Just came across to this site about car title loans Ohio after browsing online. I honestly can't relate because I never tried taking loans when buying cars. Well, we don't often change our car and so far we only use 1 car and don't have any other extra. We tend to trade-in our car after another. Then top-up the rest because we avoid debts and loans as possible. But, I would stress that some loans maybe a better option when buying car as long as it has low interest. Okay, while having our lunch, hubby mentioned about his next trip to Kenya, Thailand and Philippines. I was like, what? I can just take his trip to anywhere in Africa but Asia? No way Jose! I'm super jelly. Imagine how so unfair is that? It should be me who needs to go and not him, haha. Oh well, maybe I'll take over his job. I just can't easily travel with him because our 2 older kids are at school and making them miss schools is not an option. So, I'll sacrifice my needs for my kids sake and I know sooner I'll be visiting my homeland again. Before the end of the year? Who knows! Technorati Profile

Beginning to love music

I noticed lately how my daughter turn into a music lovers. All we can hear every morning and every night whichever part in the house she maybe she is always singing. I can almost memorise all her current favourite musics she downloaded in her phone. No wonder our itunes balance is going down very quickly. I just top it in and bought couple of apps then now it's back to zero balance. Anyway, it is good that she is engrossed with music, she love to sing and she is such a performer but I'm not sure if she has the great voice. But, there is no stopping for her, like how determine she is learning piano, guitar and many other music instrument. She is going to start her proper piano lesson soon and then guitar lesson will follow next. So, now we know what to get her in her next birthday, a guitar because she already has a keyboard from Grandma. Hence, I check apogee through curiosity and find out it's all about guitars. They currently have some offers on some guitar, I want to have a look and see if anything worth buying now. Technorati Profile

Daily Lunch with him

When I stop working I was a little worried that maybe I can't afford to be stuck in the house anymore after nearly 5 years working. But I was so wrong because I was never this relax in my life. Being with my kids 24/7 especially with my toddler is the best thing in the world. Plus, hubby always comes home at lunch time and I always look forward to it. Also, we lived nearby the town and almost close to everything so I can just go out and have fun with my toddler anytime. That if, the weather is bearable as most of the time it is pretty horrible, lol. Anyway, I enjoyed my daily lunch with hubby everyday as long as he is not travelling somewhere like in the next couple weeks. Oh well, its part of his job, I can't complain too much:) Technorati Profile

Besides all the colourful bedding I've got for my kids many months ago, this time I am looking for some plain baby bedding especially for my boys. It's easier, neater and soothing to the eyes. I've got them coloured ones already and it is nice to have varieties. I'm not sure if it is only me though or it's everyone's business to keep changing bedding every other day. Strictly speaking, I changed my kids bedding every 2 days. Hence, I've got piled of laundry's every week. Am I a clean freak or what? I hate it when my kids mess around regularly and I yell at them when I see toys scattered around, it's scary! Technorati Profile

Was going to watch Britain got talent's final tonight but unfortunately my excitement has blown away by looking at the FB feeds updates. Sadly, someone posted who have won the final and that ends my excitement. This is what social networking has brought to me, always updated so there is no point watching the real shows, is there? I can just check the FB feeds and everything you want to know and don't want to know are there posted regularly, lol. What can you do? You have no control of it. It's the sad fact of life, haha. Home Improvements

After 6 weeks moving in our place is not totally done and there are still numbers of boxes unpack at the hallway and living room. Dining room is nearly finish though as well as the kitchen and the rest of the bedrooms. What we need for the bedrooms are these faux window blinds and hopefully we could order some soon, I mean real soon before my in-laws visit. It would be nice to have it all done for each of the bedroom windows as the day lights really get into your eyes early in the morning and stop you from lying in late during weekends. It is quite annoying and we couldn't wait for it to be all blinded very soon especially the long days are stepping in. In the other hand, I would love to buy few indoors plants for my hallways, dining and bathrooms. Oh, another long list of things to buy. Have to remember to stick with the budgets this time :)) Technorati Profile

Hubby just told me that he is going for another trip to Kenya soon. He knows how much I hate him being away from us but we have no choice as it is his job that provides our daily needs and more. I don't know why every time he will tell me about his upcoming trip I'm always surprised for we both know and agreed before he accept the job that travelling will be part of the package. Oh well, I just can't stand being on my own with the kids especially in the night time because I get really scared. But, I know that God is always with us and he'll look after us as he look after hubby in all his trip and to the rest of the people in the world. He is a 'BIG GOD' and the mightiest of all. Yes, he is going to celebrate his 47th birthday soon and that is something I always look forward to. Another year of his life spent with me. So, this year as usual I plan to take him out for family outing then dinner. Still looking for that perfect place for us to celebrate it with. Africa Trips...

Hubby has been to few trips since joining in this new field of industry where he currently working as IDM (International development Manager. Most of his trip is to Africa only once in Europe but more in the near future and as well as to Asian countries which include Philippines. Anyway, his next trip will be in Madagascar and looks like they are going for a safari trip for a day with his colleague to see animals they are famous of such as Lions, Elephant and more. Apparently, Lion's populations have decreased rapidly which an organisations is trying to help preserve the King of the Jungle. So much for that! Now, I have to divert you to this bundling network. One more thing and this is a must. I completely forgot that my kids music lesson is too soon that I thought it is. So, I have to buy them nady microphones as one of their requirements along with other things. Ah, I really thought their music lesson won't start until next month but how wrong was I? Also, they have it daily and they can choose among these; guitar, piano, violin, drum and recorder. I know my kids will have hard time to choose as they love all of the above. But one thing for sure, they'll teach them all of these, eventually. I'm excited for them, so excited. Technorati Profile

Finally skype with the husband and the kids super enjoyed their virtual hugs and kiss from their Daddy. Now, its time to head to the dreamland where dreams and fantasy meet. I'm looking forward for another day of torture - walking uphill. Yeah right! It's freaking torture especially pushing along my toddler in the pushchair. Whenever I reach to the top (where the prep school is) my nostrils are surely flapping and breathless. Yes, this time I'd wish I know how to drive. It isn't just an uphill but a steep uphill, really steep. Got it? I purely want a sympathy, haha. I feel sorry for my son. He's a lot chunkier so he is also breathless when we get to the top. My daughter is the one who has the most energy and find it really easy. I'm not sure where she get the energy from. [SIGHED] Technorati Profile

Anybody looking for a pretty good made pallet rack? I just came across to a site that sells it. Just an idea to whoever warehouses and factories that need any. Anyway, it is becoming late at night here and I really want to go to bed as we are getting up 6 o'clock in the morning. Kids school start 8:30 am and we have to catch up the bus at 7:30 am. Ah, I can't wait for the weekend, it is when hubby come back from his business trip. Oh, I have to kick his butt to get me started driving. Because, I only want him to teach, I don't want anybody else. No one has enough patience to deal with my temper apart from him. [Kidding]...just purely nerves, now I think I am ready! Bring it on! Thanked God, hubby arrived in Johannesburg safe and sound. All night I was praying for his safe flight along with his colleague to Mozambique. And this morning I got call and text from him letting me know that he arrived safely. It was to hear from him after 15 hours. As always, he asked if we are all okay. So sweet of him really. Now, we are waiting for him to be online so that we can skype. The kids are anxious to see their Daddy on the computer. They want a goodnight and hugs before bedtime, as always. One of their nightly routines and they won't go to sleep without a hug and kiss from their Daddy. Simple as that! Technorati Profile

Talking about furniture, I have so much in mind. If only our dining room and living room are done, I could have start shopping. Oh well, better wait and see whats the builder is up to and when they are going to finish it all. I'm getting a bit erkkk already for waiting this long. It shouldn't be and God when they are coming to finish their job. So much for that rant, I ain't ready for the wrinkles yet. I have to divert my mind about other ideas of decorating our house to turn it into lovely home. Getting so interested about hickory furniture online, will have to browse more. How about you? Any home improvement ideas for this season? Me, I'd stick to all-in-one, can always add something to accentuate each season. Anyway, I'm hoping the builders will ring us back this weekend. Our Apartment & house we rented back in South...

We just spent £1200 for our flat to get rid and treat the moulds. Got a phone call from the agent where we put it on and told us the exact expenses we have to pay for fixing the problem. Apparently, its the common problem for the ground floor apartments and honestly, we are getting tired of it and thinking of selling it. Lesson learnt, do not buy a ground floor apartment/flat in the future. Glad our 5 bedroom house is renting okay and that the people who rented it are willing to spend their own extra money to decorate the entire house. We are so happy about it - someone will look after our house for many years while we rent it to them. Back to our 2 bedroom flat, we do hope the people who live in it will take extra care and that they will read precautions on how to clean moulds. Technorati Profile

As a little sister, I would wish nothing but the best for my big sis who currently in the relationship with a younger guy - apparently 8 or 9 yrs junior. She is such a wonderful woman and great mother and a lovely, loving and very kind sister who I believe deserved a great man to spend the rest of her life with. But if this young guy who will make her happy then so be it. All I can do is pray for her to have the happy life she truly deserved and a great family in the near future - that if the guy will ever propose to her though, no news and plans yet. But, if that happens then I would willingly donate a staggering diamond eternity band as their wedding gifts. I really will because I want to see my big sister settled and happy. Technorati Profile

After done few tasks had to get my butt up and made snacks for the kids before took them outside in the front yard for fresh air. The moment I got out the door, I felt horribly cold even though the sun was still up shining brightly. Yes, its bitterly cold out there today. I can't believe how its switches so quickly in just over a day and compare it from yesterday's weather where I was half-naked in bikini getting more sun tanned at the beach whereas today I have to wrapped warmly with about 3 layers. I guess the good weather is now past its best and is changing back to our normal chilly cold old days. Oh well, I guess I took advantage and enjoyed pretty much of the days where it was warm. Why is it? When you are not looking anymore, it's when you find it? Been searching for this cake pops even before my daughter's birthday and my sons and only found it today. But I'm not sure the husband is up for a party on his birthday. If he ever will then I would have to order some cake pops for him. It is his birthday in couple months time. Although, its only us celebrating his birthday but I'm pretty sure the kids would love to have a special treat and cake pops are the only special sweets I can think about. Who can blame me? After all my moaning and complaining about Britain's weather, I must say lately the weather has been so lovely. I can definitely smell the spring coming our way. Or is it already here! Would you believe that we have our first beach dip in? Yeah, it's yesterday! I finally took the kids to the West Shore which is only 5 minutes away and oh it was such a beautiful afternoon. The kids enjoyed making sand castle, picking up sea shells, clams and etc...My little one was very brave to do under water. Yes, it is lovely here and today is no exception - so long it may continue. With our non-stop barking in the house (coughing) I suggested to hubby that perhaps its about time for him to give up his only vice, smoking. But, I'm not sure showing him these cigars samplers will help? Or how cigars is different to cigarettes? So dumb of me huh? Oh well, I thought by encouraging him more to smoking will eventually lead him to stop. I'm not sure where this idea came - from nowhere - or shall I admit I'm bored of telling him to stop smoking. I so needed some extra additional cash to send a little something to my niece and nephew who are about to graduate grade schools in a couple weeks time. All this time I am still looking and digging every boxes for my utility knife and I'm so getting annoyed by it. It's a must have in my kitchen - can't live without it. I pretty dug in all the boxes and I really don't want to buy anymore. I don't think I can find something like it. Its the sharpest knife in the world and I have used it for many years already. Once I settled for a stuff it is very hard to replace it. Oh well, I'll keep my fingers cross for the remaining boxes unpacked. Technorati Profile
