Neighbours of the singer say they have been going through this nuisance and have been bearing with the 'months of noise' right after the pop star asked builders to dig an extra floor under his £4.4million London home.

While the work is in progress to make a living space for a nanny's quarters and a playroom for the singer's two daughters in his four-storey townhouse in Kensington, the amount of money being spent is also quite eye-popping!!! It is believed that the task which involves excavating more than three metres under the townhouse will cost about £250,000.

Neighbours seem to be extremely annoyed with the works going on in the area which is as such said to be a family area but normal family life is almost always on the ruins due to constant construction works going on around.
