30 Overhead Walking Lunge w/ 10kg plate&lt;br /&gt;
15 Dips (Bench, feet elevated)&lt;br /&gt;
*Plate has to be locked overhead with straight arms. &lt;br /&gt;

*Back knee has to touch the ground to count as a rep. &lt;br /&gt;
