I've been meaning to post it ever since I went to his show at The Hoxton (Toronto) back in February - which by the way has been one of favourite sets to grace the TO music scene in 2015. The 5 track EP comes to life in a complex sort of way, telling a story from start to finish. If haven't yet heard of Giraffage, I highly suggest you check him out below.

Introducing: Bayan Audio - Your #1 Portable Sound Systems

2014-05-25T19:36:00.000-04:00

When it comes to epic portable sound, Bayan Audio has you covered. With impeccable sound quality, sleek design, and extremely easy to use functionality, the Soundbook and Soundbook X3 are your perfect partners for music. I had the pleasure to get my hands on the X3, and let me tell you, I love it!

I'm always very skeptical when I use bluetooth devices as I often find that they don't work and pairing devices seems impossible. I pulled the X3 out of its box, charged it for a few minutes, turned it on and instantly was paired. I had zero issues pairing the device and my iPhone 5 was instantly playing music off of the X3. No issues. And the sound quality was great. Smooth, crisp sound.

A lot of the music I listen to has a fair amount of bass and unlike many other portable players, the Bayan Audio Soundbook X3 held the sound and has a big enough bass radiator to yield a good amount of bass. I could easily play my music loud without worrying about music distortion, not to mention it's the perfect companion for a house party. The X3 is loud enough to light up any room and create a dance party on its own. It's the perfect party companion. It's portable, so moving it from room to room, indoor and outdoor is easy! With the Soundbook, the music follows you.

Not only is the sound quality perfect, the look and feel of the music system is beautiful. With it's sleek edges and sophisticaed style, the Soundbook X3 is the perfect addition to any room.

Some other features of the Soundbook X3:

High grade aluminum enclosure for less energy loss and better audio performance
Advanced audio compression technology for more detailed sound via aptX
Bluetooth 4.0 wireless technology for maximum compatibility
FM radio with integrated antenna
USB port to charge a smartphone or MP3
Quad 1.5" drivers plus passive bass - combined 20W of sound

Priced at $219.99 for the Soundbook and $329.99 for the Soundbook X3, to learn more about Bayan Audio, click here.

Enjoy your personal, portable, music listening!

Daft Punk - Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger (Dillon Francis Remix)

2014-04-26T18:45:00.001-04:00

Only Dillon Francis could take Daft Punk's classic, "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger", and completely turn it on its head to produce a dirty, funky, modernized jam. The iconic track gets the real Dillon treatment with funky rhythms and an unstoppable beat. He breaks it down with a rocket-launching drop that takes off and brings you to a whole new deep level of kickass. Dillon does justice to a timeless dance track, maintaining just enough of the original sound, inserting just enough of his own signature style, and throwing in some nasty, spot-on trap to round it out. He premiered the remix as the opening to his set at Coachella, leaving fans begging for more. And Dillon delivered. Get your free download below!
