Mandatory Update

No news in the last few months. Ken from PolyArt went to GDC and had a grand ole time. I'm insanely jealous.

Current development projects include a silly space game, a silly image game, and a couple of applications that will all likely never see the light of day. Just keeping my skills sharp.

I'm also redirecting my 3D game development efforts to C# and XNA. While I still have a few ideas I'd like to test out with my old engine, I eventually would like to make a newer one.

My whole idea for pixel patches showing you your odds of winning the lottery was moved off to a specialized site Oddulo.us. It allows anyone to submit odds and see them on a custom colored pixel swatch.

I've decided I am going to vote for Sasquatch this year for president of the United States. I can't help but to think that Sasquatch should have ran for president four years ago when no one really cared much for either candidate. This year people seem to be much more enthused.

My dog is Satan incarnate.

I'm a mega-tensaire!

I've won about $22 in the New York Mega Millions using my new free number picker and calculator MegaSlz (currently still in beta). Unfortunately, one of the features allows you to see how much money you've blown on "the loser's tax" or the "sucks-at-math tax." Just to clarify, I know I will never win anything but it's a game and I find it fun to play. One guy calculated that you have about the same chance of picking a specific M&M in three football fields completely covered with M&M's. I use pixels to illustrate the odds. The point is, I plan on including many of the picking formulas for free with an online interface. Some of the features include: it saves your numbers, checks to see if they won before or how much they've won for their lifetime, calculates numbers based on your own specific formulas, includes pre-built formulas, and it gives you statistics on deltas and averages. It's a work in progress so there's a lot more features to come.

In the crappy news department, my cousin got hit by a car but he's doing ok. A talentless zilch was allegedly racing his Honda Civic and he lost control. After ping ponging off a parked car, a building, and a fire hydrant, my cousin got hit and injured. After surgery, he's doing well and in good spirits. Feel better soon!

I made a deadness calculator a month ago and it may seem like a tasteless time to announce it now but I made it way before the previous incident happened. It's just a calculator to see what percent of your life is over based on your age as well as other animals that are the same age as you. I'm 34% dead.

Mistress!

RSS Feed Change: I apologize but we switched to using FeedBurner for RSS feed statistics. You can find the SleazySoft RSS News feed here

I have merged the news system into the forums and I decided to consolidate some information. All comments have been turned into forum posts.

Down to brass tacks here, please welcome Mistress to the company. She is a Level 3 fully trained C# and DirectX specialized Doberman Shepherd. Her skills will prove invaluable as SleazySoft continues it's customer-centric market domination of empowering players to leverage and negotiate sticky logistics chains and build synergy with proactive enterprise level immersion. We're talking best-in-class outside-the-box return on investment mindshare solutions here. Isn't she adorable?

Apologies once again for not having any new games for a while. However, since Sharko is approaching his 3rd year in existence, I've decided to remove the retiring system and all players have been restored to the scoreboard. Also, unregistered players will receive five free updates per day.

WerdzUp to my homies

I've made a very simple new AJAX web game called WerdzUp. It takes the concept of the age old forum game, adds fun, and removes the forum. Follow the link for instructions and way more details but make sure you have javascript enabled.

Sorry for the SSL expiration problems, I'm having the certificate updated very soon!
