Motivating from within

In their whitepaper on the evolution of Motivation Theory the team at Results Plus identify four broad groups of individuals in an organisational context: Internally Drivens (10% of employees), Supporters (50% of employees) , Comfortables (30% of employees), Uncommitteds (10% of employees). The 'internally drivens', in my view, constitute the most interesting group and are the focus of this article. Due to their high internal drive they can be a real asset when it comes to implementing new initiatives and increasing motivation.

I like to keep abreast of new developments related to project management so I try to read as much as I can on the subject. Journal papers (mainly for my Master's research) and a lot of online articles and blogs....
