to say I haven't done much exercise since my surgery May 3rd, 2011. The mental stress of going through something like this has really exhausted me. Not to mention menopause and the hot temperatures we have been having lately.<br /><br />My plan for fall 2011......Get my body back! Fortunately no mastectomy this time, radiation was recommended as a preventative measure. I am just finishing up my radiation with my last treatment being held on July 26th.
