Traffic building is the strategy to increase the visitor number for your blog or site. Link building is the strategy for getting the link or the tactic of creation the connection among blogs or sites. These are the important things in search engine optimization strategy.

In internet marketing business, the community and partner trust is very important to build the popularity and become famous. There are lot of method and strategy in building the community and friend with the reason for getting Backlink from them.

You can use the forums, social bookmarking, discussion site, and other social media to meet the new friends. By introducing your self ( or blog ) to the community, your new friends will see your niche in the first time. So, try to use the avatar or picture which is relevant to your niche. Then they will visit your blog to know you more. If they found that your site has lot of information and good enough, they will be your readers.

After you got enough introduced your self to the other, you will found that your traffic is increase, but it’s just for a while. To be able for your blog listing in the first page of search engine result page ( SERP ) which have big chance to get a visitor, you need the good rating in the search engine like Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, etc. Each search engine has specific way to index and reputation rating measurement. For the example: Google use the rank called PageRank to give the rating for the blog or site.

To get good Pagerank in Google search engine, you really need a bulk of link ( Backlink is better than crosslink ) and enough data ( word or keyword ) in your blog or site.

It’s a hundreds tips and tricks to reach a high PageRank, and it’s quite long word and time to explain now. So, I will expose and explain to you these tips and tricks one by one in my next articles.

Driving Traffic and Readers from Contest

I know that the contest in blogging and internet marketing is very familiar word for your ear. Most of them use the entrecard credit to attract the other blogger to participate in that contest. The contest always asks or demands some thing from you if you want to participate and try to win the reward.

Most of the contest created is to increase their readers and Backlink also traffic. The owner of the contest will ask you to subscribe to their blog, stumble upon them, reddit them, Technorati them, digg them, etc. Wow…. Nice way to drive traffic, but do you aware that you are cheated..?

Oke… if you want to join the contest means you build or resize the other blog or site. But what did you get? You only get entrecard credit for advertise your blog banner in the other blog. I can get lot of entrecard credit in one day, and I don’t want to get the readers by cheating them using the contest.

I ever participate in the contest before, but I only get a rubbish article from that site after I subscribe to them which are one of the requirements to participate in his contest. Finally, I decided to unsubscribe and put his blog in my rubbish blog list.

If you want to subscribe to the other blog, don’t do it because of you want the reward, but do it if you thing the content is nice and informative….

One of the SEO tricks to increase traffic is introduce your self to the others. But lot of bloggers doesn’t aware about this thing. Almost all internet user ( visitor ) and readers want to know who is writing and publishing the article which they thing is informative and nice. The visitor doesn’t want to be a readers for your blog if they not sure that the blog is not a dummy one, it’s why they search or try to find who is behind that blog or site.

I am really sure that almost all the expert and famous blogger putting their profile in their blog. This method is very useful to introduce who they are and can be influence the other blogger in social bookmarking to become a friend or follower.

You not need to worry about negative feed back from the visitor when you put your profile in your blog or site as far as your blog content is fresh and original. If you get a negative response ( not abuse ) mean you are in the first step to be famous… you can proof it.

By putting your profile in your blog, you will be famous in a short time. In addition to full speed in introducing your self to the others, try to used same profile and avatar ( your pic ) in other services like forums, social bookmarking, blog comment ( if available ), etc. You will see that your traffic will increase as well as your readers…

High Page Rank is the most important for your blog or site to make your site showing earlier in the search engine result page (SERP). How to have a high page rank? What should you do to have it?

The PageRank is the Google trade mark which is much related to the Backlink quantity and quality. Be remember, the quality of Backlink is more important than the quantity itself. More Backlink means higher PageRank for your blog or site. Another question is coming, how to get many Backlink?

There are a lot of trick and technique to get Backlink. The easiest way is to visit the other blog or site and leave your comment there if available ( see my previous post “ blogging target “ ). You will find that some blog use moderate comment / follow comment feature which make your comment could be rejected to show by the author. To avoid the rejection by the author, don’t leave your comment in simple word like “its great post, thanks” or “wow… nice post” or other simple word. The author will adjust your comment as spam or you are spammer then reject it. If you visit the blogs or sites which have the nofollow comment field, you can leave any word there without worry for the rejection.

First of all, you need to recognize yourself. Ask your self, what is your main purpose of blogging? What can you got from it? How do you reach it? ALL OF THE ANSWER IS ON YOU.

Be honestly, I am blogging for two purposes:

First, I want to know everything (positive meaning) for my knowledge and ability. I am really sure that I will improve my knowledge by reading (other blog) and ask the author if I confuse or found some thing strange for me. I just leave the question or my opinion in the comment field (if available). Hmmm…. in the same time you build the back link for your blog or site which can increase your blog or site page rank. In my word, I said “One for More”.

Second, it’s really nice purpose word, “Money”. In my view and belief, this purpose will follow when the first purpose above reached or growing together with it. When you learn about something new with you, I am sure that you will try to proof it. And the final result will be succeed ( earn money ) or not working. Do be afraid to fail, failure is the first step to succeed and the best teacher for your improvement of knowledge and decision maker skill.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the most important issues for the making money blogger to earn money from the internet through the traffic building. But, do you know how to the SEO work? Do you know how to improve it?

Keyword is the most important thing in Search Engine Optimization. If you want to make your post easier to find by the search engine spider and index it properly, you should make your title of the article clearly and using the popular keyword. Don’t forget to repeat your keyword in the content of article liberally.

You should put the keyword in your article content especially in paragraph one and two, because it’s (the first two paragraphs) will appear in the short preview on the search result by the search engine. The responsive visitor will read the short preview first before they are interest to visit your blog or site.

The other important things to be considered are naming the image files or anchor with the keyword. By linking your keyword to the other reference pages within your site (called Crosslink), you will help the search engine to index it as keyword. It will make your own keyword recorded in the search engine… hmmm……

The last trick is to provide the link to or from the other external site which has relevant topic with your article ( called Backlink ). These methods based on the search engine spider navigate by link. SEO is the acronym from “ Search Engine Optimization ” and also the abbreviation for “ Search Engine Optimizer “. I am the blogger who is working in the regular job in the day time, and I use my evening for blogging. My plan is getting enough income or revenue from blogging, and then I will focus to enjoy blogging by retiring from my day job. I think that you have the same wish like me….

In my short time experience about writing the article, I got loss of my idea some time. It’s happen when I am far away with my laptop (when I took a dinner with my friend, playing with my son in the pool, meeting with my colleague, cooking, etc). I have tried to remember it, but I still lost them.

I decided to bring small book with me to every where I go even to the restroom (hehehe…). When ever the idea comes, I recorded into my best friend (small book). Then put them (ideas recorded in the small book) into my nice table of next article list.

I write about that idea or thing when I unoccupied or back to my laptop. This way is really useful for me in accordance with my condition. I am sure that you know better about the way to get an idea and keep it safe from losses. Please advise me with your better way of blogging ….

Search engine is the program that searches the document or the article or the information and indexes it into their list with specific keyword for easier finding. In other word, Search engine are the special site which help the people to find the information in another web sites.

Search engine work by sending out the “spider” or crawl to the sites to collect as much as possible the information or document or pages there and the “indexer” will read these information then create an index which is base on the word (keyword) contained in the document or page. When an internet user enter the query ( word or keyword ), the engine will examines the index and provide the list of the matches pages or document which is normally provide short preview of the pages or documents and give you the link to the origin pages. Search Engine held and indexing millions pages even more for the top search engine and response to billions queries per day.

Search engine used by the blogger to introduce his/her blog or site to the internet users. The bloggers only need to submit their blog or site to the search engine for indexing. Then the search engine will crawl their blog post or information from their site and put it into the index. So, the other bloggers or internet users will find the post easily. The more search engine means the easier to internet user find you that finally more traffic or visitor...

There is lot of search engine with free submission available now. Hmmm….. What are you waiting for….? Just hunt them (search engine), and submit your blog there……………

I am so bored and have no mood to write about something today. I decided to read my own article in my own blog to get the inspiration. I found that there is one comment leaved in one of my article Feed Aggregator from other blogger which mention his name as Aslan.

He just leave a simple message there, “I think it’s a great post“. Maybe for the some blogger think that it’s just the ordinary comment. But for me, it’s one great support and measurement for my motivation for blogging. I really appreciate his comment and try to visit his blog for knowing more about him from his article. I learn that he have a few number of article which the latest posting was on May 2007 (nine month ago).

I think (perhaps that I am wrong) that he is one of many blogger (beginner) who is down because some reason and need support or motivation from the other (especially blogger) to wake up. In my understanding, blogging almost have the same meaning like trying to tell, talk, share, communicating, also questioning the readers about something in your mind or idea. Maybe Aslan not get a good response from the readers which breaking his motivation as a blogger. It’s only my opinion and not has the meaning that wants to heart him.

As a beginner blogger, I feel that we need to support and motivate each other to make the best effort for whatever the purposes of blogging. Sharing the knowledge and experience among the blogger will build a strong community which is finally will impact the quality of the article and also blog (visitor, traffic, etc).

In my understanding, we need the other blogger support or help us to be the best blogger which has excellent blog or website.

SO…. Please support me to support the other blogger. LET GROW TOGETHER FOR BETTER FUTURE………. (I am waiting your response…)

Blogging Way for Writing the Article

According to my experience, writing the article which has good quality need some thing to be considered. I am really sure that lot of blogger writing the article for his blog because of the requirement for increasing the number or article and maintaining the blog purpose. But actually the result will be the article with poor quality.

As all of us know that our readers or visitors want to read or see the article which have lot of information and fulfill their demand. We must stand on that requirement if we want our readers or the visitor still back for our next article, otherwise they will never back because of our egoism.

First of all, you need should be in good health to have good mind or thinking. The inspiration and the memory will be in the best condition when you are healthy. Can you image how to write the article when you are sick..? (Guys, this is not war…. Hehehe)

Second, make sure that you also in good mood or not in emotion forcing by something, its will make you focus on what you want to write about. If you are angry, your emotion will come to your article, and the result is some of your readers or visitors will fell that you are not respecting the other ( maybe including them )

Third, use your time for writing when you got new thing or new understanding to share with your readers. Please avoid writing about something that you don’t know, otherwise your reader will learn that you are screw up and they will leave you… ( hopefully not….. ). You can read the other site article or just take some relax with some tea and snack when you confuse about the thing you want to write…

Finally, review your article several times before you post it into your blog. I am really sure that you will add or remove some word there. That good… its will make your article better than before. But remember, you must in three conditions above when you want to review your new article…

Trackback Meaning and Traffic impact

I am very sure that the word “Trackback” is familiar with you. But do you know what is it?

Trackback were originally developed by SixApart, creator of Movable Type. Trackback is almost the same like ping. The differences is the Trackback let the other web site or blog know that you have updated (normally posting) your blog that contain the link or references to the other website. In another meaning, Trackback is a feature that allows you to let the other sites know that you have linked to them, and also lets you know when the other sites linked to you. Track back are used also to facilitate the communication between the blog, and requires either blog or site to be Trackback enabled.

Is Trackback useful…? Yes, it’s really useful. Trackback can build link and relationship among the blogger without directly leave the message in the comment field. Here’s the sample:

1. “I” write the article about something in my own blog,
2. “My friend” read my article and wants to comment on it. But in the same time he want his readers to see what he had to say and his readers able to comment on his own blog.
3. Then my friend post on his own blog, and send a Trackback to my blog.
4. My blog receives the Trackback, and display it as comment. This comment contains the link to “my friend” post or blog.

So, this method will give you more which are the additional link to your blog and also the number of article in your blog in the same time. In other word, it will be forcing blogger or visitor from the other sites to visit your website to know your own blog entry which has the same topic. They (reader or visitor) come with several purposes (read, critic, compliment, etc), this means will increase the traffic or visitor… hehehehe….

Upss…. You must remember, “Lot of interest mean lot of challenge” (according to my understanding). Normally if you put your Trackback feature on active position, you will have to deal with spam and spammer. Yeah.., it’s really nightmare.

Lot of the famous site deactivates the Trackback on their post with the reason of bandwidth consumption because of spam or spammer and also some reason there. How about you…?

I can’t recommend to you for activate the Trackback on your post, all of it is depend to you….. You want a n additional visitor or traffic and choice to deal with spammer, or just leave it for little bit relax without disturbing by the spam or spammer…

Ping in Blogging

Ping is short for “Packet Internet Groper” which is one of the most important utility or computer network tool for blogger.

Basically, it takes the same system like sonar in submarines which is sending the sonar waves when looking for the object and wait for the return wave. Ping is used to test whether one computer is connected to the other computer or the target computer is reachable by sending the ICMP ( Internet Control Message Protocol ) echo request packet and listening for ICMP “echo response” reply from the target host ( computer, routers, etc. ). That were a lot of function of ping.

For the Blogger , Ping is used to inform the ping servers that our blog was updated ( new post or updates an old one ), then the ping server generate a list of blogs that have updated. The blog aggregator use the result from ping server to tell our subscriber which item on their subscribtion lists have new post or update.

I think, all blogger want his/her new post get the widest possible publicity as fast as possible then the other (user or people) will easy to find or knows his/her blog which the final result is high traffic of visitor. The way for achieving it by trying to ping as lot as possible the server or blog aggregator. But you not need to worry, many blog authoring tools automatically ping the server for you. In this case, your effort will be the key for the best result. Have a nice challenge……….

Today, lot of people is blogging. But do you know what the basic thing in blogging for? According to my understanding, I am blogging to make conversation to the reader and sharing the knowledge and improving my skill with the support from the other. I want my post to be commented, track backed, circulated, and debated.

I need the question to answer. When I have the question which I cannot give it the answer, I will find out the answer from the other source. When I found the answer, my skill/knowledge improved in the same time.

I aware that there are a few of people who have the same way of thinking like me. And only some people want to help the other for better future.
Do you a person who is in that little number with the unique way of thinking?

Feed Aggregator is software or hosted applications that collects feed from various sources and display it in one consolidated page or view. Feed aggregator also known as feed reader or simply as an “aggregator”. The information which gathers from the sources is the new information published from the different source. The aggregator may also license to a collection of journal from many different publisher.
The feed aggregators ( also referred to RSS aggregator ) reduce your time and effort in visiting your favorite website for updates. You only need to go the website/blog once time and subscribe to the feed; your aggregator will do the rest for you. Aggregator with podcasting capabilities can download media file automatically. Unlike the other recipients of some pushed information, the aggregator user can very easy to unsubscribe from the feeds.

There is two kind of feed aggregator: Web based aggregator (online) and desktop/software aggregator (offline).
Web based aggregator (online), allows the people to subscribe to feeds online and reads feed in a web browser. The user which was connected to the internet can access the aggregator because the application is available via web. These are some example of the web based aggregator: Google reader, Bloglines, Planet aggregator, Amphetadesk, Newsknowledges, etc.
Desktop/Software aggregator (offline), is software program installed locally that update when feeds updated. These are some example of of the desktop/software aggregator (Windows): FeedDemon, FeedGhost, internet explorer 7, SharpReader, Windows Live Mail.

RSS, Short for ‘Really Simple Syndication’. RSS is a technology that is being used by millions of web users around the world to keep track of their favorite websites. Many people describe it as a news feed that you subscribe to. The RSS is the technology that provides you with a method of getting relevant and up to date information sent to you automatically in your email as soon as it was published. So, you can read it in when ever you like without return to the website. The RSS is very useful than the old days system like ‘Bookmarking’. ‘Bookmarking’ system is the manual tracking of the update on a website which is forcing you to return to the website regularly to see what have been added.

Why is RSS better than the ‘bookmarking’?
There is lots of problem or weakness with bookmarking. You as the web surfer had to do all the work for the updates and will be complicated when you are trying to track many websites in one time. You also in the risk of missing the information when you forget to check your bookmarks and also you end up seeing the same information on sites that don’t update very often and will impact to useless of your time.
The RSS like your assistant for collecting the information and let you know every time the update was happened. It’s mean that you never miss the important issue or information from your significant information source.

At the first time I used the RSS, I can feel that the RSS is very useful and saving my time in reading and tracking the update from my favorite websites. I am not the person who is always in internet network covering area; let’s say that I am the adventure person. With the combination between POP3 feature in my email hosting and the RSS, I can read the update from my entire favorite websites in the top of the mountain or in the middle of sea when I am traveling to some area. I just need a few minutes connection to the internet for downloading the receiving email (from feed reader), then I can read it offline.

There are lots of methods to subscribe to, but I will tell you the easiest way like what I have done. Many sites enable you to subscribe to RSS feeds via email which you can see in my sidebar. There is a field where you can enter your email address to get daily email of my latest post. You can unsubscribe at anytime you want. Your email will kept private and will never used for any kind of purpose than to send these daily updates.

Note: For the people who is in the country or area which only have small internet covering area, the combination email agent software (pop3 enable in your email hosting) and the RSS is very useful and effective. It will enable you to read the updates from your information source website at anywhere in your own time.

HTML is short for “HyperText Markup Language”. It’s the predominant markup language for webpages, and text file containing small markup tags. The markup tags tell the web browser how to display the pages. You can create the HTML file by using the simple text editor like Notepad (windows) or Simple Text (Mac). Then you can save it with the extension .htm or .html

To explain about the details of HTML tags, it will take long article for that purpose. And will spend a month just to write about it. To be an expert in HTML, it’s need time and patient for learning about the HTML. These are the websites which will be useful for the detail information and lesson about the HTML:

Becoming A Success Blogger

I really want to be a success person on internet business. I want to have the big revenue (passive income) in my life with only putting a simple ideas and knowledge in place. I also want to see the other person around me to have nice life and happy days. I think everybody have that desire also. But how can I make it?
When I was a child, I see lot of people making money from his/her computer by writing and doing some trick only. With lot of knowledge, skill, relation, ability, and some tool (computer, good software, and internet connection), they can make their revenue in big scale. I have a dream to be a person like them. That is me when I was child, but I am not a boy anymore. I am a man now, I optimist that I can be a success man.
I try to find out in the internet about “how to make money online”. Then I found lot of website/blog explains about that purpose. I also found that there is lot of forums which is discussing about that. I felt that I am in front of the door to make my dream to be real in my life.
First of all, because I am not a programmer and not really understand about the website programming, I begin this project by creating a blog (what you see now). This project aspirated by some websites and blog which was I visited.
They (website/blog) are explaining about the basic thing which is needed to be a success blogger. The first important thing is a talent. You must consider about your talent when you want to start creating a success website/blog. The important talent in blogging is “intelligence”, and your pleasure. You will not be success if you against yourself, just follow your feeling with positive thinking.
The other basic thing needed is a decent functional understanding of variety of web technologies. You need to now which basic technologies are “key” to start a success website/blog. These are some basic technologies as significant:

Yes, that was a lot for learning or to be expert of them. I don’t want to make you shock, but that is the things you must understand if you want to be a success blogger in monetizing your blog/website.

All of us know that the traffic is very important for the website value and internet marketing. And we also know that the SEO rank is depending to the level of the traffic on the website. The way to introduce or expose the website is submit the website into the submission website/directory. But after the submitting of the website, there is one question will come to us. How to make the people interest to visit our website when we publish the post…?
For me, keyword and the nice word for the title is the first answer. Try to choose the word which will make the people anxious to find out about the content or the neat of that title. It will give you good traffic to your website.
The second thing, the title must use the keyword which is popular in the search engine. This kind of method needs the keyword master ability. Of course it’s not easy and need kindly of big effort.
There are lots of website which will guide you to be a keyword master. You also can learn by reading the other blogger title or learn the technique for making the article title from the article title in magazine. Remember….. There is lot of website or PPC program which is offering the good stream of income. But most of them not guide their member how to maximize the earning. Lot of kindly method to write or creating the article, but there is a little article which is valuable and has good content. This is because lot of blogger need to write the article to maintain their blog, but they don’t know what will their writing there. Lot of blogger said that we need to write around 15 articles with 250 – 750 words to publish it in a week. This is a strategy for generate more search engine traffic. For the beginner, they will ask himself about how to make it?
Of course it’s not easy for the beginner. But reading lot of other blog article will make you have the idea about what you will write in your next article. Don’t give up to early, there is a place for the beginner blogger who is have strong spirit to be a famous blogger there.
Be understood that the audience need to know who you are, and what you want to share with them. So, allowing the people to know who you will makes it possible to build a relationship with your audience. That will make your audience like you or your article. When they know who you are, they will feel very close to you and will wait for your next article. Make your audience as your friend, and feel free to develop yourself in the same time with your audience.
By this way of writing method, it’s will make better communication between you and your audience. More communication means better connections with your audience, which mean more repeat traffic and more referral traffic.
Never feel that your article is not valuable, but you need to think how to make your next article to be more interested to your audience. Please be focus to your audience need…

You know that the traffic is very important thing for a success blogger. All the blogger wish his/her blog have high traffic for the better dealing with the advertiser. There is lot of kindly method and things to get the high traffic for the website.
For building or increasing the traffic need the passion and big effort. One of the ways to made it is creating lot of article with nice content which will interact the readers. Some of the blogger did in bad way to reach the huge content for his/her blog to get the high traffic. They use copy paste system to make the article in their blog. For me, it’s really not respectfully and really bad method.
The best way to make the article is reading the other website article and makes your own article based on the article you red from the other websites. Thing way is more proud and praised than stealing the other persons articles. Lot of blogger ( beginner ) use this kind of method to make the article for their blog.
The other thing you need to focus is about the title of your article. You must think about the word which will make the reader want to know what did you wrote there. This thing is very close to the keyword and tags. So, choice your nice word and be remember that the title must make the readers feel different.
To write the good value of the article need the feeling of human being. You must think about your audience need and purpose. You not need to have lot of article, but you must have a good quality article if you want to have high traffic. Strong content is universally valued. Of course it’s not easy to create the article like that. But in the long run it generates lots of the long term referral traffic.
All of us know that there is lot of contains in the internet already, but there is always a place for the content with good quality to stands out form the crowd. Be remember again, each time you write the article, you must focus on writing the best content you can.
The long term strategy for increase the traffic by creating the article with was very useful in long time. Maybe some of the website write about what is happen now, but are the readers will read it in another 3 or 4 years later? You know better than me about this thing.

What is Scam?
Scam is the program or the website which is only spending your time or money. Here is the characteristic of scam.
1. The program or website which is always asks you to pay for processing fees or other clerical fees.
2. The program or website which is doesn’t giving you enough information or you must pay for the information. You should be able to ask question to know everything about the program for free.
3. The program or the website not has the forum or the page for placing the question or communication with them.
You can check the program or the website which was you think a scam with searching the information in the other website to make you easy to build your scam list.
Perhaps this information will help you to avoid the scam. I will try to inform you in my other article.
