Here is a photo from an short shoot I did with The Railflowers last night. This is Ellen Knight, the guitarist in this sweet folk foursome. I pillaged my rose bushes to channel some Frida Khalo. They were incredibly brave as we realized that earwigs like to chill inside roses in full bloom. I was trying to pull them out of the roses as I was pinning them in their hair. Not the most glamourous experience for them, but WOWZA! Those roses really make the photos!

I was really excited to work with Gather Jewelry again to get some new photos for Spring. Leora designed some amazing pieces for S/S 12 highlighting her smithing skills and some new elements like pyrite and aqua crystals. We shot both indoors and out in the great spread of Bidwell Park.

I designed this logo and card for Tinker Shoppe. Tinker Shoppe makes adorable handmade accessories out of vintage textiles. The cards will multifunction as tags or display cards for Tinker Shoppe designs in boutiques. We also took some product shots to use on their website. Seriously cute. Seriously.

I had a lot of fun styling and shooting these photos of Shawntel Newton. While editing them, I was really inspired by 60′s concert posters that had a pretty psychedelic vibe. I decided to go with it even though it was a really different look for her. But I love how they turned out. Shawntel is a great person, very down to earth and gorgeous to boot. Good grief!
