DN : Redeeming Guild War Reward

Its been a while now eh since my last update. Doesn't really have any idea on what to write up :(

Anyway, since DN launch the guild war III and i know some people still didn't familiar with the reward given, i'll show you how to redeem them.

1st of all, since it's guild war, the NPC your looking for obviously the guild master NPC ;p

then, go over the Guild War Board like so,

Click the board and select Result of Preliminary guild war,

and browse into My Result tab and click on Receive Reward,

check your mail for the key :)

As for the next step, i'll show you where to use the key. 1stly, you need to go into the Royal Castle.

And the key can be use in the Royal City Treasure Warehouse.

Once you enter the room, there are a lot of royal chest, but please you can only open chest limited to your key count. In my case I can only open one :(

After your key had been used, you can't open the chest anymore and this is what happen when there's no key in your inventory

Well, good luck on your chest picking :D Mine only get Wind Rose Ring and Assay Sword :(

Like every country in the world, every games also have their own currency used as medium of exchange to buy anything in-games. In Dragon Nest SEA, various kind of currency have been implemented and I will try my best to explain it.

Based on my experience, currency in this games can be divided into 10 category which is

Money
Dust & Spark
Goddess Teardrop
Fragment of Dimensional Gem
Union/Alliance Points
Wonderful Exchange Coupon
Medallion
Goddess's Medal
Ladder Points
DNP

1. Money

This is the main currency in-games. It can be obtained from monster drop, treasure chest, npc etc and divided into 3 category which is gold, silver and copper. Gold is the highest currency in this category while copper have the lowest value.

2. Dust & Spark

We can get this item via dissembling items or nesting. This currency are divided into 2 category which are Comet Dust and Sun Spark. Both currency have their own exchangeable items but with the same purpose which is to upgrade weapon/armor without fail. Comet Dust used to buy General Spiral/Vortex Code Common Pouch that contains +7~+10 spiral/vortex code while Sun Spark used to buy High Grade Spiral/Vortex Code Common Pouch that contains +11~+14 spiral/vortex code. Compared to comet dust, Sun Spark is more valuable, expensive and hardest to obtain. This currency can be used at any blacksmith in-games.

3. Goddess Teardrop

It can be obtained from Daily/Weekly Missions on Events tab under Achievement [shortcut L]. This item can be spent at Abyss Shop which is under Merchant Pero [St Haven] menu. Usually, player tends to farm this to buy Fantastic Four that causes their weapon to glow with a special light and Trinket that emits a mysterious aura on Mount.

4. Fragment of Dimensional Gem

To obtained this item, you need to have a Key of Dimensional Box in your inventory while running any Abyss Dungeon. At the end of the run, Silver or Gold Bunny will appear and it will drop some Fragment of Dimensional Gem and some random gift and tickets for whoever that open it. This item can be used at any Heraldry Scholar in games under Shop Store menu. The main purpose of this item is to buy Plate Pocket Heraldry Skills that contains various kinds of Skill Plates. It is also can be used to buy Low Grade/Intermediate Potential Code.

5. Union/Alliance Points

This currency can only be obtained via npc gifting. In this games, every npc have their own alliance and every gift given, will only increase the Alliance Points of that npc. Every Alliance also have different kinds of items that they are selling.

These points can be checked on Association tab under Friendship menu [shortcut Y] and can be spent at Merchant Pero under Guild Shop menu. Gift can be obtained in any dungeon runs and via Wonderful Exchange Coupon.

6. Wonderful Exchange Coupon

This coupon can be obtained only in Wonderful Theme Park. Currently, there are 2 theme park in games which are at St Haven and Calderock Village.

You need to do some dungeon runs in this theme park to obtain it and every dungeon give different amount of coupons. This coupon can be spent at Magician Sanders [St Haven] and used to buy Jewel Pouch, Potential Code Pouch, Gift Bag, some rare potential code and epic gift.

7. Medallion

Used to buy Mount at Trainer Lindsay and can be obtained from Apocalypse/Manticore Hell nest runs.

8. Goddess's Medal

Obtained from PVP in various modes such as Ghoul, Captain etc.

9. Ladder Points

Obtained from PVP in ladder mode. Used to buy pvp armor/weapon sets.

10. DNP

Medium of exchange between CC and Gold.

Current ratio 1:1 with CC

Converting CC to DNP via 10000/5000 DNP Voucher that is only accessible in Cash Shop

DNP Voucher can be traded in Trading House

Hah! These past 2 days, I dont know, out of a sudden, I've become curious bout what my guildies wearing for their weapon and equipments in EG Dekaron..
Well, of course you guys wanna know too right "IF" you're in my position..is their item very good, good enough or soso >.>
And obviously, every MMORPGers want to own a very very very good pieces or set for their character..
Hmm as for the reason, mainly they want to be the strongest in the games they playing but I think this is a little too far for me to reach... >.<
Well... I like the shining of the +7 items so that's why I make it xD
Plus you know, when people look at you wearing shining armor, they'll surely feel jealous >.<

Oh back to the story, since I've collected some screenshot of my guildies items, I've decided to share it with you guys...That's so kind of me right? Muahahaha xD

+7 145 Guardarm Quest part 2

The method that I'm gonna use is the safest method amongst all..

Here's how its works..

I'll fortify two or more of my guardarm until 1 of 'em fail..

then I'll fortify the fail piece until it equal to the another piece..

Got the idea?

Nvm lets do it! xD

Well since this is the part 2 of this quest..

So, I'll just continue the attempt from before.. :)

1st of all, I want to share with you guys the Argating Rate on this 250x server, so later on you'll not bitching me it is private server or w/e..

Hmm..I really don't remember the official rate but "if" its different, it's just like 5% harder than this %..

You can earn Dekaron Coins or w/e they call in this server by voting and donating..
And you can buy various DShop items with this Dekaron Coins eg: Costumes, Talisman, Mount etc..
But I know, there are so many people out there not willing to pay in private server ryte?

I know almost all the player in this game dunno how to make money as fast as they can ryte? Especially when they see people running/moving proudly with their wing! They'll thinking something like this..

"How the hell he/she got 50mil! My money can't event rich 5mil! Lol!"

Hah! This is just an example! I know you guys got more than that ryte? =P w/e..
Ok lets get back to the topic for today!

Actually, there are so many ways to earn money in this game you know..(rocky balboa slang ftw! xD)
but today I'll just want to tell you 1 way lol..

Hehe Ok2..the secret is...Crespo Dungeon!
What? Really? That dungeon? How?

Heh before I tell you guys how to do it..let me tell the newbies what is this Crespo Dungeon k?
Nah..w/e..make it short!

Crespo Dungeon a.k.a Treasure of Crespo is located in Crespo..It is available in 3tiers

Treasure of Crespo B
Treasure of Crespo A

Before we start there are some things that you guys should know..

The 1st one (or dungeon C) is the easiest while A is the toughest
Only accessible to lvl60+ player..
You can do it alone or with party..up to you..
All tiers cost you the same..300 000 dil!

Treasure of Crespo Map

Actually the map is lots more bigger than this! but since we gonna make money out of it, I just take the important parts..
1st of all, you see lots of color on the map ryte? I'll tell you what's that..

the Red line = Steel gate
the Green line = Wooden gate
the Blue circle = Lever [you'll need to pull this to destroy the Steel gate]
the Purple circle = Corpse
the White box = Coffin
the Yellow box = Treasure

Our targets here are to get all 6 treasure! [excluding the one under L4..thats just crap gems anyways..]
But before you can reach there, you must follow the rules/road of this dungeon..until you meet the corpse unless you're a hacker lol..
Ok here's how this dungeon works..
→After you enter the dungeon, you'll be at L1..
→There,you'll have some times to buff or w/e..
→After you ready, pull the lever there and the Steel gate will going down..
→Go straight to the Wooden gate and break it down..
tips: ignore the mobs there and use AoE skills to attack the door..this will clear up the mobs while breaking the door..
→Then, turn right and head to L2..pull the lever, clear the mobs..
→Head back and go to L3..do the same..pull the lever, clear the mobs..
→Then, break the Wooden gate and straight to L4..do the same..
tips: make sure there's a message saying you've kill all the mobs or w/e here..
→After L4, go straight to the corpse..just ignore the Wooden gates!
→Talk to the corpse and chanting w/e the spell lol..the Steel gates will going down..
→Now, you don't need to kill mobs no more..go collect all the 6 treasures! It's all yours~
warning: don't break the coffin!
→Relog by pressing Esc and choose Character from the list..do it again and again till you reach your target!

Nah! We're done!! Boring isn't? :P

What is this?
This is the new heroes that s2games are talking bout!! They said that they will add new heroes a week after open beta ryte? remember? So this is it..this is what they promise to us, HoN Player..

When this hero gonna be online?
Based on what they post, this hero can be played as soon as they updating to version 0.3.2..
and its gonna be on wednesday, 2:30-3:30 PM PST @ 05:30:31 AM Thursday April 8, 2010 in Malaysia..
and I don't know when its gonna be..looks like it gonna take sometimes to fix the bug..

Can I test this out before it?

Its been almost 1 year since I stopped playing online games..Yeah I put so much afford to avoid it but still I can't run from it..Especially after Sal showed me Digimon Online! Duh I can't do anything when its come to this one...I'd really loves to test it out and I give it a try..After a week playing(maybe less) I decided to stop playing cos this games need a lot of grinding and I don't really like that type of games..So I can happily say bye-bye to it~ =D

But some days later,
I meet up with my 2moons friends and they "force" me to play EG-Dekarons; a 2moons private server..
At first I manage to avoid that "invitation" but than I realize how much I miss that games..again, I give it a try..

Ahh..actually I don't wanna talk bout this don't-want-to-play-online-games, so I just skip the story and tell you guys bout the EG-Dekaron eh?

Ah wait! Maybe I should post it later in more official post..
Ok! Its's decided! Stay tune for the post eh =P

Actually, based on the title above, I don't really mean "beast" as in the beast you watch in the movie or cartoon..its just a way to attract readers =P
Btw is there any beast like it out there? coz I like to buy 1 if there's any..
The real thing I mean..Its must be really fun to have a beast as a pet like in the digimon or pokemon series =D

Ahh..nuff said! Back to the main story..
4 days ago, my Asus Nvidia EN8500GT goes BOOM!!
And as the impact, my monitor can't display anything besides the small colorful block..based on what I read, my gc (graphic card) got artifact diseases..I've tried some of the solutions given but sadly there's nothing change.. :(
Oh and I should add here, my motherboard doesn't have vga slot! duh..

Besides that, its also made my life miserable and sux! As a gamers (am I?) no PC is equal to a death penalty!
No games, no designing, no programming and so many no no no...
But at least, my death penalty has been reduced..I can take over my friends laptop (thx to din and Sal) while they not around =P and that's mean I can read manga, update @ view my blog, 'fb'ing, watching movie and playing HoN..
Every night, I just wonder alone like a zombie cos its really hard for me to sleep at night to be honest..

But today, finally, I bought a Sapphire HD5670 made by ATI, thx to Zamer for the advice! Oh, actually I'm not an ATI big fans..I do dreaming to own 1 of them actually but my "kocek" not allowed me and it's hard for me to remember the series cos I don't like numbers..but after 2 nvidia cards had failed me, I decided to try the ATI and just wait and see what will happen next. =)

Hey everyone,
I wanted to send out an email and let you guys know that we recently patched HoN to include a brand new front end interface, match making, a tutorial, optimizations, and quite a bit of polish.
To coincide with this new patch we have also announced the beginning of our Open Beta. On Wednesday, March 31 @ 4:00 PM PST (-8 GST) we will begin accepting beta registration which require no key. When Open Beta begins the pre purchase incentives of the Golden Shield, Golden Name, and Taunting (SMACKDOWN!) will no longer be given to accounts. I'd like to take this opportunity to give you guys an FAQ about what is happening. I hope this covers many of your questions.

1.) If I pre purchased prior to Open Beta will I still be able to taunt in game and have the golden shield and golden name?

Yes, those account options will remain with your account (and all subsequently purchased sub accounts) for their lifetime.

2.) What exactly are these incentives you are giving to pre purchase before the beginning of Open Beta?

Your nickname will show up as a golden color in chat & game lobbies. You will also have a special golden shield next to your name. Finally, during a match, you may taunt a player (your hero says a funny statement to the enemy) and if you kill them within a short time period of taunting them a global sound and arcade text "SMACKDOWN" is announced game wide.

3.) I want to pre purchase but the nickname I want is not available. Can I ever change my name?

Yes, all pre purchased accounts will have 1 nickname change (all existing pre purchases will also be given 1 additional nickname change). 7 days prior to the end of Open Beta and the game going retail (requiring payment to play) we will allow all pre purchased accounts to take the nickname of non pre purchased accounts. In order to successfully secure your name we suggest you pre purchase now!

4.) Will stats reset for Open Beta? Will there be a stats reset prior to the game going retail?

We will not be resetting stats during Open Beta but when we end Open Beta and go to retail all stats will be deleted from the game.

5.) Will I be able to reset my stats after retail launch of the game?

Yes, we have a reset stats option available on the website and in the game client. This stats reset will cost $20. It is priced to be a deterrent from people intentionally griefing and then just paying to reset their "sins". We priced it $10 short of a new account so that someone can keep their current name but start with a fresh slate.

6.) If I don't pre purchase the game prior to launch, what happens to my account?

When Open Beta ends all accounts that did not pre purchase will be purged from the database, this includes your banlist and your friends lists. All pre purchased accounts will keep those lists intact when we go retail.

7.) Do you feel that your system will be able to support the potential demand of the HoN Open Beta?

In an effort to control concurrent players during Open Beta due to the tremendous excitement and demand for Heroes of Newerth, we *may* have to throttle new sign ups. In the event that this action is required, when we hit our daily limit, players will have the option to pre purchase the game to have guaranteed access to the Open Beta.

8.) Will new heroes be added to the game during Open Beta?

Yes, we have many new heroes (and other content) to add to the game. In fact, look forward to seeing a new hero shortly after the start of Open Beta and a consistent flow of new content thereafter.

We hope you are as excited about this next step in HoN development as we are and I look forward to seeing you all online.

I know its a little bit too late to write bout this, because they already decided the open beta date like 2 days ago..but still, who cares! Its not open yet so I still have time to share this info with my fellow readers ryte? xD

If you guys still didn't know what Open Beta means. Lets me tell you a little bit bout it..
Actually after developing some kind of games or system, they will test and run it in some phase. But here I'll make the story short and that will only leave us 3 things! Closed Beta, Open Beta and after they succeed in both ways they will released it! Get the idea? I'll add up some more to make it clear..

Closed Beta
In this phase, only people with the invitation will be enjoying participating in it. As for the HoN, only people with invitation key will be enjoying this games.

Open Beta
After succeed in closed beta, they will go through Open Beta. This is what people always waiting. That's mean they will open up the registration to all people..no more Invitation Key what-so-ever!!
You just need to wait till they open up for registration, register and enjoy =)
As for the HoN, the Open Beta is set to begin

Wednesday, March 31 @ 4:00pm PST!

For Malaysian, thats gonna be like

Thursday, April 1 @ ~~7:00am~~ 10:00am

Released!
As I state it before, after they succeed in delivering both closed and open beta they will officially released it into public. This is where the thing become less exciting! Dem!
As for the HoN, after the released MAYBE all the players must purchased to play the games..and for Malaysian $30 is not cheap..but still if you want to enjoy the excitement you can purchased that and remember no one will scold or mad at you if you don't buy it though.. =)

Oh yeah! This is it! Finally!! S2Games really updates their current infamous games Heroes of Newerth a.k.a HoN!!
It's been a while right since the last update..
Cos I noticed that today, they do some massive update..

Nah just look on the pic there..

Now what do you expect? New interface? Correct!
New Heroes? New Fix?

Ok! Enough with the play already..just go straight to the topic right?

New Interface?
Yep! As i state it before they have changed almost everything! from the log in to the exit button!
Here I put a screenshot for you to view it yourself =)

As you can see there are 2 things I highlighted here..
Times - so that you guys will know when you gotta stop maybe =P
Invisible Mode - Hell yeah! Now you can going invis as you like xD I like~

Besides, they also changing and add some more stat in our stats view..

Notice the changes?
Ok i'll tell you then..
1. They put our picture from the websites to the games
2. They added most heroes we played
3. They added kick counts in games (LOL)
4. They added conceded counts and how much your vote
This is the major update as the others you can view it yourself =)

Then what next?

They also added new ranking in games!
Err..actually this things already exists in website and I think view it from the website much more better..
Why?
Because every times you click, they will go through loading phase which is very annoying for me..

And as i see it..there's likely more and more bugs to fix!

And worse, my friends already created a games and starts..
Suddenly the games goes BOOM!

Btw pic ni was taken by Kojeck. He ask me to be his model (lol!) just utk lepas sangap nak main2 ngn camera..Nak beli camera mahal2 xmmpu so bntai je la pakai camera pe yg ade kan? hehe..
