The Misconception

We hear it all the time: "Do you have laser files?" or "I need files specifically for my Glowforge/xTool/Flux"

Most laser cutting software accepts standard vector formats:

Your Glowforge, xTool, Flux Beamo, OMTech, or other laser reads these files the same way your cutting machine does. The laser follows the vector paths to cut or engrave - exactly like your blade follows them to cut vinyl.

Here's a pack of baby milestone designs formatted as SVG / PNG / EPS files that don't even mention working with lasers...

But a simple download and upload into the laser software and they work perfectly for laser cutting and engraving.

If you're new to pairing fonts, follow these 10 tips to create the best font combination
