Let’s smoke some weeds, shall we? Just kidding What I’m talking about is the SHOWTIME’s hit comedy “Weeds”. The title is a play on words, referring to both the slang term for marijuana, and widow’s weeds. I saw some comments before saying that the current Starz network show “Party Down” is somewhat like “Weeds”. Well, I don’t know about “Party Down”, coz I haven’t watched the show yet, but “Weeds”, definitely my second favourite comedy so far. (I have to give the 1st to my CHRIS ) I’m gonna post the DVDRip pack for season 1-3 this week, and today let’s do the very 1st season. This pack was released by SAiNTS with complete 10 episodes. One thing to mention is that TOPAZ also released the DVDRip for season 1, but they used US Retail source, which was FS resolution, and SAiNTS used UK Retail source with WS resolution, so which one do you want? Also, a 720p BluRay Rip pack was also out there from group hV, so try to find that if you want 720p quality.

This series is a single-camera comedy about a single mother who makes ends meet by selling marijuana in the fictional suburb of Agrestic, California. The series exposes the dirty little secrets that lie behind the pristine lawns and shiny closed doors of homes in the of this gated community. Mary Louise Parker stars as the suburban mom who resorts to selling weed to support her family after her husband unexpectedly dies……

A few days ago when i posted my last TV show pack which was Jericho i mentioned that i was going to post another similar post apocalyptic style show because i love my post apocalyptic stuff. A few of you guessed it was Jeremiah and now here it is I only recently started watching this show, so ive only just finished the first season and really been enjoying it so far, although it did take me a few episodes to get into. Jeremiah is an American TV series about a virus that wiped out the whole adult population and only those who had not reached puberty yet survived, starring Luke Perry that aired from 2002 - 2004 on SHOWTIME. So here is the DVD rip for season 1 which is a combination of 2 groups (SFM and VFUA), unfortunately season 2 was never released on DVD so my post for season 2 (probably tomorrow) will only the the TV rips but they are all good quality On a side note episode 1 and 2 was a double 700MB episode so i had to split and upload them, so just download episode link 1 and 2 then extract them and enjoy

A sci-fi series set in a future post-apocalyptic world where almost a decade before, a deadly virus wiped out the world’s adult population sparing only those who hadn’t reached puberty. Now in their 20s, the oldest survivors of the pandemic include Jeremiah and Kurdy. Jeremiah is on a personal quest to relocate a mysterious place called Valhalla, which his father claimed might hold some hope for the survivors. As Jeremiah falls into a reluctant partnership with Kurdy, they explore new areas amd encounter other groups of young adults who are divided into rival social groups. Jeremiah’s smaller personal quest is redirected when he discovers a group of highly organized survivors who want him to orchestrate peace among the warring factions and to try and prevent the killer virus from returning.

Directed by Henri-Georges Clouzot, starring Yves Montand, and based on a 1950 novel by Georges Arnaud. When a South American oil well owned by an American company catches fire, the company hires four European men, down on their luck, to drive two trucks over mountain dirt roads, while carrying the nitroglycerine needed to extinguish the fire. Sorcerer (1977), directed by William Friedkin, is the American remake.

A convoy of trucks driven by four derelicts transports dangerous nitroglycerin to try and quell an oil well fire. Their long, harrowing ride over bad roads with their cargo ready to explode at every jolt and jar; the drivers are gambling with their very lives against the opportunity to escape from their steaming, sordid environment. Remade in 1977 by William Friedkin (following “The Exorcist,”) as “Sorcerer.”

SiNNERS with another 720p movie from 2003, this time its the horror movie Wrong Turn starring Eliza Dushku. Although this movie didnt receive the best reviews i really enjoyed it as im sure horror movie fans did aswell. Due to its great commercial success on DVD, the film was followed by the 2007 STV sequel Wrong Turn 2: Dead End, which i didnt enjoy as much as the first and they are also making a Wrong Turn 3 which is due out later this year.

Chris Flynn is driving his car for a job interview in another city. However, an accident with a trunk transporting chemical products blocks the highway and Chris looks for an alternative route through the mountains of West Virginia to accomplish his schedule. Due to a lack of attention, he crashes another car parked in the middle of the road with flat tires. Chris meets a group of five friends, who intended to camp in the forest, and they decide to leave the couple Francine and Evan on the place, while Chris, Jessie, Carly and her fiancé Scott tries to find some help. They find a weird cabin in the middle of nowhere, where three violent cannibalistic mountain men with the appearance of monsters live. The two couples try to escape from the mountain men while chased by them.

Study: Facebook users get worse grades

A new study released by Ohio State University shows that college students who use Facebook spend less time studying and have lower grades than students who don’t use the popular social networking site. But don’t count on the Facebook users admitting the problem. The university report noted that 79% of them said that using the social networking site was not interfering with their studies. “We can’t say that use of Facebook leads to lower grades and less studying — but we did find a relationship there,” said Aryn Karpinski, co-author of the study and a doctoral student in education at Ohio State University. “There’s a disconnect between students’ claim that Facebook use doesn’t impact their studies, and our finding showing they had lower grades and spent less time studying.”

The university reported that science, technology, engineering, math and business majors were more likely to use Facebook than students who are studying social sciences and the humanities. The survey of 219 Ohio State students only asked about Facebook and did not focus on other social networking sites, like Myspace or Twitter. Facebook, which just turned five years old in February, had nearly double the number of global users last December as rival and longtime market leader Myspace.com Inc. Just last week, Facebook itself reported that it was hitting a major milestone: It had captured its 200 millionth user. The Ohio State University study found that 85% of undergraduates use Facebook, while 52% of graduate students had accounts. It also found that Facebook users, who generally studied between one and five hours per week, had GPAs between 3.0 and 3.5, but nonusers, who studied 11 to 15 hours per week, had GPAs between 3.5 and 4.0.

Don't like the built-in sounds? No problem. Simply pop in your own SD memory card loaded with MP3 files to use your own sound effects and music. The Personal Soundtrack Shirt remote has buttons from 1 to 20, each can play a different sound. The filename of your MP3 file determines which button will be used to play the sound. So if you name your file "03.mp3" it will play when you hit the "3" button on the remote. If you add an "L" to the end of the filename your sound will loop until you stop it. So "04L.mp3" would play when you hit button "4" and loop endlessly until you hit a new sound or the pause button. Got it? Remember... all this is optional. If you don't want to add your own audio files you can simply stick with the 20 built in sounds. Full instructions for loading your own sounds are included in the package.

Play Music from Your iPod or other Portable Audio Player
The Personal Soundtrack Shirt can also play sound from your portable audio player through the speaker on the front of the shirt. Simply connect your portable audio player to the audio "input" jack on the battery box of the shirt and power it on (you will need a male-to-male headphone cable, not included). The Soundtrack Shirt amplifies your music and you can use the volume control on your portable audio player to control the volume level of the shirt.
