Syntec complete for St James Club & Hotel London W1

Syntec Projects UK have just completed 42 sperate areas for the St James Club and Hotel. This is establishment has a five star rating and has been a gentlemens club for the English aristocracy. The work involved is internal fit-out including reception area, dining area, club rooms, bars, lounge spaces and numerous hotle rooms including suites of rooms. These have all been refurbished to a high standard and specification.
The work took 16weeks to complete.

Syntec Projects complete The Goldsmiths Assay office.

For The Goldsmiths Assay Office we created reception and corridor areas, office spaces, workshops and a canteen.

The Assay Office is a key part of the Goldsmiths’ Company, one of the Twelve Great Livery Companies of the City of London. Founded to regulate the craft or trade of the goldsmith, and responsible since 1327 for testing the quality of gold, silver and, latterly, platinum and palladium articles.

Busy end to year for Syntec Projects

July to December 2006 is proving a busy half-year for London based construction company Syntec Projects.

Retail/Shopfitting
The company has completed 2 projects in the period for expanding Irish Bookmakers Paddy Power in New Malden and Oakwood. Syntec have now completed 23 shops for Paddy Power.

August saw the handover of an 8 week shopfit for fashion retailer Firetrap in The Metquarter Liverpool, designed by Brinkworth Design

In July the company completed the handover of its 5 week shopfit programme of a new concept for fashion retailer Arrogant Cat, Kensington Church Street London, designed by Brinkworth Design.

In August the company completed a three week refurbishment of the Full Circle clothing store in Floral Street, London. The dsigner for the project was Ab Rogers of ARD.

The company is nearing the end of a 12 week fitout for Koenig Bookshops on Charing Cross Road, London. Architects for the project are David Chipperfield Architects

In the 1st week of October the company completed an 8 week fitout programme for Fashion Retailer Emperor Moth. The project was designed by Ab Rogers of ARD.

Syntec Commercial Projects busy end to 2006

Commercial Fitout
In mid-August the company commenced a 14 week fitout of a chocolate factory for the Gourmet Candy Company in North London.

In October the company commenced a 5 week office refurbishment for Venture 3 in London. The project designers are Brinkworth Design

In October the company commenced a 5 week fit out programme for The Goldsmiths Company in London. The Architects for the project are Neu Architects.

Restaurant Fitout
Since 1st July 06 the company has completed a 3 week refurbishment for The Spaghetti Tree restaurant in Walton on Thames, followed by a 4 week refurbishment for Finos in Mount Street London.

October see the commencement of a 12 week fit out programme for Maroush in Edgware Road with design by MAD Architects

In October, the Company commenced a 14 week fitout for The Muse Corporation for an 8000 square exhibition space in the Trocadero in London.

Domestic Refurbishment
In September the company will completed a high-end refurbishment in Alexander designed by architects Found Associates

Currently quoting a number of jobs to start January to July 2007.

At the end of May Company hands over the 1^st concession for new Coffee Company “Café Culture” in the Trocadero, London.

In June the company will implement the Brinkworth designed scheme for Firetrap’s 3^rd store, an 8 week shopfit programme in Liverpool’s Metquarter

The company has commenced a 12 week fitout with structural works for Koenig Bookshops on Charing Cross Road, London. The architects for the project are David Chipperfield Architects

The company will carry out a 3 week fitout programme for restaurant chain Digby Trout on the 5^th floor of the Waterstone’s building in Picadilly. The project was designed by H Studios.

July to December 2005 is proving a busy half-year for London based construction company Syntec Projects.

On the Retail/Shopfitting front:

The company will complete 5 projects in the period for expanding Irish Bookmakers Paddy Power in Cannon Street, Beckenham, Walthamstow, Wallington and Forest Hill. Syntec have now completed 19 shops for Paddy Power.

In early November, the Company hand over their first shop for Esprit, an 8000 square foot shop in Canterbury designed by award winning design consultancy Brinkworth. Preparation has also started for an Esprit shop in the Arndale Centre in Manchester.

At the end of October the Company hands over a Bar/Restaurant for the Wrights Brothers Oyster House that forms part of the regeneration of the Borough market area of London. The project was designed by Mike Arthur of MAD Architects. It is the second project the company have completed with Mike Arthur, the first being the Press House Wine Bar in Bridges Passage, London.

Earlier in the year the company completed a flagship shop in Floral Street for fashion retailer Full Circle and a concession for furniture company EDRA in Selfridges. Both projects were designed by Ab Rogers of ARD.
