Was watching an episode of Gunsmoke ,  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gunsmoke, and reading up on the Crime of 1873 and heard the Doc say to a gambler that $12 in Silver was more than he makes in a month ! SILVER is becoming MORE RARE than Gold ! Yep, it’s true !

So what is going to happen now you ask.

Silver is going to continue to increase in price and it will make the fortunes made by the likes of Izzy Friedman seem like chump change.It still rings in my ears that Izzy said the SHORTAGES of Silver will drive the price sky high.That’s where I want to be,right smack dab in the game and holding the ball !

I got to thinking how much Silver is being used to make the new 747-8 and I can’t.One thing I do remember is that it costs/uses about 100 ounces of .999 fine Silver to make a Tomahawk missile I read somewhere and they just splattered some Libyans with over 150 of those in the last few days ! I get this strange feeling you ain’t gonna see that Silver again.Do you think those million dollar missiles are going to stop using Silver at ANY cost? NO WAY! They’ll pay any price and that means get some SILVER NOW!

I got to thinking about the Uranium market after the Japanese hurt that is beyond words.Here we are dry ,safe and relatively unfazed by what has happened to those suffering people.The grief and suffering they are going through is beyond our imagination so the best we can do is help out any way we can think in or own ways.The loss of life, property,normalcy and such is a BLACK SWAN event and  in pregnancy perhaps.

Well what could that mean you ask.It seems to me that as the World’s finances teeter on the brink and we are so interdependent upon each other by the debt obligations running their courses that what may happen in the future could be the events that were spawned by the Tsunami.

Presently , the debt obligations of the USA are so large that to realize the size of it is to be depicted a s a fear monger.It is CERTAINLY unsustainable and will come to an ignominious end whether you ascribe to  logic or not.That being said the COMEX is about to be the source of family breakups and suicides,the  US debt held by the Japanese is becoming questioned and QE III may or MAY NOT appear depending upon who’s talking.Either way, the long awaited day of reckoning is slumbering until the noise is too unbearable for it to stay prone.

I have noticed quite a few prognostications in the last few years suggest that chaos is tomorrow and yet here we are just as peaceful as can be when compared to Japan,Libya,Egypt,Iran,Saudi Arabia,Venezuela,Indonesia etc etc.

One thing is FOR SURE is that when our Tsunami hits the USA it will disrupt the status quo in such a manner that if you are not properly prepared you will be as the victims of Japan are today.It will be incomprehensible and veritably hopeless as so many others will be affected the same way.

Those who have moved their assets into tangible wealth like Silver and Gold will find themselves as nouveau riche  beyond their wildest imagination.They will  be able to  function and provide for their families unlike the unprepared could hope.It is rather a simple process to prepare but one that must be made or suffer the consequences.

It’s been an interesting last couple of weeks from my perspective.

It began by me trying to give an extra effort and “get the job done” by getting on  a roof  under windy conditions doing a roof inspection for hail damage.Well, I got on the 1st level and pulled the ladder up to get up to the second floor roof when I went “lights out! ” . I woke up in the ER after treatment  like in a dream with a bunch of broken ribs and pain from 1st place in the pain lottery.(damnit ! I don’t even remember the helicopter ride !)I hurt so damn much I was thinking for  a second being dead would be an option.Well that didn’t last long as my will to breathe took over any wandering thoughts I had.So lately I’ve been just trying to get to the next day and hoping the pain would be less each passing day during my recovery. So far so good but I sure wasn’t   this optimistic 2 weeks ago while spending 5 days in the hospital.I have so any things to share but only a few can make it in this article so let me start with what is important to a guy who’s seen the “light” through a near death experience.I’m making that statement with a laugh as I am So… lucky I just broke ribs and no lung punctures or head injuries.You do know God looks out for fools and little children?

My motivation in life financially is to acquire as much Silver as I can so I can hold it in my hands before  I hand it off to the dog to bury somewhere good.I have been around just long enough to see enough bullshit from every direction and kinda have a good idea what I trust and what is chancy.At this stage in my life you can take the chancy stuff and I’ll take the sure thing with great returns ALL DAY LONG.(I made the bulk of my Silver purchases at >$12 oz.)AND I’m still buying !

Another conversation I had with a dear friend since childhood that used to “f’ up swimming team practice when I first met him 44 years ago that gave us an extra mile of workout laps the coach heaped on all of us.Well, he had some inheritance needing  a safe place to go  and we loaded him down with the ‘Tears of the Moon’ (Silver bullion) in sufficient quantities(JHMint) he won’t have to worry about the coming financial chaos.Our conversation was about the recovery and what I thought about the bellyachers up in Wisconsin who can’t see  the well running dry and want full buckets anyway, to the financial train wreck we are heading into at full throttle.I mentioned to him some things to do to keep himself safe and in Margaritas while the rest of the deaf idiots are just reading their 401k statements go to hell instead of  cashing out and paying taxes then buying the shiny heavy stuff called SILVER.So naturally, Doug Casey does an interview I read today that said just what I said last night ! Not much lately I wanted to write about except the price of groceries are going up like mad but not beer yet. Go figure.

I had a nice 3 week vacation for Christmas and New Years in Grand Cayman and went swimming as much a s possible and it is very refreshing but not cold.I never drove over 40 MPH and ate some  cheap fresh.Went Bonefishing having a damn nice time wading in the flats by myself until  I noticed those sumbitches spraying chemtrails over Grand Cayman ! How the Hell did they find me?Everywhere I go they spray the nice blue sky until it clouds up.Most people say it’s bad for us but I never get the flu so maybe it’s  a flu vaccine since we won’t go to the Pharmacy for free flu shots.Who knows , Big Brother taking care of me I guess.( I hope you notice I’m pissed about it).On the way back I rode next to a very nice young man about early thirties,and by the way I’ve never met a Caymanian who wasn’t just as nice and gracious as can be,who used to be in the banking biz down there.It ain’t the same as it was but you can still park some legal assets there and good luck to those trying to get it.Well he said some very interesting things to me and one was about the Federal Reserve and it’s Gold down deep in NYC. It’s there, LOTS of it ! He saw it ten years ago.I would bet it’s still there.Back then this young man was in the banking biz and it was REAL interesting a few years back.

Non Sequitar is a term I received on an English composition a long time ago so I guess I still have the same writing disease as back then so I’ll try to give you some tidbits of info as I can to make it worthwhile to read my post.

Something that has been coming to my thoughts on and off a while is this business about Veblen goods and Giffen goods.Well let me paint it up for you  a little better.

I noticed the ratio of Gold/Silver has decreased from the 80′s to the mid 60′s and now about 50 Silver oz.s to one oz of Gold.Since summer 2010 the 60′s to 50/1 is most obvious.So that gets me to Veblen Goods.Jason Hommel intimated this stuff to me since I just ride his coat tails for info sometimes because he reads way more than me.

Veblen goods are those which the upper crust can buy to distinguish themselves from the have nots.

And Giffen goods get more popular as the price goes up and that brings me right back to good ol’ Silver.

So when the price for beautiful Silver goes up it is quite possible that two things will happen.

1.Silver jewelery will become VERY difficult to purchase .

2.Silver things will in such great demand.

And all we need is a Black Swan event to make it happen overnight.

Where will you be when Silver skyrockets?

I’ve been trying to get off the same drugs as the Mogambo Guru but it’s not going well.I am still flabbergasted by the lack of  interest in self  improvement by IRA holders and am about to scream STUPID  MORON like he does but don’t want as much competition for Silver as a mad rush on Silver would create.Therefore this IRA Conversion to an IRA Roth in Silver is just going to go out with a whimper.

Maybe , some folks just cashed out and fled to an Island like me for Christmas vacation and can look at the dopes making laws in the US Congress and see for themselves how utterly incompetent and impotent those vermin really are from afar.

Today I heard the president bellyaching about rule of law and while I was puking my guts out about that I was yelling “What about your birth certificate asshole” before you invoke rule of law verbage on me !How can such a nincompoop become elected without a proper certification while the ID check I get at the grocery using my AMEX is a hell of a lot more scrutinous than he ever got while running for president.If some people would say it’s folly to ask for documents then why is he hiding them. When this damn thing unravels it will certainly create riots and chaos and he should come clean for causing the deaths of many innocents.

Perhaps those are strong words but living in fear of what I say ain’t about to happen any time soon.We’ve already backlslid far enough I’m planting flags in other countries to protect myself from the types of people our Forefathers warned us about and if we continue to allow it to happen we have nobody to blame but the weak spirited souls who are as children and voted by mistake for the Usurper.

Being from Texas and having recently taken a visitor  to the Alamo from a South American country, I really appreciate the bold sacrifices the Defenders of The Alamo made for my Liberty.They left families of wives and children and the Texas Republic was born with what had to be Divine intervention.

I woke up this morning at 2:24 AM with a 747 pretending to be Santa Claus’ sleigh but I think his is much more quiet than that.Here where I live in Texas the aircraft  fly at hours wily nily and I  can’t get hammered enough to sleep through the noise.

I hear C-130′s 4 engine prop of USA,Mooneys ( single engine prop zoomies made in Kerrville ,Texas where Kinky Friedman lives,writes ,runs for Governor and smokes fat good un’s (cigars) making tons of noise at full throttle and private jets of hard working rich guys leaving at dark thirty to make bucks.

So here I am later in the morning after reading a couple of good stories by guys way smarter than me but those of you old enough to remember the saying “When E.F Hutton talks,people listen” ought to understand why I ride coat tails.

Today I bring sage advice from Doug Casey and Lindsay Williams.If you haven’t heard of either please pull your head out and pay attention .

My Dad used to tell me things to make me laugh and one I remember is “Beauty is only skin deep but ugly goes all the way to the bone”. Well in this case it means you can either use the advice of these two or remain determined to get blindsided by events through ignorance.Did I get the ,meaning across? Don’t be a dumbass.If you have found this article you obviously are NOT ignorant but probably are going to have to take of your family members who still have faith in IRA’s ,401K’s and such.Even Whole Life Insurance policies may suffer an ignominious disaster because of the goings on lately.

If you can tell me which  Mutual Life Insurance company bought a BUNCH of Gold a while back, I may send you a Silver Round.After it’s pried from my cold dead fingers !The point is during the depression of the 30′s most banks were wiped out but the Legal Reserve system of the Ins. Co.’s kept them in business and safe ! The FDIC was modeled after the Legal Reserve but as bankers learn slow, they f’d that up too.I fear not enough insurance companies have perfectly protected themselves.And brother I BELIEVE in Whole Life Insurance.And I can prove why with a yellow pad, a pencil and a calculator.Just like it used to be when you made a decision to buy a house or rent, now you should be renting not buying !( See my last post.)

And then I read an article that got me interested in this Silver stuff again and gave me a reason to practice my literary  prose.

So let’s start with the  Irish and their serious whiskey shortage.The country is in DIRE STRAITS and they just got some nose candy bump to keep the bankers flush and if they pay bonuses like they did over here last Christmas to the bankers I’m investing in a movie to be made there with  boatload of guns and cache of ” reclaimed Irish Whiskey” to drive them on.( if the Irish don’t get a barrel of whiskey per household watch out ! )

What’s  REAL serious is when folks don’t have any money and spend what they have getting juiced up more than normal due to desperation and depression.You think the English wankers getting all riled up over tuition rate increases is something to write about you haven’t seen the Movie “Fistful of Dynamite” AKA “Duck You Sucker!”with James Coburn and directed by the one and only Sergio Leone.Those Irish have been blowing stuff up in the name of the IRA but you can’t fool me.They do that stuff because they LIKE to !

Well , when we were kids we lived just a few rounds of golf distant from the Rio Grande and the border with Mexico and my Dad decided one time he’d just take the gang himself and get us all haircuts at the same time and that would be that. Well I was about 8 years old and liked having a little fur on top but looking back Dad always was working us just for grins and he decided that I’d look good in a burr haircut.All my older brothers wore those for years but I had escaped that shearing Mom gave them as styles were changing and Dad was showing off being the one in charge and by the time I was done tears were roling down my cheeks and my brothers were smiling, grinning, laughing and busting guts watching me so pissed I couldv’e spit rattlesnake venom.I don’t know who was laughing harder , my Dad or my brothers.I’ll never forget that G Damned day nor the fact Dad paid in Silver Pesos. One neat thing about going to Matamoros back then was getting real Cokes by the case and Gingerbread type pigs at the bakery.W eusually came back with a handful of Silver Pesos ands they were kinda cool the way they clinked but we never thought too much about the $$ value in terms of metal.

Well , that’s all about to change pardner.

There’s a man down in Mexico smarter than an Old Goose and he has some damn good ideas about using Silver in increments that’ll make one ounce coins and rounds mighty valuable.It’s not that they won’t be valuable anyway but you still have to be able to spend Silver ! You can heat it ,burn it, bang it,smash it and just about anything else you want and it still doesn’t go away.Hell ! you can even give it to a kid and get him to do a Ben Franklin experiment and stick a Silver fork in an electrical socket and see how THAT conducts electricity !You can carry  a few rounds in your pocket and when that snot nosed bacteria packing runt tries spreading disease like vermin you just put your hands in your pockets and rub on those Silver rounds and watch all the heebie jeebies die !

Well that man I’m talking about and me see eye to eye on this stuff and then he lays his accomplishments on the table and we know who the pretty girls are gonna dance with. It ain’t me !

He is a terrific communicator and probably why he has made a fortune helping others and plans on doing that some more.

So they say on the TV Mogambo in Swahili means the Passion and since the Great Mogambo Guru has such a passionate interest in seeing that YOU own these precious things I thought I would  give the Cretin some credit for getting me interested in watching Ava Gardner dry off .

But, could it be that the Mogambo Guru fancies himself as a rather ruthless man of India devoid of scruples and full of rotten intentions and deeds that a U. S. Politician could hardly hope to aspire to such lofty levels of despicable behavior?

He ain’t saying, at least to me.

What that crazy genius is saying is that those of us who own PM’s(precious metals) are going to be such fabulously HeMen we will be able to do such magnificent feats of real Estate purchases like the World has not seen except in extreme times of hyperinflation such as where we are heading like a speeding bullet.

Let me plagiarize the man I describe with his own words  exactly.

Today at 8 30 AM the jobs report comes out and the Silver Bully usually beats up the price of Silver. Usually.It’s a pretty fair indicator and makes all the diligent efforts of chart enthusiasts look all dressed up with no place to go.A wasted effort. But things are changing.No longer is the jobs report the tip off that Silver prices will get the daylights beat out of them but the Bully is getting challenged and we’re finding out he’s losing his power.
The trick is to buy a commodity on a dip and sell on a high but to sell Silver ANYTIME is just not well thought out.
Quite a while back I wrote an article called ” The Great Baby Boomer Bust” and it was about how all the 401K’s owned by the Baby Boomers would go up in smoke when all those stocks were liquidated at the same time. Simply a supply/demand story.Well, if you notice the prices of houses aren’t roaring back except in some markets like Texas they are showing small growth, the 401K liquidations haven’t happened yet.
I know there’s a lot of well educated people out there who have would VERY hard to save for their retirements and contributed to the 401K’s and to get them to understand why a Roth Conversion RIGHT DAMN NOW is the best thing for them to do is like asking them to wake up in the middle of the night and get someone out of jail or something. A real unpleasant thing to do !
I don’t know about you but a 25% rise in my assets over a short time period of 1 month makes me feel pretty smart and putting 401K’s into a Roth via an LLC and buying Silver is about as prudent as wiping your butt !
You can guess by now I kinda lose respect for those people who won’t pay attention to their lifelines (401K’s) and will get WIPED OUT when the Fed and USGov’t finishes debasing the currency.
Most Americans live in bubble thinking nothing can hurt them as long as they do what the politicians tell them to do.Well if you think I’m looking for direction from a bunch of miscreants and thugs your moral compass is way different than mine.
Most of those chumps couldn’t make a payroll or balance a checkbook !
Jim Willie of the Golden Jackass Newsletter wrote in Lew Rockwell today about the merits of Silver and if you got discernment you can get that he knows a lot about Gold and he’s pushing Silver.
So, my last comment to you is go ask your financial advisor what to do and if he blinks, go find one who knows how to convert your IRA 401K to a Roth with REAL physical Silver.`If you can find one who put it in REAL Silver he won’t make any money so find a way to pay him for his efforts.You’ll be thanking him the rest of your lives.The others are going down with the ship.
