Sit-rep: Extracted Dates & terms This pipe looks through the text of an item, extracts any dates, and assigns those dates to the y:published and pubDate attributes. Items with out dates are blocked from the feed. It also extracts terms from the description and adds them to the title, so the items can be told apart when their description is not visible. This is the final module of a three module pipe that was developed to break a sit-rep e-mailed from an international organization into individual items in an RSS stream which could be sent through the RSS2Geo service from "Geonames" before being parsed by Ushahidi.
