Choreographer Wade Robson, who testified in the pop icon’s defense during his 2005 trial on child molestation charges, has now filed a claim against Jackson’s estate, alleging that he in fact was abused by the late star. Looking for a payoff and a nice box cao cigars later is my guess.

Robson’s court filing is sealed, but E! News has obtained documents confirming that a petition to make a late claim against the estate, as well as certificates of merit from mental health professionals and other supporting paperwork were filed on May 1.

“Wade used to tell me that Michael would ask to have baths with him,” a close friend of Robson’s exclusively tells E! News. “It was weird…He didn’t seem to question it, neither would we, it was just what he would say. It sounded strange, but we never delved further.”

Robson “never seemed ashamed of it or anything,” the insider adds. “I have no idea how he was feeling inside, but he would be quite matter of fact about it.”

As I Lay Dying singer Tim Lambesis was arrested Tuesday (May 7) after allegedly soliciting an undercover police officer to have his estranged wife killed. Guess this guy wasn’t real familiar with how this kind of thing works eh? Don’t you usually ask some guy you know who needs drug money, or wants to look tough do it for $300? According to Reuters, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department learned that Lambesis sought an accomplice to kill his wife, and he was taken into custody in Oceanside, California, after reaching out to the detective.

“The information came to us late last week,” San Diego County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Jan Caldwell told Reuters. “We acted quickly on it. I believe that we averted a great tragedy.”

Lambesis has said he considers himself to be a Christian and acknowledges that he finds inspiration for lyrical content from biblical texts. He is incredibly prolific, having released eight albums with As I Lay Dying between 2001 and 2012, as well as five releases via his solo side project Austrian Death Machine, where he sings and performs on all instruments. He also produced 11 albums for other artists and is part owner of Lambesis Studios.

In the episode, protagonist Peter Griffin is asked by sports announcer Bob Costas about his performance at the marathon. A flashback shows Peter mowing down runners with his car.

“I’ll tell ya, Bob, I just got in my car and drove it,” Griffin says. “And when there was a guy in my way, I killed him.”

Later, Peter befriends a terrorist who, unbeknownst to him, is plotting to blow up a bridge. When Peter dials a cellphone the friend has given him, explosions and screams are heard. On some websites, an edited clip has been circulating that fuses the two scenes, making it seem — incorrectly — as if the explosion was at the marathon. Some commenters have implied that the show “predicted” the bombings.

Obviously Set MacFarnale won’t be getting anything you made that the old wholesale postcard printing store anytime soon.

OF course this is insensitive, and really just happened at a bad time. I won’t argue that. I will say though that comedy shouldn’t be censored. Everything is up for being made fun of in my eyes. Some people deal with things in a different way. Comedy is a release for many of them no matter how “dark” it is.

Now…Lifetime is cancelling the show, but says that John Walsh, the host is pitching a pilot to the channel. They say they will continue to shop it around, but this is its second cancellation.

Now…how exactly do you go about shutting a show like this down? Basically a show that helps catch criminals. Not a show that shows you those that are already captured like Investigation Discovery makes its money on. With metal cabinets for sale full of the same crimes on 12 different shows. People love the crime shows. How can this show, that actually does a public service get cancelled due to “lack of profitability”? Insane isn’t it?
