One set for the Power and one set for control usualy using the Cat-5 cable.

Once implemented , they are not easilly changeble as each process of cabling is
expensive. Thus , they are not affordable to normal average houshold.

Has internet/web access capability . Adopting various technologies and protocols such that it can control and monitor most devices in the house remotely.
Features like activiting lights or alarms with motion detectors , and seamlessly integrate devices
such as sound-systems or turning on heater-control just before reaching are just some of the list.
