I heard about the benefits of getting mortgage life insurance from radio station today. It was about the protection for family in case of someone got a misfortune such as accident or whatever who are still paying the housing loan, the insurance company will pay off the housing loan for that person. Don’t you think that’s good for our children? At least they own a house which was paid by the insurance company. Maybe I should get the mortgage life insurance quotes from various insurance company for comparision before I make the decision…

That day, I went to the weighing machine to measure my weight and height. I height is 173cm and weight is 79kg LoL… Oh shit… I am getting fat and I got a small paper printed from the machine and saying that I am FAT! How can it that be? From now on(I think I have been repeating with “now on” already), I have to control myself from eating too much. I also went to so many fat burner reviews programme but it still doesn’t work on me. It’s really hard for me to resist when I saw the foods in front of me. SOS!

Hehehe… I just managed to upload the photos for day 1 and day 2 only. There are few more days to go. I feel very tired to manage that. Luckily, there’s a free software that can be used which is PICASA and introduced by Marvin. I think I will use this software to cut short the work instead of using Next Gallery plugin. Both of these softwares can set a watermark on it. In terms of time processing, PICASA is faster than Next Gallery. Hehehe.. Anyway, enjoy looking at the photos because there are about 400+ photos inside.

Normally, I will buy a lot of greeting cards to be given out during the seasons day. Suddenly, something has crossed my mind that, do they provide this kind of service by ordering online greeting cards and they will send for us? I feel very lazy especially to write the content and send to their individual address by post. I am willing to pay if the charges are reasonable. Mmm… nowadays, people are getting lazy and everything through online already. LoL!

I was thinking to look for a new unlocked phone with dual sim card in order easier for me to carry instead of two cell phones. I feel very incovenience because I also have to bring two different type of charges for charging. But, I still need to have a two lines because I have my own personal lines which is used for part time business after the working hours. Hehehe… I was thinking to get a new model cell phone released by samsung as I heard from the radio recently. Any idea what is the model of that?

Wah… time past really fast, I didn’t realise that today is my God Father 1st Year Anniversary of his death. I Really miss him so much. I still remember, my God father used to advise me to be serious with the principle of life. This will guide me untill the end of the day. Must remember, Nothing can be achieved in a short time, and we still need to learn and study in order for us to build the SKILL as we need for today job. Anyway, I’m glad that I am being myself now, I have furthered my study as a part time for Accountancy Course which I have dreamt for so long. Besides that, I also started my side income as a Part Time Tutor and blogger LoL. Soon, I also will become as a Part Time Prudential Insurance Agent like what Dad Mike wanted me to do when He was alive. Lastly, May the Peace of God be with you always, Dad :P

I am wondering if the auto insurance quote will provide the premium deduction of NCD 25%. As you all know that, you will be given the NCD 25% after you have used about 2-3 years old car. Anyway, my personal advise to those whom own a new car, it is very important to monitor your insurance premium payment because some of the insurance company does not inform you about the NCD because they are preferred you to pay at the full premium without the NCD. Oh ya, I heard the renewal for 3rd party car insurance has increased, is it?

A kung fu master has jabbed his way into the Malaysian records book after piercing four coconuts with his index finger in a little over 30 seconds, a newspaper reported on Monday.

Ho Eng Hui, 55, made it into the Malaysia Book of Records for coconut opening with his 30.81 second feat, the New Straits Times reported Monday.

“Now, I will start preparing myself to get into the Guinness Book of World Records,” Master Ho told the newspaper.

“This is not an illusion or black magic. I am able to do this after mastering the Chinese martial art technique of using the strength of my finger, from a martial arts master in Singapore.”

Hundreds of people, many of them tourists, witnessed the record breaking coconut piercing in Malacca on Saturday.

Master Ho smashed his previous record of breaking three coconuts in 70 seconds.
