noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Sun, 29 Apr 2012 13:06:00 +0000

Chrissie loves the fountain with all the flowers

Chrissie is a free-lance photographer who travels all over the world.

This makes it nice for her roommate, Melissa. Melissa is a nurse at Simville Hospital.

Melissa likes plants and flowers, too.

They like to throw elaborate parties when Chrissie is not on assignment.

Ready for a party!!

They bought Courtyard Villa and are doing some re-decorating to suit their lifestyles.

Bella & Mortimer Goth came by to visit and are looking forward to the Roomies next party.

Update on Michael Bachelor

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Sun, 25 Sep 2011 14:41:00 +0000

Michael's been busy. Bella & Mortimer Goth

came by to say hello

Bella's got some ideas for curb appeal.

and Bella offered some suggestions for improvements.

New paint & flooring helped the laundry/mud room immensely.

Michael had some time off, so he did some shopping and made changes to the laundry room.

Bella's suggestions definitely improved the front yard.

He also cleared out all the weeds and improved the curb appeal of the front yard.

Michael grilled some hamburgers and decided to invite some company.

He invited Melissa Roomies, who he met at the hospital, and she came over gladly.

While they were eating, Melissa offered some decorating tips.

They went shopping after dinner and Michael eagerly made the suggested purchases.

Just the addition of a plant and painting made a big difference.

Melissa stayed to help and

Michael was very appreciative.

Miss Ginia gets down & dirty....literally

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Tue, 07 Jun 2011 12:21:00 +0000

Ginia needed a break from writing, so she decided to plant the seeds she ordered from the new gardening store she found online.

The new gardening store
sent over her order right away!

She got right to work with her planting.

Ginia loves to garden and it helps
keep her fit.

There are other rewards, too.

All the neighborhood cats & dogs come over to play with Boots, Maggie, Scout and Waggles. There's plenty to eat, and lots of fun places to play.

Boots lets Fluffly know who's boss here.

Maggie & Waggles doing the "happy dance"!!

The cats have fun while Miss Ginia is doing her gardening. Sometimes, they lure the dogs into the pond, then show off their "dancing" skills.

Eating a light supper before bed.

Time to have some dinner, then head off to bed. Very exhausting day.

Can't wait to get some sleep! Maybe she will come up with a new story in her dreams........

Michael Bachelor moves to Simville

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Sat, 04 Jun 2011 20:49:00 +0000

Michael Bachelor has moved to Simville. Michael just graduated from college with a degree in law enforcement and is a Detective with the local PD. He found a house at 62 Old Farm Circle that is relatively new, but still needs some work.

Outdoors isn't bad, there's a nice BBQ setup and a table and chairs. There's also a pool, but not much in the way of landscaping.

What about these weeds??

The patio is nice though.

The kitchen has been redone but that's the only room that doesn't need work.

Kitchen has a rooster theme, but he can live with it.

The front room just has desk
and shelves for now.

Living room is typical of a bachelor....
comfy couch and BIG TV.

The mudroom has a toilet stall, but
the wallpaper and tile are awful!!

Maybe he can find someone to help him with the decorating and landscaping....

He already met Claire Charming at the hospital and another nurse, too. (see earlier post)

Marsha Hicks makes friends

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Fri, 03 Jun 2011 01:55:00 +0000

Marsha has been out and about in the neighborhood, talking with Ginia & Claire.

Pizza goes very well with wine!!

I like dogs, but maybe Elden will let you get the cat....

She's still working on Elden about the cat.......

Update on Claire

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Fri, 03 Jun 2011 01:51:00 +0000

Apparently the conversation Claire had with Michael Bachelor in the exam room, was taken the wrong way....probably by the nurse that wasn't getting any of Michael's attention....and this was the result:

Nothing to do but have a cold one!!!

Claire Charming is very happy he has moved into the neighborhood............

Introducing the NEW Ginia Kat....

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Thu, 02 Jun 2011 12:25:00 +0000

Ginia's last book was a big success, so she bought a new home.

There's plenty of room inside for a home office.

She is also starting a new garden, so she has ordered new gardening supplies.

The cats are getting along very well, and spend time sleeping together.

Claire has a new home, but not without it's problems. She was looking forward to some time in the hot tub, but......

She managed to get it fixed, but left the puddles for the maid to clean up the next day.

She opted for a bath instead.

Next morning, it was breakfast,

then off to work.

She was in for an interesting day.........

The Hicks

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Fri, 27 May 2011 12:43:00 +0000

We join our Hicks family in their new home.

Mama Hick passed on and Elden found a lot of loot hidden in the backyard (under the stove!). He cleaned up his act; met & married Marsha and started a vineyard.

They have a small store next to the house, which is still a "work in progress" and are pretty happy - for now!!

They still have all 3 dogs, but Marsha wants to get a cat.
