The Virtual Collective is a digital advertising agency who is currently embarking on the development of a large scale software project. We are currently looking for investors (this is where you come in) and hope to be in a position to launch phase 1 of our project within 6 months.

As far as the technology goes Powerd8 has some ideas from great advisors, but the right App developer will know far better as to what stack to use: ultimately the final tech decisions could be yours.

Depending on preferences you’ll be happy working for perks-only right now, and a generous equity allocation if you’re up for being a co-founder. Candidates that really want to be part of this, not just employees should apply. Ideally all staff will be working part-time initially to ease-in, not because of laziness but because Powerd8 is bootstrapped and also partly because the company thinks you can get as much done in a few good days than five or six overworked days. (Also the whole world should operate this way and Powerd8 will be part of the founder’s contribution to changing the world!). Seriously the goal would be to get you working close to four days relatively quickly if all goes to plan.
