Not much works to do today and decided to hotwheels hunting at Aeon Cheras Selatan during the lunch hour.

Quite satisfied with the hunting today, bought all the 2014 peg warmers :D

Got Matchbox BMW 1M and Dodge Charger Hot Pursuit.

Pheeww...it's four year from my last post.

Almost forgot how to use this blogger..denggg.

I'm still in a learning process to use my speedlight, and there is no human model available to shoot at the time. So, I try this simple shot on a playcard ~ Royal Flush.

It's time for me to "angry again" to my internet service provider for giving me a very bad connection for the past week. I'm unable to complete my 300 EC drop nor downloading my favorite new TV series. Before this, my connection transfer rate was 180kbps but now it's only at 16kbps. Thanks a lot to slow Streamyx, you're the greatest ISP in Malaysia. Now lets hear my favorite song during my teenage years.

My wife sat down on the couch next to me as I was flipping channels.
She asked, ‘What’s on TV?’

I said, ‘Dust.’

And then the fight started…

My wife was hinting about what she wanted for our upcoming anniversary.
She said, ‘I want something shiny that goes from 0 to 150 in about 3 seconds.’

I bought her a scale.

And then the fight started…

When I got home last night, my wife demanded that I take her someplace expensive… So, I took her to a gas station.

And then the fight started…

After retiring, I went to the Social Security office to apply for Social Security.
The woman behind the counter asked me for my driver’s license to verify my age.
I looked in my pockets and realized I had left my wallet at home.
I told the woman that I was very sorry, but I would have to go home and come back later.

The woman said, ‘Unbutton your shirt’.
So I opened my shirt revealing my curly silver hair.
She said, ‘That silver hair on your chest is proof enough for me’ and she processed my Social Security application.

When I got home, I excitedly told my wife about my experience at the Social Security office.

She said, ‘You should have dropped your pants. You might have gotten disability, too.’

And then the fight started…

My wife and I were sitting at a table at my high school reunion, and I kept staring at a drunken lady swigging her drink as she sat alone at a nearby table.

My wife asked, ‘Do you know her?’

I understand she took to drinking right after we split up those many years ago, and I hear she hasn’t been sober since.’

‘My God!’ says my wife, ‘who would think a person could go on celebrating that long?’

Suddenly, at 3 o’clock in the morning, a loud noise came from outside.

The woman, bewildered, jumped up from the bed and yelled at the man
‘Holy crap. That must be my husband!’

So the man jumped out of the bed; scared and naked jumped out the window.
He smashed himself on the ground, ran through a thorn bush and to his car as fast as he could go.

A few minutes later he returned and went up to the bedroom and screamed at the woman,
‘I AM your husband!’

The woman yelled back, ‘Yeah, then why were you running?’

And then the fight started…..

Saturday morning I got up early, quietly dressed, made my lunch, grabbed the dog, and slipped quietly into the garage.

I hooked up the boat up to the truck, and proceeded to back out into a torrential downpour.

The wind was blowing 50 mph, so I pulled back into the garage, turned on the radio, and discovered that the weather would be bad all day.

I went back into the house, quietly undressed, and slipped back into bed.

I cuddled up to my wife’s back, now with a different anticipation, and whispered, ‘The weather out there is terrible.’

My loving wife of 10 years replied,
‘Can you believe my stupid husband is out fishing in that?’

And then the fight started …

I asked my wife, “Where do you want to go for our anniversary?”

It warmed my heart to see her face melt in sweet appreciation.
“Somewhere I haven’t been in a long time!” she said.

So I suggested, “How about the kitchen?”

My wife and I are watching Who Wants To Be A Millionaire while we were in bed.
I turned to her and said, “Do you want to have sex?”

“No,” she answered.

I then said, “Is that your final answer?”

She didn’t even look at me this time, simply saying

So I said, “Then I’d like to phone a friend.”

And that’s when the fight started….

When our lawn mower broke and wouldn’t run, my wife kept hinting to me that I should get it fixed. But, somehow I always had something else to take care of first: the truck, the car, e-mail, fishing, always something more important to me.

Finally she thought of a clever way to make her point.

When I arrived home one day, I found her seated in the tall grass, busily snipping away with a tiny pair of sewing scissors.

I watched silently for a short time and then went into the house. I was gone only a few minutes. When I came out again I handed her a toothbrush.

‘When you finish cutting the grass,’ I said,
‘you might as well sweep the driveway.’

My New Project Site

It's a new project site again and it's my sixth projects. This time I'm assigned to Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan project site. It's located 100km away from my home and takes two hours driving time. If you're familiar with Google Earth, you'll find the location of this town at bearing 2°44’00.10’’N , 102°15’00.17’’E. I've never step my foot in Kuala Pilah before and I can't imagine how I may live in this small town with a bad broadband connection for another 30 months. Urghh! I really felt like I'm living in the 80's.

This time, I'm building a nursing college, a Kuala Pilah Nursing College. Generally, this project is to replace the existing old nursing college that was build during the colonial era sometimes in 1930's. All of the existing buildings will be demolish and replace with a new modern building. And we are at that demolishing stage right now. I'll share a journey of this project with you all progressively. If I could find the time..tsk.

HDR (High Dynamic Range) Photography is the process of taking multiple photo exposures and merging them together into a single 32 bit image. I've seen a lots of this amazing HDR image on the net and I would love to learn more about it. So, I'm googling around with a keyword "create HDR image", and I've found a simplest and very useful tutorial at Backing Winds that help me create this HDR image for this week Sky Watch Friday. Look what I've done to this dull and uninteresting photo (below)..isn't awesome ;). I knew it doesn't perfect yet, as this is just my first attempt on HDR image.

I got a big family, my brothers and sisters are living in a different part of the country and we are rarely meet. But, when we get together, this chicken barbecue is a must thing to have.

My World: Sunset at Port Dickson

Port Dickson or fondly referred to as ‘PD’ located 80 km away from Kuala Lumpur. Which is only about an hour’s drive and makes it a very accessible sea-side destination, nearer than other beaches from my place of living.

Port Dickson can easily be reached by car, cab or bus from Kuala Lumpur via the North-South Expressway. At the Seremban turn-off, a separate expressway links the main highway to Port Dickson, which enables you to reach the town in a matter of minutes. Alternatively, you can take the trunk road from Seremban which will allow you to see many country-side sights.

Beaches are Port Dickson’s highlight, and virtually the whole town lives out the tourism industry centered on their wide, expansive and beautiful beaches. Besides swimming and sunbathing, you can engage in water sports such as skiing, canoeing as well as fishing.

When I first step my foot in construction industry, I was assigned to a project site near a Malaysia-Thailand border for a period of thirty six months. During that period, I was introduced by one of the Siamese labour who worked there to this Thai dance song and get hooked into it since then. Couldn't find any translation for this song on the net, sorry :).
