At about 5200 square feet, Crescendo is one of Big White’s largest single-family homes offered as a rental accommodation. More importantly, though, as a Big White accommodation, Crescendo defines “luxury,” and every aspect about the home was designed for practicality and comfort.
Embedded into the mountain’s granite base and following the mountain’s natural contour, Crescendo was brilliantly engineered to be an extension of the mountain itself. Five levels emerged, navigated by half-rotations around our striking glass-block spiraled staircase.
The engineering, too, allows Crescendo to be configured in various ways to accommodate everyone in your party. At first blush, that is, Crescendo is a 3 bedroom 5 bathroom home. With a retractable glass wall and customized hidden wall beds/closetry, though, Crescendo can easily sleep up to 16 guests in 6 private and semi-private bedrooms (16 separate beds in all). Whether you’re coming with a large group of friends, with your entire family, or for a retreat, then, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and to enjoy everything Crescendo and Big White have to offer.

True, Crescendo can’t lay claim to creating the Monashee Mountains; we can, however, lay claim to capturing them. The unprecedented panoramas through the Great Room’s approximate 30′ floor-to-ceiling windows are truly breathtaking. From virtually every room, your eye can feast endlessly on awe-inspiring beauty.
