Last Sunday, I went outside for a practice in motorbiking. It has been a long time I haven't ride a motorbike. I think I was 13 or 14 that I learned to drive, I was still in high school then. As long as you're good in balancing for a bicycle then learning to drive a motorbike is not really a problem.

After few days that I was hanging out with my girl friends, Adam and I went to SM City Cebu for another food trip. Last few months of 2011, I was into different restaurants and food shops. I guess I am really serious being a 'Feeling Food Blogger.'

Without knowing what and where to eat, I just grabbed Adam for Lamesa Grill. Thank goodness, it's unlimited rice. Ha ha ha! Adam and I are both rice eaters.

Pork Sisig, the best sisig Adam and I have tasted, worth P170

Adam and I started to love pork sisig when there was a pork sisig stall in some malls. So we tried this pork sisig in Lamesa Grill and we could say it was the best pork sisig we have ever tasted. The chicharon was an additional point for being so delicious.

Inihaw na Liempo, also the best, worth P150

Adam and I also love Inihaw na Liempo. The pork meat was cooked and marinated well. Since it was just the two of us, two viands are fine already. The most important is the unlimited rice worth P30 and bottomless drinks worth P65 (for iced tea and lemonade).

To be honest, I think I had eaten more cups of rice than my boyfriend. Adam was done eating and I was the one being left while my plates, spoon and fork were so busy. By the time I called the waiter for an extra rice, the rest of the crew that were almost guys were staring at me. On my plate, he put one and a half cup of rice. Please, don't ask me how many cups of rice in total because I don't remember. Ha ha ha!

I am really a petite girl. I think they were shocked that I called the waiter for another extra rice while my boyfriend was done with his plate. Thank goodness I don't see myself getting fat like an obese but I used to be thin though. I guess the right phrase to describe me is that I am in good shape. :D

Since it was Christmas and New Year time, I captured a video when a group of students by a certain school went inside for a Christmas Caroling.

So what's your dining experience in Lamesa Grill? I'm going to go back there and eat again. Yum!

Hanging Out in Starbucks at Ayala Center Cebu

This is the sequel of our bonding moments with my girl friends during last week of December 2011, previous post here.

A lot of people hang out around Starbucks but I am different. In fact, it was my first time to purchase some drink in Starbucks. I am not really fond of coffee though. It's undeniable that foods and drinks are also expensive here. I won't waste my money for a single cup of coffee. Ha ha ha! I'm just being thrifty and practical.

Anyway, the month of December was the time to feel good about myself and I purchased this drink for dessert. Oh, well I forgot the name but it's chocolate. Thanks for the suggestion Jacqui.

OH! Things get so busy again for 2012 and I love it. Actually I really don't know what to write for today but I just feel so pity for my blog that I haven't updated it. Well, no pictures for today because there is nothing important happened few days ago.

What keeps me busy? I got part-time jobs in Odesk and I've got orders for Fotografi Rox. The reason I haven't blogged lately. Just so you know, I still have more things to blog. A sequel for this post with my college girl friends and a date with Adam post. Pictures are ready but putting it into blog posts, still I can't find time yet.

Gotta leave for now and I have to start my part-time job. :)

Today is a special day for my friend Jeaneth and she is now happily married to RJ, such a lovely couple. Jeaneth was my schoolmate in college and RJ was my schoolmate in elementary. They have been together since high school.

I need to explain this because I DID NEVER CATCH the bouquet by myself. There were 12 ladies and instead of throwing the bouquet to us, they counted how many participants. They threw 12 flowers for us to get a single flower. Whoever could not catch one will have the bouquet. Being at the back, it was unfortunate for me to get one. Good thing, one of the bridesmaids gave a flower to me because she got two.

So each of us had a flower but someone declared that whoever gets the shortest flower will have the bouquet. Unfortunately, I had the shortest flower. OMG!

I was really nervous that I just joked around and told some friends to take a picture of me with the bride and the bouquet. Ha ha ha! I told the bride, "Day, ako na jud sunod kaslonon ani... (Girl, I'm the next one to get married...)"

Hukad sa Golden Cowrie at Ayala Center, Cebu

Going to Hukad sa Golden Cowrie with Arcel and Jacqui was unplanned because our first plan was to go to an eat-all-you-can restaurant. Well, I was really late for an hour at 2 PM. It's better late than never, you know. He he he!

We never thought that there are some restaurants have their own schedule for lunch and dinner to be followed. Unlike with Joven's Grill, my friend and I were there during snack time until dinner. We had no choice so I decided that we should go to Ayala and they agreed. Anyway, every time we see each other Ayala Center Cebu is our official hangout three-gether. :D

We arrived at the Ayala Terraces and we were surrounded by expensive restaurants. I am a very finicky eater and I don't want to waste my money on spending foods I can't eat at all. Filipino foods had been on our mind so we chose Hukad sa Golden Cowrie. Actually that was my first time there.

Arcel and Jacqui both enjoyed this dish. I am the only one who is really ignorant about Kare-kare. There is peanut butter with this dish. Honestly, I don't like the taste because it's bitter. Well, I am not really fond of bitter. Anyway, there is a sauce for this that is what we call 'Hipon' or shrimps. I forgot to take the picture. Please correct me if I'm wrong. He he! Still I'm allergic to shrimps and I am not allowed to eat.

Oh I just love the 'tamang asim' or right sour of the soup. So far, I enjoyed the pork meat and sea shell food dishes. We were there beyond snack time until dinner. Take note, Hukad sa Golden Cowrie has unlimited rice so enjoy the food while you can. I realized it's the second expensive restaurant I've been to in December (the first expensive restaurant is here).

The bonding moments we had is not yet done here because I will post the sequel of the story on the next blog post.

As what I've said, I am really serious being a 'Feeling Food Blogger' so this is an extended celebration for having won the contest. I will blog about this too. Actually the last week of December should be our trip to Camotes Island but I canceled it because of the bad weather. Anyway, even though it was canceled, I am still excited for the prizes. Hehehe!

A great way to start my year, isn't it? I don't have a New Year's Resolution, just several GOALS. ^____^

Joven's Grill - Eat All You Can Trip with Jan

I forgot the date when was the time we went to Joven's Grill but I uploaded the pictures on my Facebook on December 14, 2011. But I won't forget the time we went there. It was 3:30 PM. Before that, I went to a print shoppe to get my printer. I already told Jan that we should meet inside the quick service restaurant but she invited me for an eat-all-you-can.

As natural as we are, we are really crazy on Facebook and in person. We laughed out loud and talking a lot of things. We don't care the people around us if they can hear us roaring with laughter as if we are (literally) huge but all they can see are cute and pretty girls. :P

We arrived at Joven's Grill with poise. We were the only two customers at that time. It was already past snack time but Jan really wanted to eat rice. She was really that hungry. Of course, I enjoyed the opportunity since it was for free. Hahaha!

Gelatissimo Treat for Myself

I know this is kind of late post but I just want to share this to you. Still at SM City Cebu and had a solo flight last Dec. 9, 2011 I decided to feel good for myself. If you have been following my mobile blog and have read my first mobile blog post it was all about Gelatissimo.

It is a small cup and one scoop is worth P100. If you want two flavors or two scoops in a cup you will just add P50 for a total of P150. I thought this scoop was not enough for me but I was wrong. Indeed it was too much for me. Since this ice cream is made of natural ingredients, well, it is very sweet. Sometimes my tonsils were hurting. I wished I had my boyfriend that time.

Anyway, I was able to finish the ice cream by myself. I bought some bread for a good pair.

Yesterday me and my friend Jan roaming around SM City Cebu for dual purposes: business and laugh trip. After meeting two people for their mugs and tumblers it was time for us for a laugh trip. We just took off from our work and had fun together.

I am really happy to see Tibiao Fish Spa at SM City Cebu. I've been searching for them where in Cebu they're located right now for I have a plan to try. I haven't tried it though because I want to treat my boyfriend for this or may be my mother.

After the Attracting Wealth Seminar, we went to our first assignment that is to go to an expensive restaurant. The Coriander is an Indian-Singaporean restaurant located at the Crossroads arcade in Banilad, Cebu.

Most of the foods are all spicy. I am not really fond of spicy foods but I tried it for a change. My boyfriend loves spicy foods and he has a favorite dish.

Attracting Wealth Seminar by John Calub

After the Visayas Blogging Summit 2011, the next day Manilyn and I went back to SM City Cebu for the Attracting Wealth Seminar by John Calub last November 27, 2011. Actually we attended the Money Magnet Seminar last November 20.

We invested for this seminar for P3,500.00. Workbooks were also provided for the participants. I don't have to expound everything here about it but I am inviting you to join the seminar the next time Sir John Calub will be hitting for the next run here in Cebu. It is a whole day event.

When the seminar ended, we had the chance to take pictures with Sir John Calub.

After this seminar, Manilyn, Dianne, JJ and I took the first assignment. My boyfriend went to SM City Cebu to fetch me so I decided to tag him along. Christine went home ahead for his father was waiting for her.

Again, to my readers please take the opportunity to join the Money Magnet and Attracting Wealth Seminar by John Calub. The seminars uplift us to be successful and to be wealthy. It helps us to change our mindset from being poor and corrupt to a wealthy one.

I FEEL GOOD after the seminar. Even though my boyfriend had not attended the event I told him the good things about it. Obviously, we already have our mutual understanding to help each other whatever happens in the future.

Harbour City at SM City Cebu

As promised, here is my "feeling food blogger" post. I have blogged several posts about food here and will be blogging more.

After the Visayas Blogging Summit event, my friends and I decided to take our dinner. The event ended sometime at 8PM. Actually we were already tired for waking up early but still we have the energy for our endless talks. Jan decided to go home because her mom called her and she needed to buy something as requested by her mom.

Picture not mine, forgot to take for I was hungry already that time.

Essel, Manilyn and I looked for restaurants inside SM City Cebu. It was a Saturday so as expected, there were lots of people that time. We decided to go to Harbour City located at the Lower Ground Floor. We had to wait because the tables were so full. Fortunately, we were third on the reservation so we just waited for a while. The attendant guided us to the empty table.

The cute waiter approached us to our table and took our order. You don't have to worry for the prices are so affordable. We ordered iced tea and coke for drinks, three pieces of siomai, three rice bowls and one chicken soup. It's time eating by chopsticks.

Of course, we always don't forget taking snapshots inside the restaurant. This was the time when we waited for our orders.

I woke up at 5AM and took a bath immediately. I prepared myself for the Visayas Blogging Summit 2011 and I was really excited to meet my friends who I invited for the blogging summit. For breakfast, I was only drinking hot chocolate and ate some biscuits. I waved goodbye to my parents and told them that I would be late because it was a whole day event at SM City Cebu. Fortunately, I was able to take a ride of a KMK bus from Naga to SM City so I was able to take a nap there. Well, I was late and the bus was so slow.

When I arrived at SM City Cebu, fortunately the event had not started yet. I registered and got a freebie. My friend Jan was not around yet so I waited for her. While waiting, I saw Sir Jobette, my SEO mentor and my computer teacher way back in high school. I greeted him and shook his hand. Then, Jan arrived and let them had their 'meet and greet.' After a while, Essel came. I was waiting for Manilyn though.

I've got the chance to say hi to familiar faces that I have the chance to interact on social networks and had chit-chats with other blogger friends. A lot of Technologians from CIT-University attended the said event. At last, Manilyn arrived and girls were complete.

After all the speakers were done with their talks, here came with the raffles and prayed to be one of the winners. Unfortunately I didn't win. Manilyn was lucky enough because she won a GC worth P100 from Dream Coffee. Funny, I was hoping to win a hotel overnight stay for two. LOL

The event ended sweet because I got the chance to eat Krispy Kreme for free. Before the event, I was really excited to eat some and wanted to buy a box either in Ayala or IT Park. Maybe, next time if I have another chance to go to the city.

Hello December with Maroon 5

A lot of things happened before November ended. Indeed I had a great time with friends and new acquaintances. So far, 2011 has been also a good year to me and I have been receiving and still receiving a lot of blessings. Yes, I am counting my blessings and ignore the haters. I am doing well with my online job. I started a little business and other investments. I have a blooming love life. I know life isn't perfect but I am having a great time.

24 days to go and it's already Christmas. I am really busy with the orders for Fotografi Rox, my home-based business. I am also busy with my online job so I am really torn between them and that is why I am only working part-time right now. I am already missing blogging right now that is why I found the time to blog.

I am just listening to Maroon 5 and Adam Levine inspires me so much. Yes, they have the same name with my boyfriend. It's funny that Adam Levine's girlfriend is named Anne Vyalitsyna, a Victoria's Secret Angel, so I decided to change my name on Facebook from Roxanne to Anne. Well, somebody called me Anne before but it was too girly but from now on, I am Anne. Hahaha!

I've been watching the video again and again because the couple, Adam and Anne, look good together. They are so cute. <3 <3 <3 Anne was also in the music videos Misery and Never Gonna Leave This Bed.

By the way, before I met my boyfriend, Adam, I've been a Maroon 5 fan since This Love aired on radio and MTV. Also I've been addicted to the front man Adam Levine.

Last November 20, 2011, I attended a Money Magnet Seminar by John Calub. It was a whole day event and met my college friends. It was also my boyfriend's day off so I just let him sleep the whole day because he was tired from work.

After our dinner, we really wanted to go home but it was impossible for us to ride a 10H or 10M jeepneys because of several passengers. We decided to go to IT Park. I really missed this place. A lot of people were there that night. We saw this bazaar or marketplace and decided to take a look then we found this Angry Birds hat and decided to purchase one.

After from the free seminar I have experienced from Keys To Success and Prosperity by John Calub, I went to the Money Magnet Seminar last November 20, 2011 together with my college friends. We invested P500 for the said event and I must say it is really worth it.

Samsung Galaxy Y - A Birthday Gift for Myself

Oh at last, my gift just arrived this afternoon. This was supposed to be an advance birthday gift but it is just today I have it. Anyway, it was a long story. I received a package from Globe delivered by Air21. I am now subscribing for postpaid plan for P499 a month and Samsung Galaxy Y is for free. It has 24 months lock-in.

Globelines customer service called my mom for this offer since we are a Globelines landline with broadband subscriber under my mom's name. The only requirement is to have my mom's photocopy of her ID. They offer this as a bundle with her existing subscription (landline + broadband + postpaid mobile plan). Good thing I don't need to buy another micro-SD card for it is free in the package.

Even though I can afford myself to buy this with a market price of PhP5,990, I'm using my frugality in here. How? Instead of acquiring this for straight cash, I will use the money for an investment which my money grows every month. With a postpaid plan, I'm paying this every month. It's like I'm paying for installment. Okay, whatever it is, I know what I'm doing. He he he!

After how many years, my phone is already upgraded. If you know the story of my first phone of four years and suddenly bought a second phone last September, because of frugality (again) it was never my intention to buy an expensive phone. But I realized that I need to upgrade because it is really needed with my job working as online freelancer. This phone is an asset and I could use this as my organizer.

We already knew that Samsung is a strong brand. It was really my dream for having Samsung as my smartphone with Android as an OS. I know it is also a very expensive brand. Before I buy something expensive I make sure to do some research if it fits my needs. When Samsung Galaxy Y introduced here in the Philippines, I was amazed on how affordable the mobile phone is. Another Improvement of Fotografi Rox Home-Based Office

Yesterday, I was busy rearranging and cleaning Fotografirox's business office at home. I told my mother about some changes for the improvement and she supported it. I call it mini-office because of the small space I have. I had this brainstorming these past few days of the new arrangement of the office.

To save money, I used anything I found in the house like what you can see under the keyboard. That is an old small seat made of wood. If you could see where I put my CPU/System Unit and the two printers, this was originally placed in our kitchen.

Our old TV divider/rack still in good use. I use it as a display area. Yes I have a show window already. I converted the window screen into glass.

To save money for your glass window, the carpenter suggested that we should not use aluminum for the sidings. That was the reason it was very expensive. Since our store is not totally concrete, he used woods as a frame for the glass window.

The one we used for putting the system unit and the printers is such a good help for it is such a space saver. I have plans on my mind right now and one thing is lacking is to implement it. One thing I have in mind right now is to buy a CPU/System Unit or a laptop? I still have to check my budget though. ^_^
