FASHION-UP store on EBAY Sells FRAUDULENT/FAKE MERCHANDISE!!!!! Got my CANYONLAND "Northface" jacket yesterday and it was verified as a "very fake and poorly made knock off by the NORTHFACE store in downtown Spokane.

When I demanded a refund from Fashion-up this was the response "We do not respond to temper tantrums. As stated, you can be refunded once we receive the jacket back in the exact condition in which it was sent. We will not respond again."

I'm looking for a medium luggage that's roughly 25" length and costs around 100 dollars. Almost every luggage I see on amazon has some people saying the wheels break off and tons of problems. Meanwhile my parents had some shitty luggage that we used for 20 years and like 8 trips and none of these problems ever happened. I'm looking at the samsonite 150 for 2 pieces deal right now. So many people say it's shit, i thought samsonite was a good brand? How are all these companies so bad that they can't make wheels that won't break? My old shitty luggage's wheels never broke over decades. I'm at a lost at what to pick now and it's driving me crazy. Any help?

Was thinking about getting my son a gaming chair for the holidays. He's a gamer, but also a full time web professional, so he's at his desk all day, and often at the same desk for his gaming during the evenings.

Watched several reviews of gaming chairs, all of which basically said: The basic gaming chair that is marketed under many different labels is low quality, and best bet is to look at higher quality chairs that inevitably come with higher price tags.

I don't have a problem spending more, but I'm having trouble sorting thru all of the reviews, with not many chairs getting dinged for low quality, despite the more in depth reviews saying they are low quality.

I got my first photo speeding ticket last month because I was speeding 7 mph over in a school zone. Other than being more cognizant of the speed limit signs, what can I do to avoid this? I know with traditional speeding tickets, you can get a radar detector, but I can't think of anything for this. Below is the description of how it works in my city.

I do not wish to keep change phones - my current s series 5G phone does not have esim. I did get the Moto Razr since it has eSim - after purchasing I saw reviews that its hinge is not as good as Samsung. So considering replacing it. I do not need to keep two phones. I am having intermittent internet issues with Xfinity.
Xfinity says that there is an issue with the node but its not affecting my complex.

I use Arris 6190 - it seems they offer no support - Wondered if there is a firmware update but Arris does not have help there. Looked at another but Docsis 3.1 modem - they all having intermittent internet issues!

I went to buy another Hoover LiNX, because I fear living my life without it, and found to my dismay that it was discontinued and replaced with this new ONEPWR series. I love the LiNX; I have two cats and a German Shepherd that sheds year-round. I've read reviews of this ONEPWR Pet Elite but they didn't really help. So many of them are "sweepstakes entries" or whatever, so I don't fully trust them. I did see that some people didn't like this vacuum and thought it was a real step down from the LiNX. Any help would be appreciated--thank you.

Our First Alerts came with hilariously crappy "Heavy Duty" batteries (had another Kidde fail at about 5 years old), but even if they came with alkalines, I'd probably still replace them just to avoid having to change them so often. The Energizer lithium 9v is now up to ~$16 for one while I can get 2 of the Tenergy for the same price. I know their rechargeables have mixed reviews (which seem to be the only reviews I can find), but I'm curious if anyone's tested their non-rechargeable lithiums. If not, I may end up using alkalines just because the Energizers are too expensive. Only worth it if we had vaulted ceilings or other awful locations.
