Today, I had the same problem. I wanted to be able to log into multiple Drupal accounts across Google Chrome tabs - maybe via an available extension. But I've never found a very suitable extension to solve the problem. Instead, I found an alternative solution. Chrome will then open a new browser window for that profile or if the browser window for the selected profile is already opened, it will become the active window.
