         <title>[RESOLVED] Subscription calls being charged</title>
         <description>&lt;p&gt;Some users are finding that they're being charged for calls which would normally be included in their subscriptions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We're investigating this urgently, and will update this post with more information as soon as it emerges.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Update @ 1824 BST, 30th June:&lt;/strong&gt; The problem has now been resolved. Stay tuned.&lt;/p&gt;

         <title>Changes to prices for calls to landlines and mobiles in certain destinations</title>
         <description>&lt;p&gt;It's a pleasure to announce that prices for calls to landlines/mobiles in Turkey will all be lowered. The decreases are effective as of 10:00 GMT, 17th June 2009.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Turkey&lt;/strong&gt; decreased from €0.111 to €0.024 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Turkey - Mobile - Others&lt;/strong&gt; decreased from €0.173 to €0.13 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Turkey - Mobile - Telsim&lt;/strong&gt; decreased from €0.173 to €0.13 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Turkey - Mobile - Turkcell&lt;/strong&gt; decreased from €0.173 to €0.13 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Turkey-Ankara&lt;/strong&gt; decreased from €0.111 to €0.024 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Turkey-Antalya&lt;/strong&gt; decreased from €0.111 to €0.024 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Turkey-Istanbul&lt;/strong&gt; decreased from €0.055 to €0.024 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Turkey-Izmir&lt;/strong&gt; decreased from €0.111 to €0.024 per minute&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Due to increases from our suppliers prices for calls to landlines/mobiles in the following destinations will increase slightly:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Albania - Mobile&lt;/strong&gt; increases from €0.162 to €0.18 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Benin&lt;/strong&gt; increases from €0.121 to €0.176 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Comoros and Mayotte&lt;/strong&gt; increases from €0.323 to €0.456 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;El Salvador - Mobile&lt;/strong&gt; increases from €0.12 to €0.178 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Malawi&lt;/strong&gt; increases from €0.07 to €0.105 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Malawi - Mobile&lt;/strong&gt; increases from €0.097 to €0.115 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Swaziland&lt;/strong&gt; increases from €0.12 to €0.156 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Togo&lt;/strong&gt; increases from €0.193 to €0.315 per minute&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Wallis and Futuna&lt;/strong&gt; increases from €0.668 to €0.864 per minute&lt;/p&gt;

         <description>&lt;p&gt;Over the last few days, some of you may have experienced a problem with automatic payments for both Auto-recharge and Unlimited calling subscriptions. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This problem was picked up by our technicians immediately. However, a small number of agreements remain affected, but don't worry - affected agreements should be reactivated today.&lt;/p&gt;

         <title>[RESOLVED]Skype names created with iPhone are redirected to PCHome when buying Skype Credit</title>
         <description>&lt;p&gt;If you created your Skype name using &lt;a href="http://www.skype.com/go/iphone"&gt;Skype for iPhone&lt;/a&gt;, you will be redirected to our Taiwanese partner PCHome&amp;rsquo;s website when you attempt to buy Skype Credit.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We realise that this is incredibly annoying for the vast majority of you, and we&amp;rsquo;re working hard to fix the problem &amp;ndash; we hope to have a fix in place at some point tomorrow, and will update this post as soon as things are back to normal.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you create your Skype name using any other version of the Skype software, e.g. Skype for Windows or Skype for Mac, you won&amp;rsquo;t be affected, and so if you&amp;rsquo;re a new Skype user, we suggest that you download Skype on to your computer first and create your Skype name there before signing in with Skype for iPhone.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;UPDATE: The issue has been resolved for the majority of those affected today, April 3rd.&lt;/p&gt;
