Check out the Slim Brother Website for the 4 slimmers who have lost a stone or more and are on target for losing the 2 stone a month, plus see the remaining 27 slimmers video updates… http://www.slimbrother.co.uk - SLIM TIP - SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder is getting more and more common, especially from today when the clocks go back and we will have almost no light as we come home in the evenings. Curing SAD is simple and will make you feel much better than ever before. Firstly vitamin D is what your massively lacking if your suffering from SAD. As always, we never recommend the synthetic version (a supplement pill) but the real version, so you need to get out in the day light, preferably between 11am and 1pm for 1 hour - have lunch outdoors? Even just having your face or forearms in the daylight for a few mins will help you feel better as your body absorbs the vitamin D. If this is not possible (please really try for the real way!) you may want to look at getting a SAD light box (from Argos) or even better having a 1 short Sun Bed a week as a great way of getting vitamin D. Many people are scared of sun beds, BUT the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. For every one person who dies from skin cancer, there are 100 who die from SAD’s related depressive states due to a lack of vitamin D - this problem is that serious. I personally have a lying sun bed session once a week for 10 minutes and I feel great after it, plus I have had no ill effects like skin moles growing or anything like this. You can also improve your SAD state by exercising, getting enough sleep and of course making sure your nutrition is balance. Enjoy being HAPPY this winter. Love and prayer. Xjo.
