SEA Middle Tennessee  Chapter Chair Dan Surface organized a terrific three days in Nashville  for SEA CEO Lisa Nitze. On March 21st, Lisa gave a symposium address to  students and a luncheon address to local nonprofits at Belmont  University. Everyone understands that water is the nectar of life (some think it’s coffee, but it's water). The oddity is that too much will kill you faster than too little. The same is true in business. Growth is necessary to survive, but unmanaged growth that comes too fast will kill a business as quickly as one that has too little growth.
