Back on track with music review yo.

And today, we're about to talk about a pop electronic band from London, UK: Kero Kero Bonito, often called KKB. The band consists of Sarah Midori Perry as singer, Gus Lobban and Jamie Bulled as producers.

First, let's listen to one of their track. Actually this one is the first track that I've heard from my friend's playlist.

Digg it? KKB's music is very influenced by J-Pop culture and music. It's actually not hard to tell since Sarah Midori often raps in Japanese and English. Their song are usually written using a Casio SA-45 mini-keyboard. They put so much fun into their music which sounds a lot like game boys music. Actually KKB reminds me a lot of a band from New York, Anmaguchi.

Review: The Walk | 2015

2015-10-16T09:01:00.001+07:00

“Why do you risk death? For me, this is life.” - Philippe Petit

Disitu JGL masih cupu.

Anyway, balik lagi ke film The Walk. I like how the movie gave some sort of soul to The twin Tower.

Review: The Martian

2015-10-14T07:10:00.002+07:00

Aliens attack! Uh, no.

Forever alone

Review: Ant-Man (2015)

2015-07-26T19:42:00.002+07:00

Some say it was an funny movie.. some say it was the weirdest Marvel movie..

Well I gotta say, I laugh a couple of times yesterday while watching Ant-Man. At first, I didn't want to watch it because it seems like everyone are going to the movies to watch it. So I thought let's watch something else.. Ant-Man was/is actually too mainstream for me. But I ended up watching it with my friends. Ha!

Review: Tomorrowland | 2015

2015-06-10T13:13:00.001+07:00

Another Disney movie, yeay! So today I'll try to review this movie from Disney call Tomorrowland.

Tomorrowland is a really good movie. Or should I say it's a great sci-fi movie that you could see it with your family or with your date ;) Well I didn't watch it with my loved one.. that I did enjoy it anyway. It's full of fantasy, humor and.. it told simple stories about life but gave extraordinary meaning.

My favorite parts of the movie are countless.. not really haha.. I still could count them with my fingers, I guess so. I remember quite well when Casey Newton went to see for the first time Tomorrowland.. kind of amazing but things turned out funny because she looked crazy to those who couldn't see what she saw.. Or when she finally met a little girl who is actually an Audio-Animatronic (read: robot)

Well life turned out pretty interesting for a teenage girl who only aimed to help her dad, an Engineer for NASA, to be able to work for NASA.

So I give 9/10 for this movie. Cheers!

Review: Cinderella 2015

2015-03-31T10:30:00.000+07:00

Have Courage and be kind.

Cinderella is a classic Disney animated movie based on its true fairy tale. Ella lost her mother when she was a child and lost her dear father when she was older. Her father left her with a step-mother and two step-sisters who treated her as their maidservant. The story is dramatically full of tear and sadness but shows how brave and kind Cinderella was from the beginning until the end of the happy ending. As a parent, you probably would censored some parts of the movie (very short kissing scenes/ step-mother's cruelty, little mild language..) But overall, this fairy tale is quite presentable to watch it with kids.

Review: Finding Cepu!

2014-04-23T06:08:00.000+07:00

Akhirnya, well, setelah sebulan lebih ngga post artikel, akhirnya gue balik lagi ke dunia blog! Ciye. Alhamdu~lilah.

1. Sumber Karbohidrat

Singkong memiliki jumlah kalori dua kali lipat dibandingkan kentang. So, nggak salah kalau singkong menjadi salah satu makanan pokok sebagai sumber karbohidrat.

Nih sisa keripik Cokoten rasa balado tinggal segini dirumah gue.. :(

Review: Comic 8

2014-02-04T00:28:00.002+07:00

Yo! Akhirnya gue nonton film yang awalnya ngga menarik perhatian gue :| Biasanya gue males nonton film lokal alias made in negeri sendiri. Okay quit the crap.

SAO II is planned to cover the Phantom Bullet Arc, volume 5 and 6 of the original light novel written by Reki Kawahara. Let's hope that the sequel will be as good as the first one. Or better :)
