Back again this Saturday. Hoping to bring some new loaves which are in development to do some realtime market testing; if they sell we'll make them a permanent part of the range, and if they don't...we won't. Beats guessing.

Spent the weekend viewing different sites in Cardiff and surrounding areas for our first shop. Still a long way to go but it's slowly starting to come together. Exciting times.
First of many new things from us in 2012. Our new Walnut sourdough is the loaf for cheese lovers - does a great duet with brie or camembert. We roast the walnuts for more flavour and crunchier texture. The natural oil in the nuts blends with the dough during the super slow fermentation to give a purple crumb inside. Neat.
