   It was recently totally renovated. It has new pvc windows and doors, totaly new plumbing and wiring, new fitted kitchen, bathroom,tiling, flooring, insulation. There`s dual central heating powered by a stanley solid fuel stove and outside oil burner.<br />
  There are 3 acres of good tillable land and 4acres of grazing. More land or grazing or bogland/mountain is available if needed. There is a plot of bog which will provide good cheap fuel.<br />
  There are old traditional stables approximatly 40ft by 15ft origionally intended to house 8 cows tie in style and 2 horses which is in reasonable repair. There`s an old haybarn of 30ft by 18ft which needs repair but is servicable. There are a number of other derelict stables which can be brought back to service with a little work.<br />
   Overall it is an ideal setup for keeping animals, growing fruit and veg, crafts etc.<br />

<p>Unlike most of Andalucía we have seasons and so one can grow most things one can grow in the U.K. and also the more exotic. If you dislike gardening this is not for you, but if like me you love gardening you may think that you have died and gone to heaven.<br />
Because over the last four years the soil as been cultivated and manure added time and time again producing a rich friable soil.<br />
The land already has enough olives to provide enough oil for an extended family and this year I have planted another 60 in order that the older ones can be reorganized, these are on a drip irrigation system as is all the vegetable garden area which has various fruit trees. The small tractor that I currently use will be included in the price.<br />
 We must sell to continue living here in Spain, but w are not moving from this area so we will be around to help you in settling in this area of real Spain.   (We have 2 fincas in this area one of which we must sell, see Mini Golf)<br />
Entrance to the Finca is by electric operated gates.<br />
