I am no big fan of watching online movies or video clips but lately, I've been watching music videos on youtube. With internet download manager installed and activated for Mozilla Firefox, normally, I do get the option to download whichever movie clip I am streaming. However, it is saved as a video clip with the *.flv extension, playable with either media player classic or vlc player. A nice friend of mine ask me how to convert movies in youtube into mp3 directly.

I normally advise people to download a separate converter, such as Naevius Youtube converter for this purpose but lately, I came upon a little website which simplifies this particular task. http://www.video2mp3.net freely converts youtube links into mp3 format without any sort of music quality loss. I tried it and it worked smooth. Furthermore, Video2mp3.net supports not only youtube but other online video streaming websites such as dailymotion and all!

Conversion time depends on the size of the movie but still it is quite quick and easy. Apart from the online service where one needs to log to the website for the conversion purpose, it it also available in Mozilla Firefox addon version which allows one to convert the movie directly from the youtube page, which avoid the hassle of going to http://www.video2mp3.net over again and again!

There are other websites which would do same, but I prefer video2mp3 converter versus the ones which follow:

Katz made me listen a song track of Bruno Mars today. I knew the song but still I did watch the movie. It was a cover from an amateur artist. I was astounded when watching this movie clip. By the name of Jason Chen, the artist sang that song superbly and it was awesome!

I listened to his other covers and they are all awesome, especially his version of love the way you lie. Gosh, that guy is a born artist and he is breathtakingly goooood! This guy has got talent and all his covers are simply *wow*
He is a Taiwanese American student, and he’s studying at UCLA for a business economics. He is no artist but just an amateur. I can't wait till he gets out his single!

His songs can be appreciated on his youtube or on his facebook page respectively. I am so in love with his songs!

Everything in life is temporary

Everything in life is temporary and yet many people do fail to realize it. The darkness of the night, the brilliance of the day, the warmth and the cold, they're all temporary. And needless to mention that our experiences, emotions, feelings and actions as well are temporary. Everything does change with time.

If people thought a bit about these few words, they would understand that time waits for no one. The time lost today cannot be recovered and most importantly, the present is a gift; to be relished. All good things to come to and end. If things are working out nicely, take the time to really enjoy it for it may not last too long before it changes again. People often get worried about their future which they do link do their past and present. The future surely should be well planned and well thought of but that's no pretext to ruin our present. The reality is, we live in the here and now - the past is forgotten, the future is yet to come but the now is what counts. Worries of the past and issues of the future will eventually ruin up your mood.

Thinking does help plan and anticipate but over-thinking will shatter the present moment. Most of the time we live in a daydream in which we think of the past, and dream of the future. Meanwhile life runs on without us. Without us being present, that is. We miss so much when we live in a daze that we often to forget to enjoy each and every moment of life to the utmost. Bad things do happen in life but that's something we cannot avoid no matter how much precautions we take. Life is a struggle and one does ought taking risks from time to time.

If the present is boring or way to hard, swap it and focus up on bright ideas which will result in improving your real state. Pain, solitude, hate are all temporary. When one door of happiness closes, another one opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do fail to realize that another one has opened up. There is a choice in most cases though people tend to realize it a bit too late. Life is better experienced through alternating perspectives.

It takes both rain and sunshine to make a rainbow. The sun's gonna shine and the rain's gonna fall, but that's life. When it seems like everything is wrong and will never be right again remember even the darkest nights must give way to day. Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.; it is all about dancing in the rain!

To truly live life, to really experience it, to enjoy it to the fullest, instead of barely scraping by and only living a life of existence, hear your inner voice, and tune it to life! Learn to differentiate between those who do mean something to you to those who mean nothing. Treasure every moment that you have! And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time. And remember that time waits for no one. Life is simple. Don't get so lost about your dreams that you forget to live your present.

Many people spend a great deal of time and energy thinking about past problems and future concerns while the present is passing them by. Remember the here and now is a gift, which is why they call it the ‘present’. Treat it like a present, enjoy it to the fullest and make the most of it. Living in the moment is all about living like there's no tomorrow. It takes practice but in the end, you'll lead a fuller life. Don’t let your life pass you by, focus on the present and enjoy today!

Everything in life is temporary. So if things are going good, enjoy it because it won't last forever. And if things are going bad, don't worry because it won't last forever either. Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.

Forget about the days when its been cloudy, but don’t forget your hours in the sun. Forget about mistakes that you can’t change now, but don’t forget the lessons that you’ve learned. Forget about the times you’ve been defeated, but don’t forget the victories you’ve won. Forget about misfortunes you encounter, but don’t forget the times your luck has turned. Forget about the days when you’ve been lonely, but don’t forget the friendly smiles you’ve seen. Forget about the plans that did not seem to work out right, but…don’t forget to always have a dream and living the present moment!

Foobar2000 - light weight free audio player

Lately, people have been asking me which softwares I use in my daily life for listening music, web design, and all. Today I will be speaking about the music player I use. Surprisingly enough, most people do think that winamp or windows media player are the best audio softwares down on earth, which I totally contradict.

Unlike many people, I am more into open source, light and minimal softwares. I use an audio player mainly to listen to music, not to view it's visualisation, or mod it with loads of stuffs, which will considerably eat up all my memory.

I came across Foobar2ooo some years back. At first I disliked it for it was really minimal and sort of lame with a plain interface, but I gradually fell for it. Foobar2ooo is one of the softwares I never forget to install each and everytime I format my PC. Though strictly minimal with a basic menu, it is a freeware which does satisfy my needs.
It supports some decent plugins, somewhat similar to Windows Media Player but lacks Radio stream support. The best advantage is that it uses really low memory space! It's fully customizable, minimizes to tray (decently) and I find it lovable! And up to now, I've had no problems with it, not even a single crash or memory outburst.

web browser crashing due to facebook chat

Something really weird happened today. I was chatting casually with a friend on facebook and multitasking (as usual) when my Firefox suddenly crashed. My memory usage was fair and normal so I started up again, closed all my applications and started chatting again, and same happened again. I initially thought my firefox got bugged to fired up opera but this time, my opera went off! This happened everytime I used the facebook chat.

I googled a bit and found out the cause : the VLC addon. I desactivated it (Tools > Addons > Plugins) and it worked out perfectly! I am using an updated version of VLC and firefox and the revamped version of facebook seemed to be as hazy as it was in the past because the tutorial which guided me was created in 2008. Lol

I hate VLCbut am facing probs with my dearest media player classic!

07 Ghost

I took up watching a new anime last week : 07 ghost. A decent 25 episodes plot with hints of a 2nd season, the 07 Ghost was sort of entertaining. I raffled the whole anime in 4 days :P

The story resembles the famous Harry Potter saga, with Teito Klein at the center of a world of lies.

I started learning web design some 7 years back when I was only a kid. I would engage myself in many computer related stuffs, and web design eventually. I ignored at that time what a domain was or what hosting was. It was fun back then playing with the colors using plain HTML.

I still recall my 1st website. Gosh! It was lame. Later on, I started learning CSS with which I fell in love with. I seriously started web design some 1 year back, with already 5 websites in my port folio!

Jquery seems to rock and web design is to a new peak : HTML5! Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is something I want to learn. And I am back again to designing and redesigning! Yay!

Life has been going pretty much fine lately except that last night I happened to realize some important points concerning my life. It was quite a turmoil to find some sleep last night, but I think I am fine now.

I think that I am not the sole one who is afraid about his future. I am no more a kid I guess.

I've taken up with my web design projects again and I am intending to make this little hobby of mine to greater heights. Hopefully, after I complete the design I am working on for dad, I will create a new theme for my blogger as well.

I returned to Mauritius yesterday morning after my 2 week long trip on board Costa Romantica. It was kinda instructive on the whole but a bit boring as well at times. But I've got to say, hat's off to those working on board cruise ships.

Awwww.....! Hello world! It has been such a long time since I last posted some stuff. Life has been going on really on the reverse side lately with much of my past cropping up. In 6 days, I am getting on board the cruise ship, Costa Romantica, for 2 weeks for my study trip.

It is normally supposed to be a thrilling experience but I can't seem to motivate myself. I am feeling lax, disturbed and I am getting irritated for no apparent reasons. And furthermore, I have been kinda addict to zynga poker of facebook.

a new year ?

A new year, new thoughts, new ambitions, a simple stupid who undertook the challenge of changing his life. Hey friends, we are in 2o1o! Many things are sure to change this year. I will be completing my diploma (hopefully) and perhaps I will be going for further studies.

My internship has been going on fine fine lately. I learned a lot of things and confirmed many things to myself. I sure can speak french fluently now except that at times I happen to miss exact words to describe things. Concerning my English, I was surprised myself, I am unable to even speak fluently! Sniff. I need to put in some big efforts and try to improve both my English and French.

I've come to love a job lately which to my eyes gives lots of advantages : commercial (in french) or sales agent in simple words. I find this job kinda amazing and it is well remunerated.

Mmm, concerning my little life, I've disabled my facebook, and I am rare on MSN. New animes I've been downloading : Fairy Tail (I kinda like personally) and Slap Up (a bit boring). Lol

No new music apart the album graffiti of Chris Brown. Hihihihihi. Got to head for work now. Another boring day but only 5 days till my internship ends!

Mmm, today is my first day bunking work. Lol. I ought to be off tomorrow but I bunked today. I slept till kinda late in the morning. I woke up at 09:00! Watched the movie ''new moon''. Dunno why it made me recall my past. And now I am missing someone. Hihihi.

Frankly, even though it's a fantasy movie, I kinda appreciated it. I just downloaded the soundtracks and they are awesome! It's nearly 14hr. I just need to convert some websites in french and work on my dad's website.

new internship!

Hiya my little diary! It's been such a long time since I last blogged. Well well, many many many things have changed and I suppose that I've changed as well. And today, my internship started again. For 5 weeks, I will be at Blue Safari Ltée.

I was really stressed for my first day, but it went on kinda fine fine. Hihiihi. Blue Safari specialises itself in leisure submarine, proposing submarine dives [35 metres beneath sea level] as well as subcooter dives [3 metres beneath sea level]. I got the opportunity to experience the submarine dive and it was truly breathtaking! Apart the fact that I got sea sick and puked a couple of times, I was kinda happy. Lol.

I am so tired, feeling dizzy and hungry. Lol

A new venture, a new experience, new people, 5 weeks to go!
