Alas spring is here! Already feeling like summer! Once again I've been kicking it in another floral number! Looks like KIM K and I got something in common! LOL I love her style but seems like she overdosed on the floral! Definitely not a good luck!

Ahhh,,, well thats fashion fa ya!

I love spring! Especially when the trees start to bloom! Such a pretty site! I know, it sounds so corny but I really do enjoy the littlest things!

I decided to embrace spring with some colour! Something I thought I had a lot more of in my closet, but unfortunately not! Sometimes I get the urge to just throw away all of my clothes and start over again! I know it sounds crazy and all but tell me I am not alone?

I absolutely love the floral print on this sweater! Its fresh and screams spring! Cant wait to pair it with ripped denim shorts and distressed boy friend jeans on cooler nights! Floral Arrangement

Ive been a walking bouquet lately!! Personally I've always had a liking to anything floral, so the fact that its trending has me feeling super excited! What I'm most excited about are the different types of floral print! If one doesn't quite work theres a million more to choose from!

This print however was a little different! Floral but very exotic at the same time, and thats what grabbed my attention! I love the combination of colours and spring inspired print!

I wore it with my new fave embellished collared top! love the color and that its sheer!

Another piece that I'm extremely excited about are my leopard lace up heels! Zara gets it right EVERY single time! Yupp they do! Leopard was the perfect and unexpected touch of print to add to this ensemble!

Spring Has Sprung!

Something tells me spring is here to stay! A little eager much! LOL Can you blame me?

Dressing for the cold winter months can get boring real quick! I must confess, trying to stay warm, layered and chic all at the same time can be a real struggle! I've been anticipating spring like a wedding day! HA!

I've been wanting to wear this outfit for a while, finally the snow is melting and the sun is here to stay, I think its the perfect time to whip out your florals, bright colours and open toe sandals! Of course the chill is still in the air so my blazer came in handy!

How cute are these heels? Ive been wanting the PERFECT pair of strapless heels and Im excited to say these just might fit the description! After almost giving up I have found the perfect pair! Zara gets it right all the time! The gold hardware is especially what caught my eye! It might not be anything close to the Ce'line pair that I wanted however it works!

Hey Guys! Friday couldn't have came any sooner! The weather here in Toronto is terrible and I long for spring! I envy those that are able to wear shorts and skirts this time of year!

A lot has been going on for me lately, I had lots of fun celebrating my birthday with Family and Friends! Pics coming soon!

Ive been living in this silk blouse lately! How cute are these hearts? I can't wait to wear it with my vest, leather pants, and some bright coloured pumps! Ive been craving printed tops lately! This time around I paired this top with my trusty skater skirt (It works when all fails even on a cold snowy day! :) and added a pop of color to my lips! Ive really been coming out of my comfort zone lately by playing around in bold lip colours!

Can you tell that I was freezing my butt off in these pics? LOL As cold as it gets here in Toronto I REFUSE to put restrictions on my wardrobe! Its totally normal to wear skirts in the winter time! It might not be your thing, but it works for me! On another note I've finally aded a coloured coat to my collection! I own tons of black coats and it only felt right to give this one a new home! Next on my list is a cobalt blue, teal, charcoal grey, and tan coat!

Out with the old and In with the New! Its been real quiet on my neck of the woods lately, Now that I'm back I hope that I can stir up some noise again! Yesss I know I'm late as hell, but better late than never, I just want to wish all my friends here at SNSL a Happy and Prosperous New Year! And for all the continued support, even when I've been slacking!!! Boy oh Boy have these past few months been a rough one! So much has happened that I would need to write a "Tell All book" Isn't that what everyone's doing now? LOL Anyways Happy To be back and with God holding my hand I know this year will be my year!

Believe it or not I havent been shopping much lately! Tortured by the SALE signs hung up in the windows of my favourite stores, I managed to stay strong! *Pat on the back* At the moment I'm obsessing over printed pants *baroque especially*, Metallic footwear, Oversized sweaters, skater skirts, leather and Oxblood anything! This winter hasn't been a bad one so far, I mean Im still wearing open toe shoes! *Im not complaining*

It was hard choosing which blazer I wanted to wear that day so I took both with me! I ended up wearing the Mustard blazer which is why I decided to take pics of both looks!

I was a bit hesitant on posting these pics! Dont ask me why! But I've been asked by emails to post the look! For those who follow me on Instagram, this look is not new to you! So here it is!

I got a few stares that day, and I even had someone tell me that my outfit looked very June Ambrosish! I never really seen that until she pointed it out! Well I guess i'll just take the compliment, seeing that the woman can dress her but off! In true June fashion she would have completed this look with her trusty birkin, round signature framed glasses, and a turban or floppy hat! HA

I bought this midi skirt sometime last year and at first I loved it! That always seems to be my problem though! Fast forward a year later and I'm not feeling it as much as I once did! Why did I buy it again? OH YES!!! because I envisioned it with another piece in my closet and thought it would make a FAB outfit! I hate that I get over clothes so quickly!

Hey All I'm finally back! Its been a week and a half now since I've been back from a much needed vacay! I would do it again in a heartbeat! Sorry y'all but mama needs time off too! Nothing beats relaxing on the beach, room service and bikini's! HA

Balancing a full time job,kids, home and a blog makes it extremely hard to post as much as you guys would like me to! Believe me I'm trying! I've noticed that I've lost a few followers in the process due to me not posting as much! I cannot please everybody, but I do want to say Thank You, to all of you thats been there from the start and those that came along the way. So with that said I'm not going to apologize for having a life but I will try my best to post at least twice a week!

Finally my search for a denim chambray is over! I can finally cross it off my list! For the price spent, the quality and fit is perfect! Wish I had discovered it earlier! I've got my eye on the dotted chambray as well, similar to the one worn in this post! I'll definitely be making a trip back to old Navy!

Ive always loved the denim on denim look! If done right it always works! These boots are on heavy rotation, and not for a minute do I feel sorry for wearing the heck out of them LOL They're made for walking! I completed the look with gold accessories and my go to aviator glasses!

Hey Y'all, Fall is officially here and I'm feeling like I didn't get the memo! With this unpredictable weather we've been having lately I thought we'd have a summery kind of fall (if that makes any sense) but with the rapid drops in tempertaure Fall is here to stay! Brrrrrr None the less I'm ready to break out my blazers, leather, furs, and scarves!

I need to step up my layering game this fall! Its easy to throw on go to pieces but layering in my opinion personalizes your outfit a bit more, and allows you to utillize both your summer and fall pieces! I love Blaire from Atlantic Pacific Check her out if you haven't. The girl can layer her ass off! LITERALLY!!!!

I love this skirt that I purchased from Zara last year! I regrett not getting it in black as well, And it was on sale too! I get mad just thinking about it, now im back on the hunt to find a similar skirt! I decided to wear my skirt One last time, bare legs and all! Next time i'll be wearing them with tights! I completed my look with my jewel tone burgandy blouse!

The shoes I purchased this year from the annual shoe sale that I regularly attend! I've worn them quite a few times but never got to capture their real beauty! Vince Camuto never disappoints! *_*

I was asked in my last comment post about my hair! Im wearing Malaysian remy in a body wave texture! It can be straightened and curled! The hair is amazing! Its been washed 3 times and it always gains back the luster even after being washed! I have yet to color it but I am thinking of a redish brown color! Im wearing 1 pack of 20 and 2 packs of 24! Lately I've been experimenting with lipsticks! Ive always been a lipgloss girl, and always hated lipsticks but I think I'm having a change of heart! I've been rotating between my three fave lipsticks at the moment Ruby woo, Pink Nouveau and Up the Amp. I am currently on the hunt for something coral! Im thinking of getting Morange from MAC Not too sure how its gonna look on me but Im going to give it a test try!

Hey everyone! Two more days till Friday! Hang in there!!! Anyways this was my outfit of the day! As I was extremely busy and on the go yesterday I opted for a comfy shoe! I must have changed 1000 times before heading out the door! You know the drill when every last piece of clothing you own ends up on the floor instead of the hanger! A mess you know that you will regret making later! sigh,,,Girl problems!

Well this was the final result! Threw on my striped top and finished up the look with my cobalt blazer and leather shorts! Didn't accessorize much, just kept it real simple! Lately i've been lacking in the accessory department! *note to self: I must add that to my list* Hopefully a trip to Forever 21 will make up for that!

Hey Peeps hope every one is having a great start to their week! It was a long weekend here in Canada, with lots of festivities going on in the city, I got to enjoy it and spend some quality time with the people that matter! Its been real hot these past few days and I've been living in my high wasted jean shorts, cropped tees and jordans! (yah I do have those days)

On to the outfit! For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you'd remember me posting a pic of these tropical themed pants! At first glance I knew that I had to have them! I had already premeditated at least 10 ways to wear it in my head! Which made me want to purchase them even more! I love the print, the fit and that they're the perfect pair of cropped pants! I can't wait to bring them on vacay and more excitedly into fall! I got a few blazers in mind that would go perfectly with these pants!

I can appreciate this top more than the last one because the construction is so much better, I'm happy that I could find one that works for me! I completed my look with my betsey Johnson bow shoes, which I have totally neglected! Sigh,,,, Too many shoes, dont get a chance to wear them all! Don't you hate

After receiving a tweet from one of my dear followers, she brought to my attention of another blogger who wore the same peplum top that I wore in my post a few days ago! A brilliant idea came to me and I thought i'd do a post on how we wore it! We each have our own individual styles as bloggers, but I must say I enjoy seeing how others put things together and A lil inspiration is always good for the soul!

I loved the fit and the way they styled the top! Style Pantry and Crimenes de la Moda both went for a Monochromatic look but added a few accent pieces that definitely stood out!

PURPLE & PEPLUM

I was very saddened with the fit of this top! The minty color and detailed studs around the neckline was what caught my attention! I stalked it for months online, finally purchasing at sale price and only to be disappointed! I love the peplum trend, it seemed flattering on every body type, it exudes chicness, and I've been wanting to own a peplum piece myself!

Yes I changed my hair! I was not here for that curly do! LOL nuh uh!!!

However I was so wrong! This trend didn't work for me at all, I came to conclusion that the peplum trend works good for people that are less hippier! The peplum is to give the illusion of hips. If you're more on the leaner side, then peplum is your best friend! However I've seen curvier and hippier women rock the peplum trend and it looks amazing on them! I'm not knocking the trend but I do know that I will not be caught dead in another peplum piece! But I will continue to swoon over other bloggers wearing it!

I finished this look with my coloured jeans, nude t-straps and minimum jewellery! The days are getting hotter and dressing appropriately for the weather is key! Lately I've been wearing shorts and sheer tops to keep cool!

I swear there are not enough hours in a day! The weekend came and gone in a blink of an eye! I'm afraid to say looks like summer is almost over as well! I dont want it to end, but Fall is just as exciting as summer in my opinion!

So I got tired of wearing my same old do, and thought that I would switch it up a bit! Or should I say a whole lot! I've never worn a curly weave before, and I don't know what possessed me either, but I think it's an Epic Fail! LOL I took to twitter saturday morning asking my followers if it was a YaY or NaY, Although most of them said YaY I still felt out of my element! I could never get used to this, its just not me! However I will keep it in until it has done it's time and go back to my regular do, until I can think of something else to do!

I am loving all things colourful and patterned right now! Just like these shorts. They make any outfit come alive, and can be worn with bright colours to neutrals! I jazzed up my outfit with these strappy heels which I loooove! I've been wearing them like they're my only pair! I wore the top backwards, because I loved how the buttons looked at the front rather than in the back but it worked against my favor giving it an unflattering look!

Summer is here and what better way to flaunt off my favourite color of the season! Orange! It's a color that looks good on every skin tone and mixes extremely well with prints! When wearing Orange I always go for a sun-kissed look! The bronzy tones mixed with the suns rays gives that perfect sun-kissed look mimicking a sexy editorial look straight out a vogue magazine! *Yes i'm fantasizing* can't you tell I'm in desperate need of a vacation!

As you guys already know these are one of my favourite jeans. When I wear an item as much as I wear these I know that my money was well spent! Being the shopaholic that I am, I sometimes purchase things that only gets worn once (bad habit that I am trying to cut out) Shopping my closet this summer should be fun and very challenging for the most and not too mention cost efficient! (how many times have you guys heard me say this?) No but im serious this time!

I dieeee for these shoes! Not to mention how tall they make me look! I love the color blocking detail and the purple heel! I usually hate matching my top with my shoes, an unexpected look is usually what I go for, but sometimes that expected look makes all the difference! I am also loving the high low hem on this crop top! The front is cropped but the back drops longer! I am seeing this look a lot in stores! If you're not one to show off your midriff layer your crop top with a basic colored tank underneath such as white, black or nude, or add a pop of color to funk it up a bit! A teal tank would compliment the orange quite nicely!

Last weekend was a great one, I went out with a few friends and partied the night away with VH1 reality star Erica Mena from Love & Hip Hop it was mad fun, and I cant wait to do it again! Too see my weekend pics and what I wore be sure to follow me on Instagram! Talk to you guys real soon!

Summer Glow

TGIF Its a sunny 29 degrees here in Toronto, and I'm all smiles! Finally get to enjoy the weather! On another note I was so happy to wear my F21 dress for the first time! My bestie picked it up on one of her F21 visits! We actually both own this dress! Our style is so similar that its scary! We buy things that we didn't even know the other had! It happens so often, but we always put our own twist on it! That's where personal style comes in!

I love the color of this dress! Its very summery and I love the fact that its sheer ! The open back is so unexpected and the belt adds just the right touch of color to break up the green! I'm thinking of wearing my leopard heels and leopard belt next time I wear this dress! The leopard print would compliment the green quite nicely! However I wanted to be comfy because I was hanging with the kids and doing quite a bit of walking hence the sandals!

To complete the look I wore Rose gold accessories and these Oversized earrings which I am currently obsessed with! I'm a big earrings type of gal! And big earrings wears well with long hair, In my opinion!

HANA Blowdryer Review

This review is long overdue! I've been using this blowdryer non)stop since I got it!

So most reviews goes something like this....they send you the product and you rant about how wonderful it is! (~~Even when you know it's not the greatest product~~) I'm all for supporting others and their products but I'm not going to rave about how fabulous it is if it doesn't happen to interest me!

However I'm happy to say that this review was different!

I was contacted by Brian Hunt from Misikko products a few months ago to do a review on the HANA hair blowdryer. I literally jumped at the offer, mainly because I am a hairstylist, and I work with heating tools daily! I've heard great things about the HANA brand but I wanted to be the judge for myself! Now I'm happy to say that this blowdryer is my absolute favourite!

The very next day after I received it, I brought it to the salon to test it out!

It was much lighter than my previous blow dryer that I had been using and that's a plus in my book!
It wasn't as noisy as most blowdryers (believe it or not, blowdryers can get annoying when you're around them all day) LOL
The MAJOR plus was less static! And less static gives better styling results!
The shine shield was a great styling product, leaving the client's hair shiny and healthy!
I love that it's ceramic as well!

Overall I had not one bad thing to say about this product! I highly recommend checking out their website! They carry everything from styling products, CHI Flat Irons, leave-In treatments, and the BEST blowdryers
