TRAINER’s PROFILE

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY graduated from University of London with a honors degree in Law ( LL.B ). He also holds an MBA (Human Resource) from Frederick Taylor International University, USA. He packs 25 years of industrial experience, combining both operations and HRM. He worked in 2 renowned multi-national Corporations of Motorola Semiconductor and the Samsung Group of Companies in Seremban. Krishnan Ramasamy is a certified facilitator for 7 Habits of Highly effective People and Kepner Tregoe’s Problem Solving and Decision Making Training Program. He is also a certified PSMB Trainer.

In 1994 Krishnan Ramasamy led the Technical development Team to Pusan, South Korea, which Team subsequently played the key role in the expansion of Manufacturing facilities in Malaysia. Between 1999 to 2002 he spearheaded the 6 Sigma Quality development Team for the Electron Gun Factory in Samsung’s mission to excel in Quality through 6 sigma development for the Group. He is a 6 Sigma Green Belter.

From 2002 till 2005 Krishnan was identified to lead the Samsung Group HR Team, whose direction was to be the best employer in the country. The Samsung Group had identified him as key resource person in its expansion, and as a Corporate Trainer have provided him Global exposure by providing him Training opportunities in Samsung’s establishment in Germany, China, Korea and Singapore. Krishnan has combined this vast exposure and had capitalized his managerial, technical, process, HRM and legal experience to develop classic Training Modules and programs. He has developed Training material to specifically expose conceptual idealism challenged in down to earth production floor realities; and has developed similar training programs applicable to other industries. These trainings have been tailored and developed so as to steer effective Management of resources and to meet current Global standards in every aspect of Quality , cost , delivery and product innovation.

From 2006 till 2008 Krishnan worked as Snr.Consultant and Trainer delivering his vast experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, service, tourism, construction, education and the Public Sector. His training ability has seen him delivering training for a wide spectrum of Companies in almost all states within Malaysia. He stresses this requirement for continuous training as a compulsory need, which he professes to be the key edge any Company holds in meeting its management’s vision and goals.

From 2009 to June 2010 Krishnan Ramasamy was the Human Resources Manager for Berjaya Redang Resort , Terengganu. His HRM experience coupled with Legal education and long years of Managing operations has enabled him to develop Training programs leading Human Resource Development which is seen as a leading edge towards administrative excellence.

Mr Daniel Ng Kok Hoe
Daniel started his career in Human Resource since his graduation in 2000. His knowledge in Human Resource was developed in a very professional manner in Banking and Financial sector before moving on to Telecommunication industry covering both Telco and Hi-Tech solutions. From Recruitment, Training to Compensation and Benefits and finally Industrial Relations, his knowledge of compliance to both internal regulations and law requirements is commendable.

His skills in conducting trainings and coaching are one of the rare experiences that one can expect by being present to his training program. He was awarded best Senior HR Manager in his workplace and Awarded HR Achievement Award by Ministry of Human Resource, Malaysia in 2010. Education & Professional Experiences
Graduated from University of Malaysia with Honors’ Degree in Economics double Major in HRM and International Politics set him apart from many other HR professionals. TRAINER’S PROFILE

Kamarudzman Mohd Kasby is a freelance training and management consultant. He holds a Masters in Management from UKM, Malaysia and Bachelors of Science from USA.

He is currently a Group Human Resources Manager with his main responsibilities being operational duties in relation to Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Industrial Relations and Recruitment and Selection for a large manufacturing organisation.

He is currently both a trainer and consultant in subjects relating to Human Resource Management, Organisational Development and General Management. His forte in training is conducting leadership-oriented courses covering areas such as people management and supervisory skills and performance management.

He also has an extensive experience in the area of Industrial Relations. He is currently in his second term as a panel member of the Industrial Court (representing the Employers). During his tenure as the Group Human Resource Manager, he has handled various types of disciplinary cases and conducted numerous domestic inquiries.

He was also one of the pioneers in drafting the Code of Conduct initiated by one of the large local organization.
