Method 1 : Using Mouse Only

To minimize everything at once simply you can click the desktop box – which you will find at the right bottom corner as a small rectangle. Just click that and see the magic everything will get minimized at once.

Method 2 : Using Keyboard Buttons

Next method – 2nd methods to minimize all the documents at once is using keyboard. Just press “Alt ” and “Tab” button together and keep on clicking tab one by one , at last you will get the desktop icon then leave tab and then leave (unpress) “Alt” button of your keyboard too. And again see the magic. Your all the documents which are opened will get automatically minimized at once.

1. Go to address bar of your internet browser –  any of you are using either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox , Internet Explorer or Safari etc.
2. Type Gmail.com or Google.com
3. If you are in Gmail.com home page check at the top right corner there is a Sing Up button click on that. If you are in Google .com home page see at the top right corner sign in option. Click on that button. Then after opening new page check again at the op right corner , you will see a sign up button click on that.

Name

Your First Name, Last Name

Username

Your gmail id or google mail id . If at the word used for creating gmail id is not available then you can try another one. Millions of people have already made gmail id so generally it is difficult to get our desired email id. You can try others and if you like then even you can go with the suggested usernames. You can use numbers, symbols and alphabets to create gmail account.

Create Password

Choose a strong unbreakable password. It is suggested to use alphabets, numbers and symbols in the password for making its very strong password.

Date of Birth

Use your date of Birth. There is no such strict age restriction for making Gmail account.

Gender

Select Your Gender – male ,female or others

Phone Number

Please don’t forget to input your mobile phone number. It is very very necessary and important t o use mobile phone number for creating gmail account. If any time in future someone tries to hack your account or get hacked or unknowingly someone is using your email id then with the help of your mobile phone you can reset your password. If your forget password in future then also your mobile phone is going to help you to create new password. Input Captcha Code

To prove yourself you are not a robot or automated software that creates email account, you have to enter captcha. Generally it is unreadable simply so carefully you have read the captcha. For easiness you can use Ctrl + Plus button for zooming the captcha so that you can easily read and write.  After entering captcha code you can again use ctrl + minus for zooming down. To complete creating gmail account you must be agree with the Google Terms and Conditions simply by clicking the box.

Hit the Next Button twice and you are done….  You will be redirected to Gmail Page or Google Homepage depending upong the place you hit the Sign Up button. If you are in Google homepage then see the top bar in black strip , you will see a Gmail button click on that you will be redirected gmail page.. Initially you will get 3 Emails from Gmail welcoming and teaching you how to use gmail and cutomize it..
