Mogo Zoo

Our last day on the south Coast, we spend the day with Coco , starting with Mogo Zoo I never thought I would be going to a zoo outside of the major cities, so now we been to Dubbo zoo and today Mogo, and not a bad zoo at all, not as massive . but still plenty to see, and a nice zoo love the colour of this guy looks like a cheeky bugger :-) lots of these around and you can hand feed them big hit with the kids of course
these on the other hand are not to be hand fed.
there were two of them, and pacing up and down non stop, why, because they have just gotten big sheets of glass as a barrier, so we can see them quite easily, but they can also quite clearly now see the herd of Zebras behind us, and I guess they are trying to work out how to get to those Zebras

Mystery Bay the next day

Just had to come back to see it in daylight
lots of nice colours form all the moss on rocks as well no sand here just pebbles and moss covered rocks let's call it Mysteries Pebbly beach we're all photographers now love those flattened shells, would make nice buttons This is how we get smooth rocks and flattend shells

so many many shells on this pebbly beach that right hander trying to do it, and am thinking about it :-)

Mystery Bay on dark

We are staying at the lovely Mystery Bay Cottages, and at the end of the road , Mystery Bay, and as you can see, not a surfing beach with all those rocks ( but a beach called 1080 around the corner is where its suppose to happen ) bit of swell around too I can see people enjoying their walk along here

after we check in , we quickly get down to this other track that leads from the cottages to another beach right next to Mystery Bay trying out the camera's high ISO setting, it's pretty dark right now works ok ( be better if I had camera on a tripod ) works even better with Jacqui's video light :-)

A visit to Peter's Deer Farm

Just near Talba lives Coco's grand dad, so we pop in for a visit and he has a deer farm nice to get amongst all the deer, not wild, but not tame either Male and herd competition he has a couple of pigs as well and they love choko's ( you know, as in McDonalds sell you apple flavoured Choko pies ) curious fact, that hide/fur on a pig's back is so coarse, very hard this how we roll on Pete's property :-)

Tilba Valley Winery

pretty little cabin on dam, check the pine tree growing on the island, few more years and that should be an awesome tree in the middle of the dam big dam being fed by a little waterfall

time for lunch so we stop of at Tilba Winery the girls pre occupying them selves with my phone

they been making video recording, well I hope they are , and not playing some game their mum wouldn't want them to :-) after lunch we head of to Peter's place all these colourful beehives caught our eye hmm, must buy some local honey before we leave.

Cute little town, Tilba, classifield by the national trust as a historical village shame it was a drizzly grey day so we do a little bit of shopping and sight see-ing

nice outlook I want me a couple of those for my house :-) How cute is this B&B at the entrance to the town would have loved to have seen the inside of it

We spot an scenic river with nice looking boulders, so pull of the highway and straight spot a water dragon lizard, scurrying away in this shot The old bridge in background, love a river with lots of boulders

as we drive on to Mystery bay, no spectacular sunset this evening
instead some impressive rain clouds

our place for thew night, we should have stayed at least 2 nights, but as we are coming to the last part of our trip, the rest of the crew are keen to get back home.

We all would love to spend some more time here
