D-Link DIR-615 config

Greetings all. Has anyone successfully made the connection above happen? I'm trying to set this up for my brother-in-law in Japan (whose box it is), and we had it working on an older D-link router. I can view fine off my PC, but the remote viewing will not take. I've done a hard reset on the box, and have followed some instructions I saw on the web to port forward 5001 in the router settings. Anything else? I haven't touched the virtual server settings. Should I be turning DHCP off on the router, or excluding the Slingbox's IP? Any help would be appreciated. Darren

Slinglink 1 port ethernet connection problem

The location of my slingbox used to have AT & T for internet. There were multiple USB ports with the router for AT &T. Now that there is Time Warner cable there, with no wireless internet connection, there is only 1 ethernet port on the router. How can I hook up the slinglink without having to have a wirless router or a router with multiple ethernet hookups?

UHF RF converters

I just bought a Dish IR to RF converter so I can use TV2 of my Dish DVR. I have two inputs and need to use the RF input for TV2 on the DVR. The RF converter is UHF that I have configured to channel 65. I haven't figured out how to get the slingbox to recognize it. I know the output is working because I can watch it on TV. When I try to configure the Slingbox I get the message that it cannot detect a video signal and the audio just plays static. Can anyone help me get this configured? Thanks in advance.

Grey Screen When Connecting to Slingbox

I have a slingbox pro in the US and UK. I have a slingcatcher where I am to remotely log-on. Every now and again (say, once a month) I try to log on to the US slingbox and it just shows a grey screen for every channel. It lasts anywhere between a couple of hours to a couple of days. Strangely, the tivo connected to this slingbox still works fine and we can watch recorded shows. Initially, I thought it was a cable issue but recently I have been able to verify that cable tv works on all the other tv's in the house when I have this grey screen problem. Anybody else had a similar experience? Thanks.

Connecting a External HD to Computer and Slingcatcher at Same Time?

I'm wondering if there is a way to have my slingcatcher recognize a external HD that is connected to my computer at the same time as the Slingcatcher? In general will it work if the HD is connected to the computer through Firewire and the Slingcatcher through USB? Also if it would work is there a way to split a single USB port on the external drive and feed to the computer and Slingcatcher (Longshot question I know)? Thank YOU Very Much.
