Too much connectivity all the time; it’s hard to miss a
thing if you don’t want to miss a thing. It’s a shame if you didn’t catch it

Give me a choice, you make me rich. Take it away, you leave me poor.

It’s as simple as that.

One universal method of measuring how rich or poor you are can be determined in monetary values. How much you make? How much you have in the bank? And so forth.

For some reason making sense doesn't make senseWithout confusion there is no defusion The chart wouldn’t get drawn spontaneouslyThe eyes wouldn’t see the bubbles flurt But the connection is somewhere in between Veiled to the naked eyeBelieved by the heartNot revealed for assertion  Cornered by avoidanceEngraved in acceptance

Agile development is pretty much everywhere and both organizations and employees need to realize it before it’s already too late. Long gone are the days when an employee gets hired, goes to work, knows where his/her desk is for the next 5 years and does the same shore over and over again till perhaps retirement. We are not living the industrial revolution anymore.

While it is okay to compare candidates for acceptance letters in schools or for offering them a job, comparison might be the worst motivator of all times.
Our capabilities are beyond what could be written on a piece of paper or even shown in a video. They are far beyond a simple piece of art created or a project completed. They are way past our own imagination which we will not realize a bit of

Helping others is more than just making life easier for them or handing out the answer. It’s about filling in a leaked gap. Help them help themselves. Help them not to come to you again for that same thing. Help them solve a brand new riddle on their own. Otherwise, you have just wasted your time.
