Please pray for my roommate Tim. He is physically suffering and is not sure about his standing with God. The outlook on his health is not good.
2010-02-10 New Request From Roberta Shafer

Thank you for your prayers. My sister’s surgery went well, and the surgeon said that the lymph nodes he removed looked good visually. The pathology report on the nodes won’t come back until next week sometime, so I would appreciate continued prayers for Kathy’s health. Also, they haven’t specified what follow-up treatment she might need, so prayers for wisdom for the doctors as they assess the situation when the report comes back would also be appreciated.

Please pray for my sister Katy, who is having surgery to remove the cancer in her breasts late this morning. Please pray for skill for the doctor and his staff; that they would be able to remove all of the cancer and that the lymph nodes would prove clear of the disease.

2010-02-02 New Request From Rick Destree

I just heard from the editor at Tyndale that our "His Nature" fliers have been sent out and should be reaching some 25,000 churches this week.

Please pray that our Lord Jesus would be glorified by this mailing and that He would open wide a door of ministry to many churches around the United States.

2010-01-20 New Request From Richard Erickson

Gary Doolittle had a full day in the OR suite. After nine hours of cardiac surgery,he has moved to the recovery room. Although more challenging than expected, he is stable and expected to do well. Praise the Lord !!!
He needs to be remembered in our daily prayers for a speedy and uneventful post-op course.

2010-01-15 New Request From Eric and Lisa Thomas

As many of you know, we are fostering 2 little ones whom we have had for more than 2 years now. We have an upcoming hearing on Feb 8th in which the judge will decide if she will terminate parental rights so we can adopt. They have already ruled that the children will stay with us but if they do not terminate parental rights we could never adopt and would be forced to have some very unhealthy people in their lives. Also if they start a precedent for this in foster care it would negatively affect possibly thousands of children and families and really break down foster adoption. It is a long story but God knows the details. Please pray for His grace and power to overwhelm the situation and move the judge. God holds the hearts of rulers and kings in His hands. Also be praying for the salvation of the children’s mom.

2009-12-29 New Request From Heather Petersen

Hello again,
I would appreciate your prayers. As I have posted before I am going to be taking my RN boards tomorrow (12/30/09) around 8am. Please be in prayer for me that I would be calm, have wisdom, clarity, a sharp mind, retention, recollection and be filled with the Holy Spirit. And the time left to study will be beneficial. Thank you all!

2009-11-27 New Request From Ron Prosise

Zach’s uncle John has hepatitis C and is in the hospital now. He has had one liver transplant four year ago, but the disease came back, and he is on the waiting list for new liver. He is a believer. Please pray for his strength and health and that a liver donation would come through.

2009-11-14 New Request From Ron Prosise

Dear Church family,

The last couple of days we have seen God’s goodness in a wonderful way. the doctors went from having to ambulance Anna from Lafayette to Children’s hospital in Aurora, to having her walk out of the hospital last night by herself. The doctors are telling us to keep life as normal as possible, and her friend Dani spent the night last night and Anna and Donna made applesauce today. The non-epileptic seizures will either subside and fade away, or they will be something she will have to learn to control and live with. Please pray that they will subside quickly. Thank you for all your prayers and love and concern! We look forward to worshiping with you tomorrow. Love, Ron
