For this collection inspiration came from the city of New York, with its seamless juxtaposition of the old and the new: a place where Central Park and the Guggenheim, the Chrysler building and the Statue of Liberty melt into one, creating a unique urban texture.

Clean, elegant and easy look. The accent is on single pieces as building blocks of the outfits: trademark layering leaves way to a restrained take on dressing up that is soulful as opposed to stark.

Reverse cutaway jackets and coats with leather details. Short coats have the easy softness of a knit, but are in fact tailored. Suit jackets, either single or double breasted, button up asymmetrically, with a sophisticated effect.

Knitwear is the key element of the pure and individual look. Sweaters turn into a way of being and are used either as outerwear or not: cold-dyed wool and cashmere jumpers and zippered coats, tricot.

Leather sleeves that can be worn on top of suits and coats, adding a tough touch. Fingerless gloves. Shoes and boots with sturdier look and a chunky heel. Knit and fabric hats with a metal wire inside the brim. Washed calfskin or corduroy duffels with sterling silver chains.

Tailored pants have a new line: the articulated knee and a small tab at the hem allows them to be worn easily inside or outside of boots.

Two weeks ago we had the pleasure to join the Nespresso Variations 2011 event at the Nespresso boutique in Via Bigli 1/3 in Milan, where Ambra Angiolini, Eva Riccobono and Vinicio Marchioni presented three new limited edition coffee flavoured.

Si è svolto mercoledì 30 Novembre 2011, presso la Boutique Nespresso in via Bigli 1/3 a Milano, l’evento di presentazione di " le variations 2011 Nespresso ": tre Flavoured Coffee in edizione limitata presentati da tre celebrities d’eccezione: Ambra Angiolini, Eva Riccobono e Vinicio Marchioni.

During the event, the famous photographer Maurizio Galimberti captured the essence of the event, creating nine works of art inspired by the Nespresso's world.

Durante la serata le celebri istantanee di Maurizio Galimberti hanno colto l’essenza dell’evento, dando forma a nove opere d’arte ispirate al mondo Nespresso: 1 opera dedicata a ciascuna Variations, 1 opera per ogni celebrities, 1 opera dedicata alla gamma dei Grand Cru, 1 opera sul piacere della degustazione Nespresso e una sulle macchine da caffè.

Wednesday 30th of November, we had the chance to join one of the best party of the year! The party we are talking about is " Blind Date party " organized by Volkswagen in occasion of the presentation of the new Maggiolino.

The event took place at Parking MICO in Milan, where during the evening performed various underground artists.

Uno spettacolo emozionante con effetti laser hi-tech, sorprendenti performance con artisti underground e live session “molto rock”, quello organizzato da Volkswagen Mercoledì 30 Novembre al Parking MICO a Milano con il “Blind Date Party” dedicato al lancio del nuovo Maggiolino.

During the event we had the possibility to see the new maggiolino resigned by the talented and creative Walter de Silva.

Yesterday night in Milan there was the preview for press of the Versace for H&M collection and I had the chance see the collection!

The items I liked most, were sold out and this is why I didn't buy anything... to be honest the prices were higher compared to the last collaborations and In my opinion some pieces of the collection are just too much.
