My Preppy Valentine's Day!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO YOU ALL MY DEAR READERS! This post is such a big achievement for me, because I finally I posted on time the photos I took for today haha! I just felt like wearing anything red today because of the occasion. Hubby and I weren't able to spend Valetntine's day together , because he has lots of tasks to do on his business, and I very much understand him. For sure we will be celebrating this weekend or early next week and I cannot wait for it because we will be wearing a "terno" t-shirt haha! Don't worry I'll blog about our photos once we've worn the shirt! :)

For now I have to sleep, I need to get early tomorrow because I have a long list of to-do things. GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE! Btw, I hope you liked my preppy Valentine's day look as much as I do! :)

Pardon the foodie title haha! It is just that I am craving for sweets, not because tomorrow is Valentine's Day, but it is because I haven't eaten well and I am avoiding sweets because of my too painful singaw. haha! Anyway don't you just adore the color of my skirt? I truly love it to bits and I am so excited to wear it again! :) I just wish the sun will come-out tomorrow so everyone will be happy on the heart's day.

Speaking of which, if you are to ask what I will be doing tomorrow, well, I will be at home doing work stuffs haha. I am not a kill joy, but I told hubby not to go out tomorrow since I know it will be a one hella traffic day! And I don't want to be stuck in vain haha! So what we planned is just to celebrate heart's day a bit late, maybe on Thursday. We're just practical as that. hehe.

On the other hand, I just made a video of the shoot I had last week for Simone's Closet. I hope you'll like it! Please see the post before this one. Please bear with the editing it's my first to make a video haha!

She's so spoiled by her granny! :) Anyway, don't you just love the print of her shirt? She always tell me she does look like her daddy! :) So cute and so true!!! :)

The Doggie In The Window

Obviously, you know why my title is that? haha! My dog was caught in the camera while I am doing my outfit shoot. haha! Anyway, The dress I am wearing in this post has stayed inside my closet for over a year, and I was able to wear it again the other day. I love how pretty the print is and the colors too! And also I wore my red heels too! It's so comfy!

On the other hand, Simone's Closet is already done with the photo shoot for the 36th collection, official posters and the look book photos will be uploaded in the coming days! :) I am just so excited to show them to you all! It's Friday and I hope you are all having a good day!

Just wanted to share with you all my latest purchases! I got a couple shirt for me and hubby that we are planning to wear on Valentine's Day haha! I know it's so cheesy but we used to do it since we were in college haha! I love the shirts' prints, they're very creative! I am actually excited to wear it :)

Then I got myself a pair of red heels. Finally the hunt for a good pair of red shoes is finally over. I got this pair for P800 only at PRP. They were having a shoe sale in their Trinoma store the last time I went. Go try to visit PRP now you might be able to grab their on-sale shoes! :) I am excited to wear 'em in my up-coming outfit posts! :)

Don't you just notice the red hues in my recent buys? haha! I can't deny that love is in the air :)

Whenever I want to take a break from all the girly and chic outfits I've been wearing, I try to at least wear a man-ish or a boy-ish look. And this outfit's my interpretation. I so love how comfy my look is and how different it is from my usual look. I wore my sequined top and wooden bangles to add a hint of girly-feel. Don't you just love the blazer too?! It looks so vintage-y for me.

My Heart Skips A Beat

I almost neglected this leopard print dress that I got from SM last year. I reserved it for special occasions but since I seldom attend formal events I've decided to style it differently. If I were to go on a dinner and movie date on such a chilly night, this would what I wear. The dress is tube-top so to avoid showing too much skin, I layered my black vest on it. And isn't nice that my red detachable collar looks like an inverted heart peeking from my vest? I love it! :)

SUNDAY MUSIC: The One That Got Away by Boyce Avenue

I know I know. Another Boyce Avenue, but I don't care haha coz I am totally in love with Alejandro's voice. Anyway, I will be posting love songs for the next Sundays to come because it's the love month and the perfect timing to listen to songs like this. The original version of Katy Perry is good but I like the way Boyce Avenue gives more life and meaning to the song. I just love the way they sang this one, and I can actually feel the lyrics. I hope you'll like this too!

Anyway, I will be back on blogging outfits tomorrow. For now I just have to shut down my laptop and make accessories. Simone's Closet is about to launch it's 36th collection on or before February 14. And I am working like a horse to be able to produce enough stocks. Teasers are coming next week!

Like A Painting With The Deepest Meaning

I myself can't believe that I was able to confidently wear this outfit. Blame it on that vintage floral shirt I got from my latest ukay hunting. When I first saw it I knew this whole look will be perfect for it. The top is just so versatile that I could think of many ways to style it. I just love everything in this outfit. It's something new for me. It's my first time to wear a bandage skirt and thank God my legs look okay with it, and didn't look chubby at all haha!

If you've been reading my blog daily, you'll get to see that my bangs over the last few weeks has grown to a side-swept bangs. Woke-up one day missing my full bangs, hence I cut it the other day. And I love the result! I miss my old bangs so badly! And it's good its back again! :) You'll see more of my new bangs in my outfit posts to come! :)

If there's one thing that mom, I and Marise have in common, that is our love for fashion. Mom loves to dress-up when she was in her early years and I was able to snag vintage pieces from her closet which only shows how fasyon she is. Marise loves dressing-up too since she always see me in stylish outfits. She even loves clothes from Gingersnaps. :) But aside from our love for fashion, we also love to stroll inside Trinoma haha! Last Saturday we were just there, strolling around and did some little shopping for our kitchen and for Marise's stuffs. And of course we ended the night over a delicious dinner. I just love this kind of girl bonding, this is my simple way of veering away from stress :)

Who wouldn't know her right? She's the famous fashionista villain in the blockbuster movie 101 Dalmatians. Her love for animal furs from coats to dresses and hats, is her fashion trademark. Everything's black and white. And this outfit completely reminds me of her, hence that title haha! But to make it clear, the dress I am wearing is not a real zebra fur alrightie? haha!

Wore this to a Satruday girl bonding with mom and Marise (which I will blog about next). Whenever I am in a hurry to dress-up, I just put on any dress, accessorize, and I am ready to go. I guess when you are a mom, and you are a fashionista, pretty and versatile dresses are your closet must-have! :)

Brown, Puffy Sleeves

Whenever I see this vintage top, it reminds me of the 80s or the 90s where big puffy sleeves is such a fashion statement. I tried wearing the top with pants and with my pumps. This entire look is something new to me. I seldom wear heels but this 2012, hubby encourages me to at least wear my heels once in a while.

On the other hand, my migraine makes my sleeping habit a weird one. I was rushed earlier in the hospital because of my severe headache. Thank God I am okay now. I asked my hubby to type this post for me since my doctor told me to rest my eyes and stop using my laptop just for a day. I can't help but check on my blog and update you my loves, so even if I am resting I still managed to ask hubby to make a post for me. :)

Another thing that haunts me in the middle of the night, is the pair of heels I saw 2 weeks ago at F&H . This is just a sign that I should get it, don't you think so?? hehe I need to go to F&H asap! :)

Hey everyone! How are you doing? I am pretty sure you are all taking advantage of the time to sleep and rest, but me, I am working like a carabao joke! haha! But I am a workaholic so it's okay hehe and that explains too why even Saturdays and Sundays I still face my laptop doing proposals and proposals and articles .
