Hotlink Powers People Through Virtual Concert With Yuna [Press Conference]

Thanks to Nuffnang, was able to attend the press conference and to meet Yuna on that day :)

Almost woke up late for the event , nevertheless managed to reach in time and had my breakfast there :D

Met up with Roslyn and had out breakfast while waiting for Yuna to arrive, which just took 10 to 15 minutes.

So today, Hotlink, Malaysia's No.1 prepaid service from Maxis Communications Berhad (Maxis), announced its collaborative effort to hold the first People Powered virtual concert with Yuna. Viewers can pre-book spots on the website, www.nowyoucan.my/yuna where only limited spots are available (10,000 spots). The virtual concert will be held on the 14th December 2011, where it will be streamed live on the website at 8pm.

So this is how you can register, as demonstrated by Joel Wong and Yuna.

Thanks to Shannon , I was able to attend a food review by Cafe Barbera at Sunway Pyramid on Monday itself. With more than 140 years of coffee perfection, Cafe Barbera doesn't serves only freshly roasted coffee product; they also serve main course meals, pastas, pizzas, soups, desserts and more.

A good place to hang around or chill with your friends or family over the weekdays or weekends. We were given a choice to select any Barbera's coffee selection of our preference. Cafe Barbera serve a wide variety of coffee.

Layers of pasta, béchamel, cheese, spinach and minced chicken; baked in oven.

After done having the pastas & pizzas, it's time to roll in the carpet for the main course meals.

Stuffed Chicken Parcel - RM33

Stuffed chicken thigh with spinach, carrot, capsicum, turkey ham and mozzarella cheese, served with mashed potato and mushroom sauce.

Grilled Tenderloin - RM49

Served with sautéed baby potatoes, vegetables and green peppercorn sauce.

Dogathon 2011 was held on the 2nd of October 2011 at UPM. Went with Choulyin, Choulyew and Shaun.

It was my first visit to this dogathon event as I missed the Dogathon 2010

It was an indeed and tiring day walking under the hot sun and standing taking pictures :p But it was worth the effort :D

SausageFest 2011

SausageFest 2011, where local bands come perform, to help the kids by buying sausages.

*on a note all picture will be BW*

The event was held at Laundry Bar, The Curve on the 24th November at 9.00pm. It's the last gig and it's a blast :D

Upon registration under bloggers/media , each of us was given a goodie bag with lots and lots of stuff in it.

To get a sausage album it's only RM30. All funds will go towards the charity. Didn't manage to get the album by An Honest Mistake for RM20 only :/

High Society at MBS Shopping Centre for my lunch after touched down at Changi Airport last week. Still remembered I woke up without having my breakfast and straight went to the airport.

So what’s the movie all about?? As we know the movie Shrek, Puss In Boots was one of the character from that movie. In the movie, Puss In Boots was desribed as a cat with a daring bold and brave cat & hilarious as well and as he teams with mastermind Puss’ half-brother Humpty Dumpty (Zach Galfianakis), and the Kitty Softpaws (Salma Hayek), the greatest thief around, to steal the famed goose that lays the Golden Eggs, but before that, they attempts to steal the legendary magic beans from the villainous Jack and Jill (Billy Bob Thornton, Amy Sedaris)

I would rate this movie 5/10. As the animation and cinematography was good, but later on in the movie it got boring. The entertaining part of this movie was the overall choreography of the action scenes, and a couple of dance numbers. Suitable for children & adults to watch together :D

Singapore!!! That’s where i was last week for a short,chilling vacation before attending my cousin’s wedding the very next day. On the 19th November 2011, Saturday had my dinner at Sky on 57. Dinner was at 9pm. And it was worth the wait for it :D

Courtesy to Livescape Asia, i was able to catch Zee Avi’s concert at KL live yesterday. Came across some of her music before but I didn’t know it was sung by Zee Avi until yesterday. *being so happy after winning the contest, heads down to KL to see Zee Avi’s concert* It was worth the journey.

The concert started of with Narmi (drummer from One Buck Short) and his band. Performing a few songs Tweet in Defiance, Whirl, cair and there’s more (*couldn’t remember :( ZOINKS!)

Right after Narmi and his band done with their performances, it’s Zee Avi’s turn to perform :D

Miss Universe Malaysia 2012 [ Gala Night ]

Thanks to YeongBoon I’m able to head to Sunway Convention Centre to attend Miss Universe Malaysia 2012.

It was crowded when i reached, and a lot of supporters as well ( most of it are Supporters of Gabriella). Before the night start we have cocktail session. Met up with Ivan and his friend Sky.

While chilling out at the cocktail session, manage to get some shot with Ms. Deborah Henry, Miss Universe Malaysia 2011. Was a battle to actually get a shot with her :O but all worth it!

After a long wait (was already hungry), the doors were opened and we were invited to head in. The theme for Miss Universe Malaysia 2012 this year was Hip|Urban|Relevant|Real.

The gala night is the conclusion of the long running 30 Days Beauty Camp, where 19 girls started off and now its down to the final 9, where one of them will eventually be crowned MUM2012.

The grand launch of Starbucks Card Malaysia was held at The Curve yesterday. Those who wants to get the free PRELOADED card must line up and it’s only given to the first 100 to register.

And let’s not forget that Christmas season is coming soon. and the season drinks are once again back :D *joy to the world*

It’s a very long queue indeed. Heard that my friend actually line up since 4.00pm (somewhere around that time) and they start only to give out the cards at 7.30pm I’m amazed that they actually waited so long for it. And yes, I would like to say thank you once again to sky twitter handle: sky2404 and nice to meet you twitter handle: pixtiny . After that there’s speech given and followed up by performance by the bboys.

It’s been a tiring day but happy to get my starbucks card :D

If I'm Puss and my sexy partner out there is Kitty Softpaws, we would call out other cats as reinforcement and have a fight *cough hair balls* a fight till the death *hiyak* and of course the cats chosen must be highly trained!

1) The ability to "charm" the bad guys, so that they will bring back the cats and it's time for action! *well of course the part where the cats used their highly trained martial arts and start ka-chop the bad guys*

2) The cats who are patience enough & to strike at the correct time, environment hmmm maybe day/night? haha. A hidden plan behind its paw. With the look "SOON"

haha the "SOON" look :p

3) The aggressive cat. Strikes when there's opportunity!! The bad guys won't even have the time to counter back. Using its paws and *scratch scratch scratch* well a cat fight indeed!

4) The Playful Cat. With its own playfulness, distract the bad guys by playing with them, where the other cats may sneak in to the bad guys area and a battle of cats with the bad guys :D * can be in handy for distraction*

5) The last or final cat that must recruit. Those who have very big eyes! *stop staring* With its eye as round as a sun/moon the bad guys can get stun or maybe chicken out before the fight.

Those are the few cats which I would go around to recruit and fight the bad guys #paw-rurr

Finally the 100th day!! That means another 265 day more to go :O Today fetched my sis to her college at hartamas. Went out without having my breakfast! At the end went to Publika, Eat Food Village and had Chilli Pan Mee for breakfast.. And chatime was just nearby so ordered Roasted Milktea with Grass Jelly.

Cast:

Jamie Bell as Tintin
Daniel Craig as Sakharine
Andy Serkis as Captain Haddock
Nick Frost as Thomson
Simon Pegg as Thompson

So the adventure started off with Tintin, who bought a boat model from the market place. He was warned by a man that about the boat model but Tintin was still persistent to keep the boat . After some discoveries at the public library, Tintin found out that the model boat sparks a mystery adventure seeking a long lost treasure.

Along the journey, to discover the mystery of the Secret of the Unicorn, Tintin met up with Captain Haddock, whose ship and crew got bribe and stolen by Sakharine. And so the adventure continues and a little flash back of Haddock and Sakharine's ancestor.

And here we go, Snowy :)

The movie was well animated, with the graphics in 3D. A must watch movie if you're a Tintin fan :D I would rate it 7/10. I enjoyed watching the movie and had a great time.
