Don't Let Travel Throw Off Your Workout Schedule... Try This At The Hotel

One of the most important aspects of maintaining your best shape is to workout consistently and stay on some type of schedule. Unfortunately, life throws obstacles at us every day and it can sometimes be difficult to stay on track.

Travel is a known obstacle that takes us out of our normal daily schedules and puts us in different environments that may not be set up for us to do our usual workouts. However, if you truly want to get some work done, there are ways to do so... especially if you have some dumbbells.

Men's Fitness asked fitness trainer Tim McComsey, NASM, to show everyone a simple total-body dumbbell workout that can be done anywhere.

Here's the workout:

Perform the entire circuit for three to five rounds. Rest anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute in between rounds.

Exercise 1: Dumbbell Row to Shoulder Press

With two dumbbells at your side, slightly bend forward at the hips. Pull the dumbbells up while squeezing your shoulder blades together. Lift the dumbbells up to your shoulders and press overhead.

Exercise 2: Dumbbell Squat to Lateral Raise

While holding two dumbbells at your side with your feet slighty wider than shoulders-width, sit back into a squat position. When your quads/thighs are nearly parallel with the ground, drive upwards while raising the dumbbells to your sides.

Exercise 3: Rear Delt Row to Deadlift

Hold two dumbbells at your side with your palms facing inward. Bent forward at the hips, raise your elbows up, then return to the start position while keeping your back straight and head forward. After completion of the delt row, stand up straight (deadlift) then return back to the row position.

Exercise 4: Push Ups

Place your hands at shoulder width with your back straight and core braced. Lower yourself slowly and explode upwards.

Exercise 5: Mountain Climbers

While in the push up position with your core braced, alternate bringing each knee towards your chest as rapidly as possible.

Beyonce and Jay-Z are having another child! Multiple sources have confirmed that Queen Bey is pregnant once again.

This doesn't come as a huge surprise due to several signs that showed she may be.

The singer canceling one of her The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour concerts earlier this week really gave it away. The reasoning for her cancellation was "dehydration and exhaustion," but we've heard that before from other stars who were really cancelling for other reasons.

Courtney Stodden Has A Sex Tape

We have one more person to add to the list of celebrities who have a sex tape- Courtney Stodden.

The 18-year-old Couples Therapy star, well known for having stunning looks and a 53-year-old husband, actor Doug Hutchison, told E! News that she made a sex tape soon after her 18th birthday. Will this be a Farrah Abraham scenario all over again?

The blonde bombshell said it features only herself... and is not for your eyes. It's a private tape that she doesn't want anyone else to see.

"Hackers, don't even go there cause you'll find nothing," Stodden said.

There is no chance that you'll see the tape, but at least you can dream about it.

"I don't want to put any images in people's mind; I'm gonna leave it up to you guys to think what you want," she said.

Kim Kardashian To Take Baby On Tour With Kanye West Three Months After Birth

Kanye West will be touring for his new album this Fall, and Kim Kardashian plans to be with him. Oh... and the baby will be there as well.

Sources close to the star couple told TMZ that Kim is making plans as we speak.

"Kim and the baby are coming along for the ride," the source said.

Man Abducts 4-Year-Old, Mother Chases Him For Seven Miles

An innocent four-year-old was playing in the front yard of her home in Albuquerque, New Mexico at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday when a man drove up, grabbed her and sped off. Some teenagers saw it happen and immediately let the girl's mother know. That's when the mother's courage began to shine.

The family dialed 911 as the mother, Melissa Torrez, hopped into her car and chased the kidnapping suspect... for seven miles! Then, she rammed her car into his near an intersection and the suspect ran off on foot.

Torrez looked inside the car, but her daughter was nowhere to be found. That's because the girl was actually close to home. The kidnapper had pushed her out of the car at the beginning of the chase.

Torrez chased the suspect with no hesitation.

"I don't ever want to lose my kids," she said.

The kidnapping suspect, David Hernandez, 31, was arrested and charged with kidnapping Thursday afternoon after he saw his picture on television and called police. He claims to be innocent.

Luckily, the young girl is safe. She can thank her mother for protecting her.via Fox News

James Deen was right... Farrah Abraham is NOT pregnant.

The reality star (now porn star) visited The Test and took a pregnancy test. The results came back negative.

Earlier in the week, we told you about Farrah purchasing a pregnancy test kit at her local pharmacy. She became nervous after missing her period... after James Deen hit that.

Justin Bieber About To Lose His Monkey

Justin Bieber's monkey, Mally, is about to be someone else's.

Mally was seized by German customs officials back in March after the pop singer failed to provide proper paperwork to have the monkey enter the country. If Bieber doesn't get in touch with the customs office in Munich by midnight Friday, the animal is no longer his.

The shelter currently caring for Mally believes the singer made a big mistake taking it as a pet. Apparently, the monkey was separated from his mother too soon and isn't getting the attention from other animals that it needs.

"The best thing would be not to buy one at all, but if you do, buy five," said shelter manager Karl Heinz Joachim.

Sadly, Bieber doesn't want the monkey anymore.via the guardian

Kanye West Appears In 'SNL' Promo With Ben Affleck and Fred Armisen

Kanye West DOES have a sense of humor!

After telling the world "I ain't doing no motherf---ing 'SNL' skits," he appeared in a funny Saturday Night Live promo with Ben Affleck and Fred Armisen. It shows the three stars doing three separate ads.

In the first ad, Kanye actually pokes fun at himself. Fred starts beat-boxing to get the rapper to start freestyling.

"No, no stop. Don't do that," Kanye says.

While keeping a straight face, the rapper sits there... with a bandage on his head. Clearly, he's making reference to his head-first collision with a sign, which took place last week while the rapper was hiding from photographers.

Kanye is set to perform two new songs Saturday night. Watch the promo below.

Diddy's Maybach Stopped By Police At Gunpoint

Sean "Diddy" Combs' car, a super-expensive, blacked out Maybach, was the star in a crazy scene that took place out of nowhere Wednesday. By the way... I really want that car.

Anyway, the image above, provided by TMZ, gives us a taste of what went down.

At about 12:40 p.m., the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department got a call about two men believed to have guns inside the Maybach. Diddy was not one of those men, and wasn't even in the car at the time.

The Maybach was pulled over and the men were asked to step out. They were then searched, along with the car. Oh, and the men were surrounded by police with their guns drawn.

You Won't Believe How This High Speed Pursuit Was Interrupted

When covering high speed chases, we're usually talking about how the fleeing driver was caught. If a chase lasts any longer than a couple of minutes, police from all over the place join in on the hunt.

In this case, the fleeing driver actually got away. That's because the chase was interrupted by a family of ducks. LOL... I hope you get a laugh out of this because one police officer didn't.

Portland Police Traffic Officer Mark James was in hot pursuit of a traffic violator who was clocked in at 52 mph in a 35 mph zone when the ducks stopped him. They were crossing the road.

Officer James stopped to let them cross, then exited the patrol car to make sure they were safe. He didn't look to happy about the fact that the fleeing driver got away. At least he won't have to worry about getting on PETA's bad side.

Sharlene Bosma 'Broken' After Learning Of Husband Tim's Death, Plans To Move Forward With Daughter

Tough times shed light on the strongest qualities of people, and Sharlene Bosma pledges to stay strong for her two-year-old daughter as she deals with the loss of her beloved husband, Tim, whom she was married to for the last two years.

The 32-year-old posted advertisements online to sell his 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck. On May 6, two men arrived to his home on foot to test drive the truck. Tim went on the test drive with them and never returned home.

As soon it was realized that he was missing, everyone did everything they could to find him. Earlier this week, Tim was found dead, and Sharlene has been struggling with the sad news.

“People tell me that I have been so strong but all I know is that I have a beautiful 2-year old girl at home who now needs her mommy more than ever and needs her mommy to hold it together,” Sharlene Bosma said Wednesday afternoon in a public statement at the Ancaster Christian Reformed Church she attended with her family.

“So I know that I cannot fall apart, but I am broken. Because part of me is gone.”

Saturday's Powerball jackpot drawing will be about a half-billion dollars, making it the second largest jackpot in the history of the game. Does that amount of money tempt you to buy a ticket?

Kanye West Goes On Three-Minute Rant: 'This Ain't No Motherf---ing Joke'

Kanye West had a lot on his mind Wednesday night at New York's Roseland Ballroom, and shared three minutes worth of his thoughts to the crowd.

We now know that he doesn't like paparazzi. That shouldn't surprise you, but his other main point may- he's not a celebrity.

Oh, really? Kanye explains:

"One thing about me, I'm the worst kinda ... celebrity because all I do is make real music. All I do is sit in the studio and make real, real sh--. And that's it. That's motherf---ing it. That's motherf---ing it. So I don't want nobody trying to run up on me with no cameras, trying to sell pictures and sh-- to magazines, asking me no dumbass questions, throwing me off of my focus and sh--. Harassing you all motherf---ing day. I ain't no motherf---ing celebrity."

Kanye is set to appear on Saturday Night Live this weekend, but he insists that he will not be using the show to make light of recent incidents.

"I ain't here to apologize to no motherf---ers, man. It ain't about me humanizing myself. At what point did I become un-human where I had to turn myself back? Or maybe I was demonized. Or maybe I was treated inhumane and not human in that kind of situation," he said to the crowd.

David Beckham Retiring From Soccer

David Beckham says he's done playing soccer.

The 38-year-old international star plans to retire as soon as the current season is over.

"I'm thankful to PSG for giving me the opportunity to continue but I feel now is the right time to finish my career, playing at the highest level," Beckham says.

He has made 115 appearances for England's national team, which is more than any other player except a goalkeeper. He has won titles playing for Manchester United, Real Madrid and Los Angeles Galaxy, and recently won a league title with Paris Saint-Germain.

Lamborghini WILL Be Producing The Urus SUV

Lamborghini has officially announced that the Urus crossover SUV will be built. We have not yet heard any reports about what impact this may have on the Earth's rotation.

For the last year, the car company has been saying that it would "probably" build the car, but we never quite received the confirmation we will looking for- until now. Production will begin in 2017.

Audi CEO Rupert Stadler made the exciting announcement at a Lamborghini event over the weekend.

This isn't the first time a Lambo SUV was produced. The military style LM002 hit the roads from 1986 to 1993. The Urus concept has a much different look, but will likely turn more heads than the LM002.

Expect the truck to be powered by a twin-turbo V8. Ugh... I love saying "Lamborghini" and "truck" in the same sentence.

Kickasso Kustom Kicks has designed a Superman-themed Air Jordan 11.

Called "Man of Steel," the sneaker features a color scheme inspired by the upcoming Superman movie, and has the famous logo right under the Jordan logo.

I noticed some negative comments about the sneaker online, saying that it "doesn't resemble Superman at all." I think they have terrible eyesight.

Taylor Swift Fan Caught Snooping Around Singer's Rhode Island Home

The latest celeb to deal with what most others do is Taylor Swift. A stalker fan was caught wandering around her new Rhode Island home at around 2:10 a.m. Wednesday.

To be more specific, it was a 22-year-old male who was walking on White House Road. The road is private, and the guy had no business being there, so Westerly Police arrested him.

The man was charged with trespassing and is expected in court on May 24.

Some reports have said the man was swimming up to Swift's home, which happens to be on the coast. The reports say he was planning to meet the singer. If that's the case, than the guy is a moron and deserves to be arrested.via E! Online

You're coughing and sneezing. You feel lousy and sick. You know that the symptoms of allergies and a cold are very similar, but you aren't sure which you're suffering from.

People tend to confuse the two things. According to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation, 51 percent of people misdiagnosed themselves with allergies when that wasn't really the cause of their symptoms.

One important fact to keep in mind is that the treatments for allergies are different from those for a cold. The correct treatment will relieve you the quickest.

Signs of allergies include coughing, congestion and itchy eyes. If these symptoms occur at the same time of the year every year, you are most likely suffering from allergies. You can treat the problem early on by using Antihistamines such as Benadryl and decongestants. Also, breathing through the nose should help because it filters the air of allergens that otherwise may enter the body.

Signs of a cold are about the same as allergies, although they are accompanied by body aches and a fever. Also, if your mucus color is green or yellow and thick, you know you have a cold. If the mucus is clear, you are suffering from allergies. You can treat a cold with an over-the-counter medicine that has chlorpheniramine or diphenhydramineand in it. Those ingredients work well and cause drowsiness for a good night's sleep.

Allergy symptoms may go away as soon as you distance yourself from the allergen, while colds can last up to 18 days.via Men's Health

Kim Kardashian's Electric Gate Slams Into Kanye West's Lambo

Blue Power Ranger Invited To Reunion Show... Tells Producers To Take A Hike

How many of you would like to see a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers reunion show?

I would LOVE to see that. I was a huge fan of the show as a young boy, collected all of the action figures, and even got to meet the Green/White Ranger, Jason David Frank!

Well, a reunion episode called "Power Rangers Megaforce" is apparently in the works, but the Blue Ranger (David Yost) wants no part of it.

The actor claims he's still pretty ticked with producers who allegedly harassed him about his sexuality during the filming of the series. He says for the entire three years of working on Power Rangers, producers made him feel extremely uncomfortable and even called him "faggot" on several occasions.

It's a bummer to hear this, but we can't blame the actor for wanting to keep his distance.

The actress, considered by many to be one of the hottest in Hollywood, is enjoying her successful careers in both acting and modeling. She's currently working on the upcoming movie "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" in which she'll star as April O'Neil.

Megan is also now a mother. In September, she and her husband, Brian Austin Green, had their first child, Noah Green. She made practically every woman on the planet jealous with her post-baby body.

This Core Move Will Get You Shredded For Summer

It's been stated many times, but can't be said enough- the plank is one of the best core exercises you can do. One of the beauties of it is that there are several variations to strengthen the core even more.

Beginners typically set a goal to hold the plank position for about a minute, which is a solid accomplishment. Unfortunately, holding the same position over and over again will no longer shock your muscles, which causes you to plateau. A lack of motivation can halt progress as well, and doing the same exercise repeatedly can get boring (especially the plank).

One great alternative to the basic plank that more advanced exercisers can do is the plank walkup to pushup.

The exercise begins with you holding the plank position. You then have to bring yourself up to a pushup position. To intensify the move even further, you can add a pushup before getting back into the original plank position.

James Deen FURIOUS With Farrah Abraham Over Pregnancy Test

Yesterday, we told you about Farrah Abraham picking up a pregnancy test kit at her local pharmacy.

When the news spread, everyone immediately thought about James Deen. We heard yesterday that the former Teen Mom star wasn't on birth control during the filming of her sex tape, but today we hear that she was.

Whatever the case may be, James says Farrah is pulling a publicity stunt and he doesn't like it at all.

"To say you're potentially pregnant is not something to joke about. When you knowingly involve another human being and a publicity stunt around that, a child is not something to be taken lightly. It's not a game anymore and it's really not cool," James told Celebuzz.

"This is a type of publicity I do not agree with and I do not want to participate in. Joking or lying or using pregnancy to get attention and media is not cool."

Although he insists that it would be impossible for Farrah to have been impregnated by him during the filming, he's still concerned.

"I spoke to the clinic where we both got tested before our scene along with my personal medical doctor regarding the subject. However, I am more concerned about the fact that Vivid told me she was on birth control," James said.

"Had I known she was not taking preventive measures I would have never accepted the scene."

We're getting too much mixed information right now to know what the chances actually are of the reality star being pregnant. However, there's no doubt that we'll find out soon.via Us Weekly

Father Gives Daughter Valuable Driving Lesson About Crashes... Guess What Happens During It?

The video above features some of the most important pieces of information drivers can learn about.

In the video, a father is driving with his daughter and giving her instructions on what to do during a crash scenario. Although the two are not speaking English, captions at the bottom of the screen let you know what they're saying.

At one point, after going over all the bad things that can happen on the road, a biker flies past them and cuts across the highway.

"There goes a moron," the father says.

Suddenly, the biker slams into a car, damaging the bike and throwing the biker off of it. Just like the father said about a minute beforehand, people stopped to check on the injured man.

I just saw an accident for the first time," the daughter says.

Puddle of Mudd Singer Wes Scantlin Arrested After Fighting With Ex-Wife

She f---ing hates him! I'm guessing that's how Wes Scantlin's ex-wife feels about him after Monday's incident.

The Puddle of Mudd singer became violent with his ex sometime in the afternoon and apparently shook her before trying to drag her by either the arm or shirt. It would be tough for Wes to deny doing this because a lot of people saw it happen.

After police spoke with everyone at the scene, Wes was arrested for domestic violence. Police say "he was very mouthy" during the arrest, which didn't help his image.

The singer is currently in custody with bail set at $20,000.

This is the second time within May that Wes has gotten into trouble. He was arrested on May 7 on warrants linked to his cocaine case.

I think the man is an awesome singer and I love his band. Hopefully, things turn around for him soon.via TMZ

Everyone Is Typing 'Atari Breakout' Into A Google Image Search

Everyone is typing "Atari Breakout" into the Google Images search bar. Have you tried it yet?

I just did it, and I liked what came up.

The screen suddenly turns into an old-school arcade game. I believe it's called Brick Breaker with other gaming systems, but it's called Breakout by Atari. Apparently, the game was first released in April 1976, so it's about 37 years old now!

In the Google Image version of the game, the image results turn into colorized layers, and you can use either your mouse/trackpad or keyboard's arrow keys to shift the paddle left or right. You have five tries before the game ends, and you can show off your score on Google+.

I must admit... this is probably one of my favorite games, ever. Maybe I'll try to get a tournament going in the offices of Sitch News and MPS Entertainment.

Beyonce gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy 16 months ago, and she's expressed a deep appreciation for the opportunity to raise a child. In fact, she's loved the experience so much so far that she's already talked about having a second child.

Many are speculating that the singer is already pregnant with another child. We don't have any real proof, but there are some strong signs that seem to suggest that is the case.

E! Online pointed out five signs showing Queen Bey may have another on the way soon:

1. Her rep hasn't denied it and has been silent about the topic.

2. In a recent interview with ABC News, Beyonce she said, "I would like more children. I think my daughter needs some company."

3. She wore a Givenchy skirt and corset at the Met Gala, an outfit that hid her figure.

4. She didn't consume a single sip of alcohol at the Met Gala.

5. Her global Mrs. Carter tour ends September 13, so if she's pregnant now, she'll easily be able to complete the tour before giving birth. Back in February, she told Oprah "after this next tour, maybe I'll have another baby."

Family Walks Down Busy Street Completely Naked

So people are driving down a busy street in Charlotte, North Carolina when they notice a family out for a stroll. Who cares? Well, everyone cares because they were in their birthday suits.

A woman in her twenties was holding her newborn baby while she walked with her mother and a toddler. Again... they were all naked, walking nonchalantly down the street. People were slowing down in shock, which eventually caused a traffic jam.

Charlotte-Mechlenburg Police Captain Rod Farley shared a unique description of what the family looked like.

“Like freshly born naked,” he said. “This was Adam and Eve stuff — not even a loincloth.”

The reasoning for this stunt? The family claims God told them to do it.

We've all heard about stalkers, and some of us have even had to deal with them. Celebrities have to deal with them more than most people, so it's not always big news when the issue arises. However, Ashley Tisdale has a stalker that is downright creepy, and she's not happy about it.

Prince Harry And Governor Christie Visiting Jersey Shore Tuesday

Britain's Prince Harry and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will be visiting both Mantoloking and Seaside Heights Tuesday to check out the progress being made to restore the Jersey Shore. It's an exciting time for the region as the weather gets warmer and towns rush to get ready for summer 2013.

Locals and others who may be thinking of trying to get a glimpse of the prince should be careful and expect tremendous difficulty because security is going to be tight.

Back in March, Christie mentioned on New Jersey 101.5's "Ask the Governor" program that he was "thrilled" about Prince Harry showing an interest in New Jersey. Millions of people have lent a helping hand in the recovery process after Hurricane Sandy slammed the region, and Prince Harry will soon be added to the list.

While Prince Harry and Governor Christie are visiting the shore, the famous Jet Star roller coaster, now partially submerged right off the Seaside Heights beach, will be removed from the ocean. The whole process is expected to take about 48 hours.

Woman Backs Car Into Convenience Store And Steals 1,500 Lottery Tickets

Greed drives people to do crazy things... like drive a car into a convenience store. One Kentucky woman did just that last month as part of a robbery strategy.

At around 3 a.m., the woman approached the closed store in her car. Rather than try to pick the locks or enter through another way, she simply backed her car into the doors multiple times, knocking them down. She just opened the store.

She immediately walked in and grabbed 1,500 lottery tickets!

As most of us know, committing crimes typically leads to committing additional crimes, and that's exactly what the woman did. She damaged the store, then robbed it, then tried illegally cashing the lottery tickets. Law enforcement is looking for her ass, and when they find her, they'll make sure she pays up every cent she may have won (apparently, she's won a few hundred dollars so far).

Oh, and she'll have to pay even more money to cover damages and fines. In the end, the lottery winner winds up being a big loser.

Watch Kanye West LOSE IT On A Photographer

Last week, we told you about Kanye West slamming his head into a sign while hiding his face from photographers.

The hit looked like it hurt pretty badly, and the rapper seemed pretty angry. Getting annoyed, hurt and embarrassed at the same time would probably drive most people to lose their cool.

TMZ now has footage showing Kanye a few minutes after the incident first took place, and in it, he really lets the photographers know how he feels. His actions aren't as harsh as some of the things he's done in the past to paparazzi, but I'm sure he was seconds away from losing it.

Ariel Castro's Brothers: 'Rot In Jail, Monster'

Ariel Castro's brothers have harsh words for their brother, who's suspected of kidnapping and raping three young women and holding them in captivity for about a decade.

Both Onil and Pedro Castro hope Ariel "rots in jail," and believe that he's not good enough to get the death penalty. In other words, they want him to pay for his wrongdoings for the rest of his life.

"The monster is a goner. I hope he rots in that jail. I don't even want them to take his life like that. I want him to suffer in that jail to the last extent,” Onil told CNN.

“I don't care if they even feed him. What he has done to my life and my family's."

Pedro said the same thing.

Last week, all three Castro brothers were arrested after Amanda Berry, Michelle Knight and Gina DeJesus were rescued from Ariel's house in Cleveland, Ohio.

Tanning Mom To Appear In Gay Porno

Sex tapes and pornos are becoming a more common means of rising to fame lately, and while some participants are smoking hot, others are... well, you figure it out.

Tanning Mom, also known as Patricia Krentcil, is rumored to be working with gay porn company Lucas Entertainment, which offered her a grand for a few hours. Don't worry... she'll have clothes on.

For anyone that doesn't know, Tanning Mom became famous after getting arrested for bringing her five-year-old daughter into a tanning booth. It's illegal for anyone under the age of 14 to use a tanning salon.

Tanning Mom insisted that her daughter didn't actually enter the tanning bed, but admitted to allowing her to sit in the same room. She could have been indicted on a child endangerment charge, but an Essex County grand jury decided not to do that.

Farrah Abraham Might Be Pregnant

It looks like former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham is worried about being pregnant. She was spotted in a pharmacy purchasing a pregnancy test kit.

Sources close to Farrah shared details with TMZ that certainly make it seem like the star could have gotten pregnant. She and James Deen did not use protection during the filming of their sex tape, and Farrah wasn't on birth control. In other words- no protection at all.

The Fast and Furious star explained in an interview with Entertainment Weekly the story behind his social media success. It really comes down to two things: starting early and connecting with fans on a personal level.

"So, when I had started my page, the only person that had a million fans was Barack Obama. Because it was first-quarter 2009, and he’d just got elected as President, because of social media,” Diesel says.

“So, when I started talking to the fans, I became the No. 1 page in the world. Over Coca-Cola, over huge companies. And it was only because I said: ‘Hi, guys, I love you.’"

At one point in time, Diesel's profile was the most liked Facebook on the planet, spiking the interest of those at the Facebook headquarters. The actor said they wanted him “to come up to their office to explain what the fuck I was doing, and why I had so many fans.”

We now know the stars' relationship status. They are NOT together, and Selena made that clear on Boston's Kiss 108 radio show.

The host was straightforward with her, and asked the following question near the end of the interview:

"So sometimes you may see a boy walking down the street and he says, 'Let's grab an ice cream'—you're available?"

Selena replied, "yep."

The host wanted to double-check with the singer, and asked her another question.

"You're completely available in every way?"

"Yep," the singer replied. She went on to say that it "would be awesome" if someone offered to buy her ice cream.

Kanye West Slams Head Into Sign While Avoiding Photographers

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were walking to a restaurant in Beverly Hills when photographers pounced on the star couple. Kanye ducked his head in an attempt to hide his face, but proceeded to walk... right into a big sign.

The rapper slammed his head so hard that he had to stop walking for a minute and suffer through the pain. All of the photographers repeatedly asked if he was okay, but Kanye ignored them. Once he was able to continue walking, he expressed intense anger and briefly yelled at one of the cameramen.

Kanye looked like he was ready to start throwing punches, but he kept himself under control and walked into the restaurant.

Chris Brown And Rihanna Are Not On Good Terms... And They're Letting Everyone Know About It Through Social Media

Chris Brown and Rihanna are NOT a couple this week. The two stars have broken up once again for some unknown reason.

The couple splitting isn't really the big story here. Everyone is focusing on how they're communicating subliminally with each other through social media. I'm sensing high levels of tension.

Rihanna got angry with Chris after he mentioned during a recent interview that he didn't want to be "wifed up" with someone as young as her. She felt that her on-again-off-again boyfriend was being "sexist," and apparently called him to give him a piece of her mind.

After a couple of philosophical tweets, the stars took things to a new level with harsher words.

Rihanna posted an image on her Instagram account that reads: "If I Drop All My Hoes For You And We Still Don't Work Out Then You Owe Me Some Hoes." I'm not sure what that means. Did she give up time with friends to be with Chris, or did she give up an intimate relationship with someone else? I'm going to guess the former.

Soon after the picture was posted, Chris tweeted, "She's not mine if she's somebody else's." Again I ask... was Bad Gal RiRi with another person?

We don't even have proof that all of these social media posts are about the on-and-off couple, but if they are, then there seems to be a lot we don't know about their relationship.via toofab

Movie Theater Hires 'Gunmen' And Pulls Stunt On Customers

This is probably one of the dumbest ideas I've ever heard of.

A theater in Jefferson City, Missouri wanted to promote its premiere of "Iron Man 3" in a unique way. It certainly accomplished its goal, but scared the crap out of its customers in the process.

The theater hired some people to dress up in SWAT team gear and storm the movie screening with fake weapons drawn. With all of the recent media coverage of major shooting massacres, you'd think that the theater would think twice about doing something like this, but no... it did it anyway.

Here's something that's not shocking at all: people were pissed off.

"We're just getting into the car when I spotted a man in full assault gear, carrying what appeared to be a modified M-4 and 9 mm on his side," said John Molock, an army war vet who suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

The local police department wasn't thrilled about the stunt either.

"We received a series of 911 calls stating that a man dressed in all black and body armor and a rifle was walking into Capital 8 Theaters," Capt. Doug Shoemaker told the local Fox affiliate.

"Everything was in place, it's the opening night of a superhero movie, it's somebody walking in all-dark clothes, everything pointed to bad things about to happen. There's really no good that can come of this."

Duh.

Sadly, Capital 8 Theaters manager Bob Wilkins has no regrets.

"My job is to entertain people," Wilkins said.

Are You Feeling Anxious? Eat This And Calm Down

To all the chocoholics out there... I've got some good news.

Before I get into detail, let's make one thing clear: chocolate seems to put people in good moods. I know it has a positive affect on me, because whenever I eat it, I feel better than I did beforehand.

According to a new study from the Swinburne University of Technology, there's a certain type of chocolate that calms you down- dark chocolate.

Previous studies have shown other health benefits to consuming dark chocolate, especially given the fact that it contains antioxidants, but now we have another major reason to eat the sweet stuff.

A recent experiment involving chocolate drink consumption showed that those who drank the highest doses of cocoa polyphenols on a daily basis for one month felt the calmest, while those who drank lower doses didn't experience any mood changes.

What causes the mood-altering effects? Polyphenols, which are found in dark chocolate, target brain receptors linked with anxiety. They respond to them in a way that actually reduces anxiety levels, causing you to feel more relaxed.

Study author Matthew Pase suggests eating dark chocolate bars with high amounts of cocoa.

Amazon Making Two Smartphones... And One Will Have 3D Display

Amazon seems to be targeting buyers of both the Apple iPhone and the Samsung Galaxy, according to a new report from the Wall Street Journal.

The company is currently working on two smartphones, and one of them will have a 3D display.

Remember when we heard about the Samsung Galaxy S IV's rumored 'eye-scrolling' technology? Apparently, the 3D Amazon phone will also feature that type of technology. Users would be able to navigate content by moving their eyes, as the phone senses eye motions.

It all sounds cool, but some are skeptical about the actual usefulness of these new features. There's only one way to find out.

The 43-year-old beauty looks great in the video, which features three simple scenes: Mariah looking sexy as she rides on a motorcycle with Miguel, Mariah looking sexy sitting on the motorcycle while it's parked, and Mariah looking sexy as she dances around a large garage that resembles a barn.

As I watched the video, from beginning to end I was thinking about Mariah's good looks. Miguel doesn't let anyone forget about them as he sings about how beautiful she is throughout the song. Miguel even expressed his opinion on Twitter.

Miley Cyrus Saw Ghosts in London Apartment

Miley Cyrus swears she saw a ghost. I guess that's not as weird as having sex with one.

In a recent interview with Elle UK, the singer explained why she "had to move" after she and her family members noticed one freaky thing after the other.

"It was seriously so terrifying," Miley said.

"One night, my little sister -- it sounds crazy to tell you -- but she was standing in the shower and all of a sudden, I hear her scream. I run in there and the water had somehow flipped to hot but it was still … It wasn’t like the water had just changed, the knob had turned but she hadn’t turned it and it was burning her. She was really red."

It sounds like the ghost was trying to burn Noah! Yeah... I wouldn't want to shower there anymore. However, that's not the creepiest thing that happened.

"I thought I had seen a little boy sitting on the sink watching me take a shower so I felt really freaked out," she said.

"I was sitting there the next night and maybe I’m crazy, but I could have sworn I could see this little boy sitting there on the sink, kicking his feet."

Miley was so freaked out that she began investigating the place, and found out that the apartment used to be a bakery run by a couple and their son.

"We found out that there was this older man that owned it [the bakery] and his son lived with him there, and I guess the wife died or something, she had gotten sick," Miley explained.

"So it was just the son and the dad that lived there in the bakery, and then the dad died and the son took over the bakery, and I thought I was seeing the son. I’m not even kidding."

Lil Wayne: 'I Fall Asleep And Wake Up In The Hospital'

The hip-hop community and fans alike were shocked when they learned about Lil Wayne's multiple seizures back in March, which landed him in the hospital for about a week. After that scary time, he was back in the hospital in April for the same problem.

The rapper claims he's an epileptic and suffers from seizures more than we know. He shared details about his experience with seizures with RapFix Live Wednesday, explaining to Sway Calloway how unpredictable they are.

"I go to sleep and wake up in the hospital. I don't feel anything," Wayne said.

"[There's] no warning, no nothing. I don't feel sick. I just hope it stops happening."

March's seizures were so bad that the rapper almost lost his life!

"But this time it got real bad 'cause I had three of them in a row, and on the third one, my heart rate went down to like 30 percent," he explained, referring to the problems he had in March.

"Basically, I could've died, so that is why it was so serious. But the reason being for the seizures is just plain stress, no rest, overworking myself."

If the cause of the seizures is somehow determined to be what Wayne thinks it is, then the dude ought to take a breather. I'm just glad he's okay.via Us Magazine

Last month, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro visited a Florida hospital due to kidney stones and wound up staying there for ten days... for two surgeries!

The Jersey Shore star began feeling pain during an appearance at Spirits Wholesalers of America Convention in Orlando while he was promoting his new Smush Cocktails line.

The 27-year-old left the Florida hospital Wednesday with new knowledge of his health. Doctors found that the reality star was born with a hereditary disorder that disrupts kidney function.

Ronnie is not allowed to fly just yet, so he's still hanging out in the sunshine state. Luckily, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola spent the entire ten days with him to cheer him up. We all know how good she was at that on Jersey Shore.

“I love Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s clothing line, Elizabeth and James, and I love how Justin Bieber dresses,” Amanda tells In Touch.

The 27-year-old retired actress moved to New York to start a new life with a new image, along with a new career as a fashion designer. She's showing no signs of changing her mind.

“My line will be a mixture of sick styles, and it’s going to be for everybody,” Amanda explains.

So far, the only thing getting attention has been Amanda's unusual behavior. Many, including myself, are concerned about her state-of-mind, but a good friend of her's says she's perfectly fine.

“She is just living her life and doing what she wants to do and I totally support that for her,” Nikki Blonsky says. “She’s happy. I don’t think that’s a breakdown, but a breakthrough.

We're Going To Have To Wait A Bit Longer For 'Jurassic Park 4'

Fans of the Jurassic Park franchise are going to be a little bummed out today. The fourth movie, which was set to hit theaters this summer, is now going to be delayed until further notice.

Universal Studios, the group behind the dinosaur flick, released a statement explaining the reasoning behind the delay:

"Universal has decided to release Jurassic Park 4 at a later date giving the studio and filmmakers adequate time to bring audiences the best possible version of the fourth installment in Universal's beloved franchise."

"We could not be more excited about the vision that Colin Trevorrow has created for this film, and we look forward to watching as he and the producers create another great chapter in this franchise's storied history."

The latest Jurassic Park film, Jurassic Park III, was released in 2001.

From what I'm hearing, it sounds like we WILL be seeing a "4," but we're going to have to wait longer than expected for it.

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie... whether you love him or hate him, you've got to admit that the guy has a sense of humor. That character trait shines in a new video just posted online by the Christie team.

Titled "Governor Chris Christie: Maybe There Is Something To This Fleece," the seven-minute video centers around the Governor losing his popular fleece, which he was seen wearing in the days after Hurricane Sandy slammed his state. The humorous theme of the video is basically that Christie's fleece is the key to his recent political success, and without it, no one wants to be bothered with him.

Accused Kidnapper Ariel Castro Ordered Held on $8M Bond

Ariel Castro, a former school bus driver accused of kidnapping three young women and holding them in captivity for ten years, was ordered held on $8 million bond in Cleveland Municipal Court on Thursday.

Castro, 52, kept 27-year-old Amanda Berry, 23-year-old Gina DeJesus and 32-year-old Michelle Knight in his home against their will for the last decade after coaxing all three of them into his vehicle at separate times by offering them rides. In addition to the three women, Castro also held Berry's six-year-old daughter at the home. Berry gave birth to the daughter while in captivity.

So far, we know that the women were beaten, sexually assaulted and starved. Chains and ropes were found in Castro's home, along with windows covered with plastic bags.

Monday, the horror came to an end after neighbors heard Berry crying for help and broke through a door to save her and the others.

Castro's two brothers, Onil, 50, and Pedro, 54, were also considered suspects in the case but were not charged because investigators learned that they were completely unaware of Castro's kidnappings.via Reuters

This week, we heard about a great ending to a decade-long nightmare as 26-year-old Amanda Berry was found alive, along with Michelle Knight and Gina DeJesus. The three women had been missing for ten years and kept as prisoners inside the home of 52-year-old Ariel Castro, who lives in the same neighborhood as Berry.

As sick as disturbing as the details are regarding the abductions, it's awesome to know that the women are now safe.

In honor of the good news, and to bring a bit more humor to an upsetting topic, YouTube comedy/music group The Gregory Brothers have turned the narration of Charles Ramsey, the next-door neighbor who saved Berry and then shared his observations energetically with news reporters, into a song.

The group took Ramsey's words, auto-tuned them and organized them so that they rhyme. The song's chorus is made of up Ramsey's most focused-on line: "I knew something was wrong when a pretty white girl ran into a black man's arms. Dead giveaway."

I'm really digging the track. I'd like an extended version that I could blast in my car.

Scott Disick Comes to Staten Island for 'The Show With Vinny'

We've seen Scott Disick spending a lot of time in both California and Miami, but we'll soon see him in Staten Island.

What's the big occasion? He's appearing on The Show With Vinny, of course, where he sits down for dinner with Jersey Shore's Vinny Gaudagnino and his family.

The MTV talk show features celebrities visiting Vinny's house to get a taste of what life is like for the Italian-American family in Staten Island. They tend to get into awkward conversations with the family, and the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star does no differently.

At one point during the visit, Disick is asked why Kourtney Kardashian is the only sister who prefers "white meat." For those of you that don't know, Kim is with Kanye West and Khloe is with Lamar Odom.

"The brothers are brothers. I'm the only white folk in the family," Scott explains to Vinny's mother. "But the hood loves me!"

LOL... well it's a good thing Disick has a sense of humor.

Smoking Hookah Isn't as Safe as You Think It Is

There seems to be a common belief among smokers that using hookahs are safer than smoking cigarettes and cigars. I've been under that impression for years as well, but apparently, we've all been misguided.

According to new research from the University of California, San Francisco, smoking hookahs are not only equally as unhealthy as other smoking activities, but in some ways is even worse.

An experiment involving 13 smokers revealed that hookah users don't completely dodge cancer-causing substances, it's just that they are putting different kinds into their bodies.

What makes hookah smoking worse than cigarette smoking? Hookah users are exposed to about double the amount of benzene (which causes leukemia) than cigarette users. Also, hookah users are dealing with about three times the amount of carbon monoxide. I'm sure most of you are aware of the danger carbon monoxide exposure brings.

The university study also sheds light on the fact that hookah smokers are getting unhealthy exposure to chemical toxins coming from the various flavor and scent additives that come with the tobacco. Those of you that don't inhale hookah smoke (I'm one of those people) are better off, but you still need to worry about your mouth and throat getting damaged.

Lil Wayne Writes Apology Letter to Emmett Till's Family

Back in February, the family of slain teenager Emmett Till expressed heartbreak over certain Lil Wayne lyrics that were released at the time.

On the remix of Future's single, "Karate Chop," Wayne made a severely inappropriate reference to Till.

"Beat the p---- up like Emmett Till," he rapped.

Okay... so it's not the classiest way to reflect on the historical events that took place involving Emmett.

The Till family didn't appreciate the mention, and Future's label, Epic Records, immediately removed the lyric from the song. That move wasn't enough to make the family feel better, and they demanded Wayne apologize.

Well, the rapper has finally given the Till family what they have wished for over the last couple of months in the form of a letter. Here is part of what he wrote:

"As a father myself, I cannot imagine the pain that your family has had to endure. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge your hurt."

"Moving forward, I will not use or reference Emmett Till or the Till family in my music, especially in an inappropriate manner. I will not be performing the lyrics that contain that reference live and have removed them from my catalogue."

"I have tremendous respect for those who paved the way for the liberty and opportunities that African-Americans enjoy."

Man Steals Van, Leads Cops on Dangerous Chase, Tries Running and Gets Beaten

A man stole a van and then led police on a 40-miute joyride around the Los Angeles area... if you consider dangerous, high-risk, high-speed, stressful chasing joyous.

The fun started at 1:15 p.m. with the driver carelessly moving through intersections and hitting some vehicles to get them out of his way. The man is already completely screwed at this point, but things only get worse from here.

At a certain intersection, the driver swung around a corner and began driving into oncoming traffic (that's just great). He then slammed right into an LAPD cruiser, backed away from it, and proceeded to drive like a madman. Oh, and that little fender-bender with the cop car just got the man in even deeper you-know-what. That's on top of two other less serious accidents.

Toward the end of the chase, police outside of their cars placed a spike strip in front of the van, causing two of the tires to blowout.

At 1:55, the van finally came to a stop, but the driver didn't. He hopped out and ran for his life, only to slip and fall on a slick sidewalk.

Police then beat the daylights out of the man. Watch the nerve wracking footage below.

Robert Guerrero on Fight with Floyd Mayweather: 'I'm Going to Take Him Out'

Welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Robert Guerrero will square off this Saturday, May 4 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Of course, we've heard some trash talking from both fights, but surprisingly, Guerrero has been doing most of it.

As of a matter of fact, Guerrero has upped the ante through social media. He started a trending hashtag on Twitter- #BeatFloyd, made some major claims here and there, and even released a trailer (watch below) in which he predicts that he'll seal a victory similar to the way Buster Douglas did against the then undefeated Mike Tyson back in 1990. Douglas knocked Tyson out in the tenth round... something no one saw coming.

“I honestly feel this is a modern-day David vs. Goliath,” Guerrero says.

“I’m in that position like Buster Douglas. I’m going to show up to the fight and I’m going to take him out just like Buster Douglas did Mike Tyson.”

During an episode of Showtime’s All Access, the fighter explained his mindset in more detail, and why he feels he has a great chance to defeat Mayweather.

“He knows deep down in his heart his legs are starting to get a little slower. He’s not moving the way he used to move. He knows,” he said.

“He’s ripe for the picking. You know, he’s been out for a year. … He is sharp in the ring. He puts more pressure on guys. I think that has to do with him not being able to move as good on his legs, where people think, `Oh, he’s changed his style.’ But I just think that when you get older and your legs start to go, you have to change direction.”

Psychiatrist on Amanda Bynes: 'She Needs Both Financial and Mental Help Immediately

On a near daily basis, the world is wondering why Amanda Bynes is acting so much differently than the actress we all know and love.

I don't need to remind you about her recent behavior because you hear about it all the time and probably have it all memorized by now. However, some are now raising concerns in a tone more serious than ever before.

From the looks of things, Bynes is spending a lot of money. She has a lot of it to go through, but the problem is that eventually, she will go through all of it and run out.

The actress has made boatloads of money over the years thanks to her successful career, but didn't always have full control over it. A source close to Bynes says she recently demanded just that, and now has access to every penny. Given her recent behavior, that sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Apparently, she is worth between five and six million dollars, although she claims to be worth even more than that.

“Amanda knows she has a lot of money. Before she wasn’t restricted from getting to it, but a lot of it was tied up in investments and banked for her future, but she insisted that she be able to use all of it as she sees fit and there is nothing anyone can do to stop her from spending it all,” a source told RadarOnline.com

“Amanda can do whatever she wants for a while with all of her money but it isn’t going to last forever if she spends the way she has been lately. She’s rich but she could find herself in financial trouble pretty soon.”

Not good. Aside from a grim financial future, one mental health expert says Bynes is headed down a dangerous path if she doesn't receive psychiatric help.

Dr. Carole Lieberman M.D., a psychiatrist and author of Bad Girls: Why Men Love Them & How Good Girls Can Learn Their Secrets, has never met Bynes, but did see the recent video of her in a bathroom. She is deeply concerned about the actress' state of mind.

“This video is very suggestive of someone who is psychotic,” Lieberman says.

“Amanda seems to be making faces at, and talking to, some unseen person. And, although it’s possible that there is actually a person off-camera, it seems more likely that she is having an auditory or visual hallucination.”

Dr. Lieberman says if she had her way, Bynes would be immediately admitted into a psychiatric help center.

“Amanda’s behavior has gone beyond eccentric or the usual Hollywood starlet bids for attention,” she says.

One of the least pleasing times in life is when you're in a bad mood. I don't know anyone who's missed out on the experience. It sucks, and it can happen often and out of nowhere.

You'd better get used to things not always going your way. I know this sounds terrible, but believe it or not, there may actually be a benefit to pessimism.

A new study in the Academy of Management Journal says negative thoughts may drive creativity. Researchers analyzed business professionals and found that those with negative thoughts in the morning were also more creative.

Cassie Shortsleeve of Men's Health explains what researchers think causes this to happen:

"Negative thoughts tend to focus on problems. While brooding over stressful events can be a risk factor for depression, this kind of thinking could target issues you normally wouldn’t spend time focusing on and help you pinpoint solutions—both key ingredients in forming new ideas," she writes.

About two weeks ago, Farrah Abraham and her mother, Debra Danielson, got into a nasty fight which drove Farrah to move out of her mother's home in a huff.

The two fought after Danielson realized her daughter not only did make the sex tape, but was the mastermind of it. I guess she was embarrassed after defending her daughter and strongly believing such a thing could never happen because the family "has religious beliefs."

We fast-forward to this week, and the reality star has a letter sent from her mother. It's the first form of contact we know of since the move.

"Farrah & Sophia, I miss you both so much!" Danielson wrote. "Love you and pray God will bless and keep you safe. Want our family to heal and grow. I will NEVER leave you or forsake you. You are a priority in my life."

Abraham appreciated the letter and said so on Twitter.

There's A LOT to be Confused About for Chris Brown and Rihanna

The relationship between Chris Brown and Rihanna has been confusing to say the least, and it just got even worse. We're getting many mixed signals about how the two stars feel about each other and what their relationship status is.

Let's first talk their behavior on social media.

Rihanna posted many photos of her with Brown recently, but there are new pics showing online that show her flirting with another man. The other man is named Justin LaBoy, and he posted the pics on his Twitter and Instagram accounts. He wrote interesting captions along with each of the three photos he posted, which you can view below.

"Me & @Badgalriri and you ain't even know it," LaBoy wrote, along with, "Real Recognize Real @Badgalriri in my city. #NYC," and, "Me & the wife @Badgalriri out here tonight."

While this is going on, Brown seems to be down in the dumps.

"S--t is overrated now a days," he tweeted. "Just remember to keep ya muthaf--kin head up."

Brown is no longer following Rihanna on Twitter, but just began following his ex, Karrueche Tran. Rihanna just began following, on Instagram, the one person Breezy has beef with- Drake. None of this sounds like it's healthy for the relationship.

Now, here's where things get even more confusing.

A source close to Rihanna told the Daily Mirror newspaper that the singer just bought Brown a Mercedes Benz SLR Stirling Moss... which costs over $1 million. It's a birthday gift (wow). The news is all over the internet now, but apparently, Bad Gal RiRi wants to do something else for her on-again-off-again boyfriend. We don't know what that will be.

The source explained to the newspaper how she feels about him.

''It's a surprise. All I can say is she's got a few things up her sleeve. She wants Chris to know how much she loves him and wants him and honestly, she just wants to be with him and let him know she's got his back.

''Chris treated her so bomb and surprised her with his presence when she turned 25, she wants to be with him badly when he turns 24.

''She's not going to flat out ask him to be with her - not on his birthday because she feels that's his day - but in her heart she wants him with her.''

Mother Settles Debt By Forcing Teen Daughter to Have Sex with Man

Good parents care for their children and do everything they can to keep them out of trouble and protect them. Bad parents throw their children into dangerous situations and whore them out.

One Maryland mother is an example of a bad parent. She owed 44-year-old Bejarni Rivas $5,000 for God-only-knows what reason, and couldn't pay up.

The mother's solution to the problem was to force her 14-year-old daughter to have sex with him. The daughter begged her mother to not force her to do it, but the mother showed no mercy.

“I’ve done bad things to make you have a good life. Go with him,” the mother said.

That's awfully sweet... NOT! She is an absolute disgrace to all parents in this world.

The daughter finally put a stop to everything but telling a neighbor, who then notified police. You wouldn't expect the girl's mother to do something responsible about it, would you?

Both the disgraceful mother and the loser 44-year-old are in deep trouble. The mother is charged with 11 counts, and Rivas is dealing with 13 charges, including second degree rape and human trafficking.

“These defendants are facing a long, long time behind bars” said Ramon Korionoff of the Montgomery County State Attorney’s Office.

The mother is currently in jail on a $275,000 bond while Rivas has since posted bail. The girl is now living with other relatives.

Here's Another Reason to Avoid Heavy Drinking

If you think all that drinking you do during parties isn't causing any harm to your health- think again.

A new study in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology links binge drinking to future heart failure. Binge drinking is defined as consuming five or more drinks within a two-hour time period.

Researchers performed a cardiovascular workup on college students who binge drink and those who don't. The heavy drinkers didn't have higher blood pressure readings or cholesterol levels, but they did have impaired endothelial and smooth muscle cell function. This means blood flow to the heart was somewhat disrupted, which translates to future heart problems.

The only way to discover these negative health affects was through a heart ultrasound.

“If we’d relied on a standard cardiovascular risk profile, [the drinkers'] risk would have looked similar to the non-drinkers,” explains study author Shane Phillips, Ph.D.

That's not good because problems could easily go undetected. However, the release and spreading of this new information will help people better understand the health risks involved with heavy drinking. Young people tend to think they're indestructible, but they need to keep in mind that what they do in life while young often impacts their health at an older age, even if the signs don't immediately show.

No one is saying you need to completely forget about consuming alcohol, but it's good to do so in moderation.via Men's Health

The Latest 'Fast and Furious 6' Trailer Will Literally Blow People Away

Just in case we weren't excited enough already for "Fast and Furious 6" to hit theaters, Paramount just released the final trailer for the movie.

As expected, we see a lot of fast, sexy cars, huge explosions and wild fights. However, the action is taken to an entirely new level with airplanes and tanks getting thrown into the mix.

Vin Diesel, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Tyrese Gibson, Paul Walker and Jordana Brewster are joined once again by Michelle Rodriguez, whom we haven't seen since the fourth movie, Ludacris and other popular cast members.

"Fast & Furious 6" comes out May 24. For car fans, that day can't come soon enough.

New York Jets Finally Let Tim Tebow Go

The moment we've all been expecting for months now has finally arrived. Tim Tebow's career with the New York Jets has ended.

The Jets let their second-string quarterback go Monday morning after a stressful and unsuccessful season, the only one he "participated" in.

"Unfortunately, things did not work out the way we all had hoped," coach Rex Ryan said in a statement.

Tebow threw a total of only eight passes for 39 yards, rushed 32 times for 102 yards and had zero touchdowns for his last season. The quarterback sat on the sidelines most of the time, although his every move seemed to make headlines.

"Tim is an extremely hard worker, evident by the shape he came back in this offseason," Ryan said. "We wish him the best moving forward."

Both Tebow and the Jets received a great deal of attention last season, but Ryan refused to bow to the pressure of the media to put Tebow on the field. He just didn't feel right doing it, and at one point even played the team's third-string quarterback, Greg McElroy over Tebow.

Late in the season, things didn't seem to be getting any better for Tebow.

"I think it's fair to say," Tebow said, "that I'm a little disappointed."

The big question now is: where will he go next?

Ray J Releases 'I Hit It First' Video... and It's All About Kim and Kanye

Ray J is definitely going to get A LOT of attention with his latest video "I Hit It First," and he can stop denying that the song is about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West because both the song and video DEFINITELY are about the star couple.

The video features a Kardashian look-alike that acts and dresses very similarly to the reality star, and even does exact reenactments of some of the star's poses.

There is reference after reference to the famous sex tape. We see the Kim look-alike moving around in a bed being filmed by a handheld camera. If that's not obvious to you than I don't know what is.

Ray J then brings West to mind with the video showing a highway sign with the words "West and Chicago" while the singer says her ex-girlfriend "chose to go West."

WE GET IT, DUDE! We all know what you did, and we know what (whom) you want- Kim. Just admit it already and stop acting like we're all stupid with your explanation that "it's a song and not about that." You're full of it.

Jon 'Bones' Jones Faces Chael Sonnen at UFC 159 in New Jersey

Jon "Bones" Jones and Chael Sonnen will meet in the octagon at UFC 159 this Saturday at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

When comparing Jones' 17-1 record to Sonnen's 28-12-1 record, it can easily seem like Sonnen is a major underdog, but that's not exactly the case. Sonnen has superior wrestling skills, along with an ability to get into his opponents' heads with trash talk.

CBS's Jon Lane points out something important about Sonnen's recent fighting performances. Over the last three years, the fighter's record was 5-2. Both loses were after tough battles with UFC champ Anderson Silva. We should keep in mind that Sonnen put up a very good fight.

Lane says that it's not really Sonnen's weaknesses that make him an underdog, but simply the fact that Jones has such a strong record.

“As great as Jon is, I don’t think that he understands how good he is,” Sonnen said.

“You know, for him to pay tribute to Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali earlier was a very nice thing for him to do. The reality is Jon Jones could beat up Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali in the same day.”

Jones is the youngest light-heavyweight champion in UFC history. He plans to show everyone at UFC 159 that he can wrestle.

“I don’t think anyone respects my grappling or my wrestling,” Jones said.

“I’m excited to go out there and show people what I do. I’m excited to go out there and prove my critics wrong about being this inferior wrestler.”

Many are predicting Jones to seal the victory, but I predict a fairly close fight.

Sylvester Stallone may look rough and tough with his big muscles, but he's got a big heart too, and it's broken right now.

The actor is grieving over the loss his puppy, Phoebe, who went missing a few weeks ago. Stallone and his family were searching for the dog ever since she first ran off, but sadly, someone discovered Phoebe dead on the actor's property.

Stallone posted missing flyers all over his neighborhood in Bel Air, California and offered a $10,000 reward for anyone who returned her safely. Apparently, Phoebe was attacked by a coyote.

The Stallone family is not happy right now, as Sylvester is known for truly loving dogs. I'm sure she lived nothing less than a great life with the caring family.

Woman Claims to be 'God' and Lights Car on Fire... at a Gas Station

So a chick claiming to be God goes to a gas station... and all hell breaks lose.

I certainly hope God's visit to Earth doesn't involve everything going up in flames, but that's what could have easily happened this week at a BP gas station in Daytona Beach, Florida.

BP employee clerk Edna Sandrus said 29-year-old Alexandra Barnes walked into the store, made her way behind the counter, grabbed a lighter and bolted out the door. Now, if she were simply stealing a lighter, that would make this story not even half as scary as it really is.

Another clerk, Craig Walker, followed Barnes and tried getting the lighter back.

"I could smell gas on my hand from wrestling with her," Walker said.

Barnes threatened Walkers, saying "don't move, I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it." He didn't realize what she meant until he noticed fuel on the back of her car and on the ground next to it. Guess what happens next.

Suddenly, Barnes grabbed another lighter from her car, flicked it, and watched her car quickly become engulfed in flames.

"It was just lit up into flames, like 15 different barbeques going on, huge into the sky," said witness Fred Kelley.

Fire + gas station = big problem. Sandrus immediately thought of that once the fire began.

"I'm like, 'I got to go inside and cut off the emergency valve or we're all going to be dead,'" Sandrus said.

Barnes decided to walk into oncoming traffic, screaming that "her babies" were in the car. The babies were her dogs, whom a witness rescued. Barnes then sat in the middle of US-92 with the hope of getting hit by a car. If at this point you think the woman is crazy, you're right, but here's another reason to believe that.

Jimmy Flynt, of the Daytona Beach Police Department, shared the following observation.

"She said something about she was ‘God,’” Flynt said.

Guess What an 80-Year-Old Woman Swallowed at a Charity Event

The Tampa Women's Club recently held a charity event that involved something shiny and expensive.

For $20, people could buy a flute of champagne and get a chance to win a $5,000 one-carat diamond. To make things more interesting, organizers placed fake $10 diamonds at the bottom of 399 of 400 champagne glasses. The real diamond was placed in the remaining glass.

Who won the diamond? Miriam Tucker did, but she swallowed it! She claims she didn't want to stick her finger in the champagne, so she drank some of it. Unfortunately, she swallowed the diamond while laughing.

Tucker eventually told jewelers what she did, and during an already-scheduled colonoscopy Monday, a doctor got the diamond out of her.

The (ex-) actress tweeted the first picture below with the following caption:

"I buzzed half my head like @cassie! No more old photos! This is the new me! I love it!"

She then posted another photo which shows only half her face and the shaven side of her head. Does anyone else notice the strong resemblance to Miley Cyrus? Yes, many of you do.

I don't know... I'm not a huge fan of the partially-shaved look. It's okay, but I think I prefer Mil--. Whoops! I almost said Miley. I think I prefer AMANDA's hair long all around.

Should the Fact That This 14-Year-Old McDonald's Hamburger Still Looks New Concern Us?

On July 7, 1999, David Whipple purchased a McDonald's hamburger for 79 cents (ah... the good old days when American currency was worth more). This article is being written on April 25, 2013, and Whipple still has the burger.

I know that sounds weird to you, but what is downright scary is the fact that the burger looks exactly the same as it did 14 years ago.

After initially keeping the burger for two weeks to show friends how fast food was different from "real" food, and noticing that the burger hadn't changed a bit, Whipple had placed the burger into his coat pocket to be forgotten about for another two years.

Two years after placing the burger into his pocket, he found it.

“We looked at it and said, ‘Oh, my gosh. It’s two years old, it looks like it’s brand new,’” he recalled. “I said, ‘I wonder how long this thing is going to last?’”

Whipple then placed the burger back into the wrapper and forgot about it again. He found the hamburger again six years later in the coat pocket.

“We had seven kids so we had a lot of boxes and where we moved is warm and we don’t wear coats so they got put away,” Whipple said.

“We were going to give the coats to Goodwill and we found the hamburger again. It hadn’t changed.”

That's kind of bizarre, no? Millions of people put food like this into their bodies everyday. I wonder how that's working for them. People are asking this question: why is the burger retaining its form completely over such a long period of time?

McDonald's recently offered an explanation in a statement:

“McDonald’s hamburger patties in the U.S. are made with 100% USDA-inspected beef. They are cooked and prepared with salt, pepper and nothing else – no preservatives – no fillers. Our hamburger buns are made from North American-grown wheat flour. These are the same foods that people buy every day in their local grocery stores. McDonald’s hamburgers are freshly prepared in our restaurants.

While not knowing the conditions in which the food was kept in this specific claim, what is scientifically known is that in bacteria and mold only grow under certain conditions. For example, without sufficient moisture – either in the food itself or the environment in which it is held – bacteria and mold and associated decomposition, is unlikely. If food is/or becomes dry enough, it won’t grow mold or bacteria. In fact, any food purchased from a restaurant or grocery store or prepared at home that lacks moisture would also dehydrate and see similar results if left in the same environment.”

Russian Motorcyclist Gets Cut Off By Another Driver... Then Starts Cutting His Car Apart with an Angle Grinder

I'd like to give the guys at Jalopnik a lot of credit for pointing out the following fact: there's road rage, and then there's road rage in Russia. The latter tends to be more traumatizing.

A driver in a Nissan Juke swerved in front of a motorcycle rider recently to avoid slamming into a truck parked in the road. I'm guessing the biker was upset by this because he pulled up the the driver and began destroying his car with an angle grinder. For those of you that don't know, an angle grinder is a powertool used for cutting, grinding and polishing.

The biker used the tool to slice off the driver's review mirror. He also put a sticker on the car's windshield to piss him off some more.

Some other driver noticed the madness and scared the biker off.

Disturbing Photos Show Rapper R. Prophet Beaten Up Badly After Fight with Police

Rapper R. Prophet found himself in the same position Reese Witherspoon was in last week and tried the same thing the actress did to calm things down.

Witherspoon asked police if they knew who they were dealing with, and Prophet essentially did the same thing. While getting arrested for disorderly conduct, he screamed "I'm R. Prophet!!!"

The problem here is that the cops thought he was claiming to BE A PROPHET. They thought the rapper was out of his mind, so they kind of lost their's and beat him in a way that seems to have been unnecessary.

Kentucky State Police claim they had to tase Prophet multiple times for resisting arrest. Even worse, he apparently kicked out the back window of a police cruiser.

Prophet tells a different story. He claims he was entirely cooperative and was treated like a wild animal.

"I felt they were doing me like a slave. I thought I was dead," he told TMZ.

The rapper also said he was pepper sprayed and tased again while in the back of the cop car. He literally began thinking the cops were going to murder him, so he tried breaking the window with his head.

F-Bomb Anchor Tells David Letterman He Wants to Work for ESPN... and Letterman Responds

Just as I had expected, F-Bomb anchor A.J. Clemente is getting a lot of attention, and it's not all that bad.

Clemente has made various appearances on some of America's most popular talk shows, including the TODAY show and Morning Joe on MSNBC.

Wednesday, he visited The Late Show with David Letterman to talk about his big mistake.

"I went home, crawled in bed and called my parents," Clemente told Letterman.

Letterman later told Clemente he was trying to help him get his job back.

“Look, I'm trying to get you the job back in Bismarck,” said Letterman.

Clemente responded by saying he'd like to work for ESPN. That's when the talk show host shot him down.

“Forget about ESPN,” said Letterman. “That ain't gonna happen. You're going back to Bismarck.”

I'm not sure I agree with Letterman. Clemente already got an offer for a big-deal media gig with Live With Kelly and Michael in which he was asked to be a celebrity correspondent.

Mark my words... Clemente WILL get another job SOON, and it will be a GOOD one. He's got some fame now, and someone is going to bank off of that.

Amanda Bynes shared more of her thoughts with us on Twitter. HOLD IT... you don't need to run away, because what she said isn't that crazy. It's a little funny, but not crazy.

On Wednesday, she tweeted about what she wants in a boyfriend.

"All I want is a boyfriend who wants us to grow old and to get fat together," she wrote.

LOL... that's good, Amanda. You think Drake wants that too?
