Opening Digital Shop at Shopee | Assalamualaikum and hi to all my lovely readers. How are you? Are you doing fine during this PKPB? I hope all of you are ding fine. Today all the states in Malaysia except for Perlis, Pahang and Kelantan are undergoing PKPB. Schools start to close. Most people are affected by this pandemic. May Allah ease everything for Us.

Remember that I said that I am going to share about something that I planned long ago. Today I will be sharing them. I planned this months ago. I was doubting myself because I am scared that I could not able to make sales. But Rizq will always be theirs to those who put efforts on it. So I gather all my courage and finally do it! Now I can finally reveal it.

The thing that I want to share is ..... Yes. Yes I am now a seller at Shopee. Yeay!! I opened digital shop at Shopee. It was something that I want to do all my live. You know that I love art , digital art and so on. I always love to edit whether it is a blog, logo or even helping my family to do label sticker for them. I love all of that. Thus, this is quite a big decision for me. Phew..

I start from learning GIMP, photoshop and even paint tool sai. Now I am learning how to use Illustrator. It is fun to learn new things especially something that you passionate about. I also discovered that it is much easier to use Illustrator than Photoshop. But in terms of having more details in digital arts, I think Photoshop is more easy to handle. I have a lot to learn.

As for shopee, the item that I am selling now are custom phone case and also sticker. Phone case is a preorder item which it takes about 7 - 14 days before it arrive to customer. As for sticker, it is a ready stock die cut sticker that I cut myself. I am a small business owner and I just start up my business so I am trying to cut as much as cost that I can while trying to give the best service that I can.

Portfolio : Soft and Blush | Assalamualaikum and hi to all my lovely readers. Ada ke tu? lol. It is about time I I update my post. I am sorry that it takes so much time for me to post in here. Well I am kinda a bit busy here and there with my work at AMC Enterprise. I also search an idea for a business plan that will come up soon. Insyaallah.

Last few weeks, I was busy designing a logo for a new small business owner. The name of the business is SOFT AND BLUSH. The owner is selling earring and necklace at affordable price. They sell jewelry items such as earring, necklace and soon to come product. I have already look at their Instagram and their items are all cute. So for those who likes to wear accessories like earring and necklace, you should check then out. woot woot

But as they are relatively new, so they don't update as much item yet. Soon there will be more products in their Instagram channels.

So they requested to design a logo and a design for their packaging. They provide me with the sample of how they want their packaging to look like. Below is the mood board of the design :

Portfolio Hannan Wahyu | Assalamualaikum readers. How are you ? I hope you are doing okay during this MCO. The pandemic really takes toll on us. It affects much of our daily activities. Our freedom is also restricted. Hope we could face this pandemic together. By the way, I have finished my studies and will graduate next year September. Alhamdulillah. Now I work part time at AMC Enterprise. I do editing and marketing for my dad's online store. I will up a new post on that and feel free to read and visit the online store.

Recently, I got a job to edit and design a blog. It was months since I last edit someone else blog. I feel honored to design the blog. It was an opportunity for me to get active back in designing and could sharpen my skills in editing and coding. I believe blogspot have change so much during my hiatus period. It got so chic and nicer interface. Kudos to them. However, a good changes takes time for people to understand. For people that already adapt and familiar with the editing code in the previous interface finds it hard to learn the new one. I also have a hard time to do coding as things got pretty complicated. It is not really complicated but it does take time to understand the flow.

This time I got a job to edit and design Hannan Wahyu's Blog. She requested to requested to have a black and white theme for the blog. She also requested daisy flowers. She even draw herself how she want the blog to look like. The inspiration I got from her drawing and I decide to add a few colour scheme to make her blog look more alive and fresh. I also add some widget that she requested in her blog. I also include custom fonts to the blog to make the blog appear sweet and feminine.

Branding: New Look for Shy and Blush Design | Assalamualikum and hi readers. It has been a long time since i update this blog. Well I have problems with my domain and also other things going around that prevent me from updating the blog. In short, I AM BUSY. Lol. I was busy due to my studies as i am final year student. And FINALLY I have finished my studies. So I have a lot of times before start working. I also have done my internship in Wangsa Maju which I will later share on another post next time. Maybe with that post I can help some of students who might having problem searching for internship places.

But first let us talk about my new look for the blog. Hahaha. What do you think ? Is it looking good? This what I did when I have time. Actually, I always wanted to change the look of this blog after I finished my studies. It is like relaunching your blog and brand again as my domain already own by other parties. I was so caught up with my studies until I forget to renew it. Hence it takes away by others. Hahaha. So for the time being I just going to use the blogspot and not domain.

Beside is the overall look of my blog. I use templates from The Basic Page. I buy the template from Etsy. I buy this way back and reuse it again. This time I change a bit to suit my taste. This time the theme is more like garden and botanical with a bit of feminine color palate. I try to make it look simple but cute at the same time. I add some new widget so that the homepage blog would look like Wordpress blog. I also edit the pages of this blog to match with the theme. You can find the pages under the slider. The pages are THE SERVICES, THE PROCESS and THE PRICING.

Before this there is potential client that contact me asking the price of design a logo. But unfortunately I forgot the pricing and I also cannot access my blog. So now there is a page where you can access and decide which pricing planning that you want. There is also the services pages where you can see the services that we offer according to stage. Then the process page is where you can step by step process that will happen when you choose my services.You can view it directly (click the navbar) to get the whole view of the pages.

This is the new design for the header and the official logo of Shy And Blush Design. As you can see there is flowers to compliment the botanical theme or garden theme. The /// icon to symbolize blush as our name is shy and blush. People use that as symbol of blush and shy reaction that they put on illustration or animation.The font that I use are Belove font.and Montserrat font. Belove font I get from Dafont.com. You can find many kind of fonts there.

What is confidence? | Assalamualaikum and Hello readers. How are you? I bet most of you might be in cloud nine now. Isn't ? If you ask me why. It is because there are hope in our country because recently we changed government. It was an opposition party which now become our government.Wow. I just feel like I sound a bit political. Lol. But It not that what I wanted to share with my readers. That is not the topic which I wanted to discuss. Maybe we can discuss about that next time. The topic that i wanted to get out my head and chest is CONFIDENCE.

ARE YOU CONFIDENCE WITH YOURSELF?

Well. If that question is being thrown to me, my answer would be NO. I don't have any confidence in myself. I have my darkest days in the past. I do perhaps having depression. But this condition cannot be said easily because I maybe just stress with putting myself in the standard that I may cannot achieve. Why I be so open to say about it now? Well, I guess you might have gone through the stage when you feel worthless. Like what happened to me that is different years ago? Where is the fighting spirit? The determination to be successful? To be someone that your siblings can look up to? What when wrong? How to fix it? All these questions always rang in my head every time and I seem cannot shut them down which eventually disturb my daily routine. Although it not much of daily routine but my whole day.

My younger sister always said that I was not confident enough with myself. She sometimes said that I should man up! Well I agree with her but I don't know what to do. I heard about people said that you need to love yourself and embrace yourself. It is easy being said then done. At least for me lah. I have low confident. I don't see myself as attractive. I am not fishing for compliment thou. It just what I felt. Both my younger sisters at least confident with themselves. Is it because I feel that I different from them? Not just about complexion though. I feel inferior and insecure. I do feel I might have some plus points about me to make me gone through my days. I mean people have weakness and strength right? No ones perfect.

IS CONFIDENT LEVEL RELATED TO ONES PERSONALITY?

There are times where I thinks people that have high confident level is extrovert person. Well as far as I observe. I am an introverted person. But I like to talk tho. I would love to talk and share opinions. The problem is that I am SHY. When I am talking to a new person, I tend to become clumsy. It it also the case when I am in a new environment and situation where I need to talk to new people. I feel that I am weird. There are so much things that I wanted to do but I just couldn't because of this. You know what I did when I want share my opinion across? I just talk to a mirror. LOL. I feel like crazy person. Hahaha. Or I talk alone. If I don't get it out my chest, it will lingering in my head. My head just always thinking and not shut down. Maigod. I hate that when it happens.

I have small circle of friend. I may look friendly in social media but in person I am a bit awkward unless I know you for good a mount of time. I am crazy with my friend. I mean my really close friend and if lost contact and need to start all over again I might become awkward again. So it is exhausting. Although my circle of friend is small , I tried to make friends although it rarely happen. LOL. Because I will get scared of what person perceive me. Their impression to me is scary. Maybe I am the one who is overthinking.

HOW TO SOLVE IT?

The reason for me to publish this post is to get you guys to share your experience and maybe there are some tips that I can try to increase my confident level. Maybe we get to discuss about this. Today I redesign my blog again. Maybe something more feminine and reflect my age i guess. I hope that my new design for my blog is clean and easy for you to read my blog. I hope it is not crowded . This is mood board CM . I had stumble on a blog that share tips and tricks in design . Most of them using mood board to determine their brand. They collect sources such as pictures and stuff and blend them in together to create one fantastic design. A brief explanation regarding mood board is that mood board is an arrangement of images, materials and pieces of text intended to convey a project of particular style or concept. You pick any inspiration design and combine altogether to create a project or design that you want . It really helpful.

Design Concept

My design concept is feminine and floral . I want a simple design but combine with feminine style . There is not much different from before i guess . But i do not own the template . I don't make this template . I buy and redesign the template. I still have the slider and the slide for the testimonial. I had read some articles from blog that said you have to change your blog to responsive design . So i do know what responsive design is but i dont really know how to make it . Maybe it takes time for me to learn how to make one. Besides, i dont take any major in designing or html editing . My major is accounting and i dont have much time to learn how to make a template. I just know how to redesign it .

Know Your Code

You dont messing with codes . You need to know your blog codes . I know some peoples scared to customize their blog because they scared they might be messing up with codes and the blog would appeared weird and stuff like that right ? That's why you need to know them first and be friends with the code first . Which part is CSS and which part is JAVA SCRIPT . How to handle it . Where to put it .How to edit it . All of that is important .

Template

It is important which template that you choose to represent your blog . There are blogger template such as simple template, washed denim and so on . But the template that i choose and i prefer is denim template . Because for me , denim template is easy to customize but then it depends on that person . No matter what your blog template is as long as you know how to customize it then there is no problem with that . Right? Hehe . But for beginner i recommend you to use denim template . You can get denim template in google . Search it . You can download here Student kecik 's Blog . I used her freebies denim template as base code cause there is no original denim template available.

Theme color

Theme color for your blog is important . Why ? Because different color give different mood to a blog . As you can see i use 3 different colors . I recommend you to pick maximum 2 or 3 different color. If there are too much color it would create a chaos to a blog as there is too much things going on there . There are generator scheme tools that you can refer to when you wanna choose color for your blog :-

Who says font not important? Font is really important! If you choose the wrong font then say bye bye to your readers . Why? Because each of every section in your blog is meant for different font . The size of font must in theright size , not too small and not too big .

You need to open your mind. So you wanna say i'm not open my mind la ? No . Not like that darls . In designing blog you need inspiration . So you need to open up your mind a bit . I'm not saying that our Malaysian blogger is not creative but you also need to blogwalking to other blogs that is not Malaysian . Then you will get your inspiration . You can look up at pinterest . You can find a lot talented blogger that give design service . You can see how they arrange their blog . Although mostly use WordPress platform but you still can get the idea . That is one of my biggest secret actually

Lastly , practice makes perfect . Always do practice . When you customize your blog couples of time then it will be easy for you as you know all the things that you should know to make your blog stand out!

Untuk nak nampak kan blog kita kemas . Kita kena guna maximum tiga kaler . So blog tak ade lah nampak serabut

Okay jom kita tgk contoh blog yang kemas , Dan penggunaan kaler dia tak banyak .

Nampak tak ke empat empat blog diatas . Dari gambar pon dah tahu bloggers nih tak guna banyak kaler sangat . Dan kaler dorang guna still in the same range . Tak serabut . Sedap je mata memandang.
