My shame is what is at the root of my Depression. It truly feels like being in public without any clothes on; exposed to the ridicule and disgust of others. It takes so much willpower to keep my “everything is okay” mask from falling off my face…I’m so exhausted believe you me!
But as long as I’m still breathing: I’ll continue to embrace and move forward in life with my self hate. I truly am my worst enemy. Cheers.

This will give you the odds against hitting your draw with 1 Card to Flop/Turn/or River. It's difficult to calculate this on-the-fly so what I did was commit most scenarios to memory.

For instance>>> Pot Odds against hitting your 4 flush draw Flop with 1 Card to Come on the Turn is : (47 - 9) / 9 = 4.22 to 1 against

So the pot must have at least 4 bets in the Pot for you to call.

Note: 4.22 - 1 against is the same as saying you have a 1/5.22 chance of hitting your Flush. Furthermore: my HyperGeo Formula only gives you a ballpark estimate....which is good enough for moi!

Of course there is more to it than just math...but I've won several Bitcoins using this "HyperGeo Formula".

Trump has inherited a nation on the verge of bankruptcy. Trump must allow this to happen. It is obvious to some Americans - that the Market will pop in 2017 resulting in the "Crash of 2008 TIMES TEN". This market collapse will result in an unimaginable amount of unemployment, bankruptcies & foreclosures. Ironically, this is what needs to happen to America. America needs a reset. Americans must accept stoicism. America does not need another QE to infinity, NIRP or a higher minimum wage because those tactics can only kick the can further down the proverbial road.

This reminds me of the dilemma of Paul Muad'Dib from Frank Herbert’s classic novel, “DUNE”. Paul Muad’Dib became too afraid to traverse the golden path. The golden path is what Trump must take - Donald must catalyze the purging of America's debt via default or hyper-inflation. What other way is there? The sooner America cease raising the debt ceiling;the sooner America can start fresh with a new beginning.

Yes. Trump will be blamed. But methinks that Trump should embrace martyrdom. By the end of his term: Trump will be scorned & hated more than he is now...but at least Trump will be vindicated. November 8th, 2016 I will vote for Jill Stein(Green Party). Trump nor Hillary can save America without support from Congress. The only way to fix America is by allowing an alternative currency backed by Gold & Silver to compete. The USD is a unit of credit disguised as money. Honest money backed by Gold&Silver creates more wealth than is consumed. Fact: Fiat currency creates more debt than wealth.

The Treasury should peg the Gold to Silver Ratio 20 to 1. Maybe USPS can return to the Banking Sector;providing free minting for precious metals depositors. I have discovered a simply way to lose weight faster than ever before! Are you ready? If so, then let’s begin. There are 3 rules you must follow to burn fat:

Rule#1) Avoid refined carbohydrates as much as possible. I recommend no more than 56 grams per day.

Rule#2) Buy a smaller bowl/dinner plate and only eat Half the amount you normally eat. I recommend to eat no more than 1750 calories per day.

Rule#3) Move your body for at least 20 minutes per day.

You’re probably thinking that you will be hungry all time, right? Wrong. I will share with you the #1 cause of hunger - refined sugar! Don’t believe me? It is fact that sugar is the most addictive drug on the planet...even more than nicotine. Don’t believe me? Google it.

Now try this: eat a quarter pound cheeseburger with a beverage that contains no sugar(such as coffee or ice tea with Stevia as a no calorie sweetener). Did you notice that you felt much more satisfied 3 hrs later compared to the Krispy Kreme doughnuts that you ate before? Of course you did!

But why? The #1 reason we overeat is because the more refined carbohydrates we eat - the more hungry we get! So here’s the caveat: You can get away with eating 50% less than usual without hunger pains only by avoiding excessive sugar intake! Personally, I only drink coffee, tea with Stevia or lots of water. I only drink soda once in a blue moon because it causes sugar cravings/hunger pains. And it’s okay to eat 5 or 6 times a day as long as you don’t go over 1750 calories within a 24 hour period.

What about exercise? Yes. It’s necessary to be active, but you’ll be surprised how little your body requires. Merely 20 minutes per day walking your dog is all you need to boost your metabolism! I personally do calisthenics or ride my bike for 40 minutes per day without fail.

Movement(a.k.a.,"exercise") boosts your metabolism via cortisol production. Cortisol is a hormone your body makes to burn fat. This is known as lipolysis. Sugar interferes with lipolysis! So if you want to burn fat - avoid refined carbohydrates!

The hardest part of this regimen is the first 3 days. That’s because it takes 3 days to ween the body from sugar addiction(hunger pains). You will experience withdrawals, feel weird and horrible - I know I did. You must trust me. After 3 days it will be all downhill from then on.

Did you know that we burn about 500 calories every night in our sleep? That’s 1 pound per week! So we were fasting all this time without ever realizing it! That’s why your 1st meal of the day is called,”Break-Fast”.

We all are aware that circles are perfectly proportioned and so are squares. But did you know there is such a thing as the "Perfect Rectangle"? This "Golden Rectangle" possesses a golden ratio known as,"Phi". Phi can be represented in many mathematical ways - .618(Lowercase phi), .381(inverse phi), or 1.618(Uppercase PHI) . They all refer to Phi...the golden ratio. A ratio is simply a relationship between 2 things.

1 divided by Phi is PHI. That's 1 / .618 = 1.618
phi squared is still phi. That's .618 x .618 = .381. It's still phi the golden ratio...just represented differently.
What makes Phi so unique? It's the only number that you can divide into 1 and still remain itself. It's also the only number that you can multiply into itself and still remain phi.
Geometrically: If you take a golden rectangle(1 width x 1.618 length) and you divide it lengthwise...you will end up with another "mini" golden rectangle. No matter how many times you divide the golden rectangle...you'll only end up with a whole bunch of replicas. The tiniest fragment is an exact copy of the whole. No other proportion/ratio/number can do this! Phi is unique!
Mathematically Only the Golden Rectangle fulfills these 2 statements> (i) A = B+C (ii) B/A = C/B. So the tiniest golden rectangles are an exact copy of the whole.
Since Phi can divide and replicate like a living cell...isn't Phi "alive"?
In Nature - Perhaps you've heard of the Fibonacci sequence 1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55 and so on. Well if you ever counted the spirals & counter-spirals on a strawberry, pine cone or sunflower...you'll notice a pattern. For instance: on a sunflower you'll notice 34 spirals going clockwise & 55 spirals going counter-clockwise. The spiral ratio 34/55=.618. The spiral ratio 55/34 = 1.618 . This is Phi: The Golden Ratio manifests itself in nature!
Galaxies and Plants spiral and grow outwardly applying the Golden Ratio: Plants branch outwardly at either 137.5 degrees or 222.5 degrees. Notice that 137.5 degrees & 222.5 degrees relative to a full circle(360 degrees) is the golden ratio Phi! That's 137.5/360=.381. That's 222.5/360=.618. The spiral & counter-spiraling branches relative to each other is Phi. That's 137.5/222.5=.618 or 222.5/137.5=1.618. The reason why plants use a "Phi" angle is because this angle allows the most efficiency in photosynthesis.
Phi is a "spiritual connection" or "the force". The Phi ratio - is a relationship in-between inanimate objects which give them "life".

It feels much better to give than to receive...I can attest to that remark. Here's my story: a few days ago I found a $600 iPAD2 left in a WINCO grocery cart. I didn't return it to WINCO because I don't like leaving certain outcomes to "chance". So I took the iPAD tablet home and did a little detective work. I managed to find the owner's personal information. The next day we met at Jack in the Box and I returned her iPAD2 back. She was so grateful that this grandmother of 2: blessed me with a $60 reward! Yea me!
Conclusion: Karma is reality...so please be kind to others and if someone has been kind to you...be sure to Pay It Forward. Peace y'all...

THE BONDS OF LIFE

Why?
A possible answer.
Did you ever pause to think,
why humans or anything for that matter exists?
Do I have a purpose
or is their a purpose for my life?
No matter the impossible vastness of our universe
it is only a cocoon.
We are all affixed to the universe
by the complex binding of undying energy.
Undying energy is the energy of creation
which binds all.
It cannot be created,
nor can it be destroyed.
The bonds that this energy forms between itself
and all the other "pieces" of the energy of creation,
are the foundation
of all the physical aspects of our universe.
There is far more
than we can perceive
of this physical process.
We are bound in 3 dimensions,
traveling along the arrow of time.
We only feel,
that their is "more".
In truth the "more"
that all humans are tied into
are the many bonds formed.
There are more dimensions,
3 are the realm of "spirits",
the final four is the realm of
"nirvana"/ "heaven".
For me it is an undeniable fact,
that even though my physical mind
Is a biological recorder,
subject to decay.
Nirvana is an indelible recorder
of the changes to existence
for my piece of the arrow of time.
We "exist" in a cocoon,
where every moment
of time has been recorded.
Information can never be lost
in our universe.
The bonds on the undying energy of creation
guaranties this.
Before our universe came into existence,
their was a limitless potential
of energy.
A true infinity of possibilities.
Held in a perfection of geometry.
This being a virtual pair,
a "ying and yang" of energy.
In that the vibrations
of the yang are open ended
and the ying a closed loop.
The yang energy held perfectly
in the center of a loop of ying energy.
Of course this is all virtual
and only exists as limitless possibilities.
Understand this phenomena
is not an entity nor a deity but
it is the ultimate in pure intelligence.
Limitless possibilities
that exist outside
the restrictions of our universe,
no time- no space- no physical existence.
Limitless possibilities,
being everything simultaneously.
This leads to a perfection of intelligence
which can only have only one motivation.
This has been brought to humanities attention,
several times in our history,
by truly compassionate people.
This motivating factor is also evidenced
by the infusion of energy,
{eternal and no longer virtual},
into and creating our universe.
Split apart from the perfection
of the infinite paired geometry
the symmetry is broken.
Eternal energy pours into our universe
in quantities and at speeds,
that are the edges of our understanding.
This starts the arrow of time
with the possibility
that life can exist
and be self aware.
The bonds of our living universe
start to form.
As the energy expands and cools
our physical reality is set,
in the harmonic bonding of energy
into a manifold of 10 dimensions + time.
The beauty- wonder- and love
of this existence causing
a man to say that if you follow the middle path.
And maintain harmony with your existence.
If you can mesh with the nothingness
that is our true reality.
It is possible to free yourself
from being recycled
and dwell in nirvana forever.
Another man came,
he said that love
is the reason for our existence.
If we live within certain edicts,
we will reach permanence with nirvana.
Another later came to say that by living
A structured lifestyles
We could reach permanence.
I cannot follow the paths
of these great compassionate men,
very few can.
But I can rejoice,
in the fact that my grandson's laughter
will ring in consciousness forever,
in my niche of nirvana.
Our purpose is to emulate
the bonding of eternal energy,
and form bonds within our hearts
to our families, our friends.
Stretched to the ultimate,
(as it is now an undeniable genetic fact)
thats all of humanity we are tied to.
It is not against anyone's beliefs
(as far as I know)
to form the bonds of life,
with as many as you can.
So get to it.
Your wealth will not be measured
by the coins in your pocket,
but by the strength and quantity
of the bonds on your heart.
How?
Did you ever wonder how we (humanity)
got to this point in time?
Their being an infinite number of possibilities,
we of course can only experience,
(understand) and talk about
the one possibility in which we do exist.
The undying energy that binds us all,
displays for all to see,
that its a builder.
We are built from elements
that were built in giant stars,
expelled at their death.
Two generations of this process
brought about our 3rd generation sun.
Mother earth, our mother
formed with our sun.
Our mother being just right,
had a spark (a miracle)
life self replicating.
Driven by the constant changes
In the bonds of energy,
to display all the myriad possibilities of life.
On our personal cocoon the earth
the builder- eternal energy- never stops.
Into this chain of life (possibilities)
we "homo sapiens" have appeared.
With a conscious self aware mind,
sapient and sentient.
A curse and a blessing.
To live (think) in a miracle,
the vast sea of consciousness
that is truly infinite.
(the blessing)
To be tied to the reality
of our eminent death.
(the curse)
As with all things newly made
we were few,
banded together in small groups.
The mold is set.
The pairing of two individuals,
grouping by talents,
and the interpretation of the "more" .
This became customs (beliefs) over time.
The first interpretation of all bands,
were aspects of Gia (earth spirits/earth mother).
Their intimate daily contact
with the physical world
insured this.
As these small bands merged
and grew into larger groups,
agriculture moved this interpretation to the sky.
For thousands of years the sun was the center.
Then came a period of
many deities with specific attributes.
Last the interpretation was one entity
to encompass all.
But no mater how truthful and sincere
the prophets of this interpretation,
their legacies have been fractured,
splintered beyond all recognition
by time.
I live immersed in miracles,
but their is no one to praise.
I am grateful to my core,
but their is no one to feel my gratitude.
Eternal energy has made me.
Of that I am sure.
My life is bound to this cocooned universe
now and forever,
of this I am also sure.
I will emulate the builder and
bond with life,
and give thanks to the limitless possibilities.
What?
Did you ever think about
what is ahead for humanity?
The possibilities are limitless of course.
Maybe the question should be,
what can we (humanity) do
to survive into the future.
Invest in value.
In our day to day lives,
we judge every human
we come in contact with.
Even though,
all are different,
all tap consciousness,
all are incredible beings,
all have value.

has always been the key.
We must educate
everyone in a different way.
There are only
two things that should be taught in
a learning center.
How to get information,
and how to engage in critical thinking.
There are only
two things that should be taught in
a behavior center.
What is acceptable
and what is not (violence physical or mental).
There are only
two things that should be taught in
a morality center.
That acceptance is
the true meaning of love,
and that tolerance allows
value to blossom.

This will be controversial to you all but It worked for me:
Eat no more than 20g of net carbs(total carbs minus the fiber) for the first 3 days and the human body will automatically switch to "Lipolysis" mode(fat-burning mode). A diabetic can eat additional carbs after the first 3 days as long as he/she continues not to gain weight. As you know, too many carbs will trigger insulin to flood the bloodstream to absorb glucose and be converted into fat cells. This is why eating a low carb/high protein regimen is best for diabetics.

As long as a person maintains a low carb regimen; eating foods high in fats(high/low density lipo-proteins except for transfats) will not make a diabetic gain weight. This means snacks like cheese, pork skin, butter and bacon is okay! It sounds crazy - i know i know! 90% of the health world will disagree. But the human body has several choices for fuel: protein, fat, alcohol, or carbohydrates...only the latter 2 will adversely affect the body's insulin level. But to each his/her own. My neighbor on the 3rd floor is a nice guy but he's a devout Christian. Another neighbor attended her father's funeral got me asking him where our souls go when we die. His life evolves around the Gospel. So he says that all non-believers go to Hell(even if you're a nice person). I ask him, "Is there a reason for our souls being born?" He proclaims,"If you don't accept Christ than you go to Hell. Christ died for our Sins." I then asked him to explain,"Why do we still have Sin?"
He responds that it is our free will to choose: Unless you believe in Jesus, you won't get a pass thru the gates of heaven.
We agreed that Hell is suffering. We disagreed on the location. I told him I believed that we create our own suffering. You can make it a living Hell or choose to make your life a Happy Paradise. Your soul being born embodied in this space-time creates your state of mind. Your physical ability to interact with your surroundings plays an important role in this present moment we call,"Life".
Conclusion: The choices you make Now affect your soul while you're alive and everything around you. What happens when you die,"Who knows?"
That was my,"aha" moment.
