Too much blogging

I just want some of you to know that at times I don't have a life, case in point, it is now the next day, late in the evening, the sun is setting, and this is the first time I set foot outside , because I been on the computer all day , blogging all the pics from Trieste, so yeah, wish it did not take me so many hours to put everything on the blog

Trieste to Rome

But the window was really scratchy and dirty

So yeah, with the sun on the damaged window , this is what happens and it is hard to shoot around it

Osmizza

My last day in Trieste, and unlike last year, am not staying on, renting a car for a road trip to Slovenia and Croatia, instead, thanks to the mini cooper cars, I head up in the hills for an Osmizza
What is that you ask, well I don't know 100% sure yet, that's why I'm going to find out
My curiosity started last year when I saw a bunch of branches strung together and hung upside down
This was an indication that a local farmer was selling his wine, and you could go there and check it out, hang out and drink wine, well, what are we waiting for :-)
Really nice lush land up in the hills above Trieste
So here we are in one of these Osmizza's, nothing fancy, just straightforward. And wine from tap, no bottles, so it is not a rich red wine, but more like a very easy drinking wine, and it is enjoyable to drink especially when you can sit under the vines Add some bread and a plate of prosciutto and we're set ( all this for under 5 Euro, perfect )
I could come here again for sure
but
Can't stay too long, as I need to get back to the hotel, check out and head to the airport Trieste, great place, can you spot the Savoia hotel I am staying at Packing the mini, sharing a ride with Makiko Takahashi as we are on the same plane to Rome
The ever so helpful and charming Barbora comes to bid us farewell ( ok, not the best pic of her, as she has the sun in her eyes and is squinting so sorry about that ) But yeah, she made sure all the press were looked after and got to theri rooms ok from the airport/trainstations and off again all on time, Good job
