Nếu để ý bạn sẽ thấy nhiều khi chúng ta rất cần một vật dụng nào đó nhưng không biết tìm mua ở đâu, hoặc chúng quá đặc biệt đến nổi không có ai có thể sản xuất với số lượng quá ít. Còn nếu tự làm thì quá mất công, tốn nhiều thời gian và đôi khi phải liên lạc với quá nhiều người.&lt;br /&gt;

Nhiệm vụ đó sẽ trở nên đơn giản hơn rất nhiều nếu chúng ta có thể tiếp cận sử dụng máy in 3D. Đó là điều mà chúng tôi thấy rất đúng khi cần phải làm một đế đỡ các cuộn nhựa cho máy in 3D của chúng tôi. Số là các cuộn nhựa ban đầu được đặt nằm ngang. Nhưng kiểu đặt này chiếm quá nhiều không gian và rất thường làm kẹt dây. Đặt mua các đế đỡ này thì quá tốn kém. Thế là chúng tôi nghĩ sao lại không thử vận dụng máy in 3D để tự chế tạo cho mình dùng. Kết quả rất mỹ mãn, đế đỡ này hoàn toàn giải quyết hai mục tiêu mà chúng tôi đã đặt ra ban đầu là tiết kiệm diện tích và giảm thiểu tình trạng kẹt dây.&lt;br /&gt;

When personal 3D printers become more ubiquitous we'll begin to see brand-named print material showing up at the big box stores. But that hasn't happened yet. &lt;b&gt;Access to 3D Models&lt;/b&gt;: We all can imagine the difficulties the general public would have trying to learn one of the professional 3D modeling software tools, so that's just not gonna happen. There have been some tremendous steps forward here, namely Tinkercad and similar web-based tools, but they don't yet offer the modeling sophistication we think necessary for broad adoption. A simple, effective and cheap 3D scanning solution may help here.&amp;nbsp;There are a few places one can obtain quality 3D models, but it's just not big enough to satisfy the needs of the general public yet. The good news is that every 3D printable model created going forward will add to the growing mountain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

There are a number of safety concerns regarding personal 3D printing that must be sorted out over the next few years. Some of these barriers are overcome by using a 3D print service, but not all. However, we suspect there will always be a psychological tend towards owning your own device, if it actually works for you. In other words, a lot of people will work to resolve all these barriers. Sự mặc nhiên công nhận một kết luận là đúng mà chưa được chứng minh là một điều không thể chấp nhận được với các nhà toán học. Do đó họ đã vào cuộc và bước vào một lĩnh vực còn khá mới nhưng còn đầy tiềm năng để khám phá là in 3D. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Giáo sư Alan Branford ở trường Đại học Flinders thuộc miền nam Úc đã viện dẫn đến định lý Fubini để chứng minh rằng kết luận trên là đúng.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Định lý Fubini cho rằng: "bất kỳ vật thể nào có n chiều đều có thể được thể hiện bằng một chuỗi các lớp hình dạng (n-1) chiều".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tuy tôi không thể kiểm chứng chứng minh là đúng hay sai, nhưng nỗ lực dùng toán học để chứng minh một kết luận phổ biến trong lĩnh vực in 3D như đề cập ở trên rất đáng được ghi nhận.&lt;br /&gt;

Đặc điểm của việc thiết kế mới các mẫu thời trang là tính chất đơn chiếc. Để tạo ra các mẫu đó nhà thiết kế thường phải tạo ra chúng một cách thủ công. Công việc này đòi hỏi rất nhiều thời gian và công sức. Đôi khi có những chi tiết không thể tạo hình bằng tay do tính phức tạp của hình dạng hình học của các mẫu thiết kế. Để khắc phục các nhược điểm đó, các nhà thiết kế đã bắt đầu quan tâm tới công nghệ in 3D vì chúng cho phép họ rút ngắn thời gian tạo ra một mẫu thực tế, đồng thời họ có được sự tự do cao hơn nhiều khi thiết kế trên máy tính. Việc tạo ra các biến thể của thiết kế cũng trở nên đơn giản và nhanh chóng hơn nhiều.&lt;br /&gt;

Điều đặc biệt là xương hàm này được tạo ra từ bột titan và dùng công nghệ in 3D. Sở dĩ phải nhờ đến&amp;nbsp; công nghệ hiện đại này là do bệnh nhân đã có tuổi, có thể gặp nhiều nguy hiểm nếu sử dụng các biện pháp phẩu thuật tái tạo thông thường.&lt;br /&gt;

Bệnh nhân đã có thể về nhà sau đó bốn ngày. Hàm nhân tạo này nặng hơn một phần ba hàm thật, nhưng bác sĩ nói bệnh nhân không gặp khó khăn gì để thích nghi với khối lượng tăng thêm này. Ưu điểm của phương pháp này là xương hàm nhân tạo hoàn toàn vừa khít với cơ thể của bệnh nhân, giúp rút ngắn thời gian phẩu thuật rất nhiều. Cấu trúc của hàm nhân tạo cũng được làm rất phức tạp với nhiều hốc rãnh để phục vụ nhiều chức năng về sinh học như tạo độ bám cho cơ và không gian để các dây thần kinh và mạch máu phục hồi. &lt;br /&gt;

Và khi khả năng của công nghệ in 3D càng mở rộng thì càng kích thích nhiều người sử dụng đến công nghệ này hơn. Và cứ thế tác động hỗ tương này đã và sẽ tạo ra đà phát triển vững chắc cho ngành công nghệ còn non trẻ này.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Gần đây các nhà khoa học Canada đã nghiên cứu thành công việc in 3D với chất liệu là nước đóng băng. Để in với chất liệu này, họ đã dùng Shortening Methyl Ester (SME) làm khuôn đông lạnh cho từng lớp nước. Lớp SME này sau khi in xong sẽ được lấy ra bằng cơ học hoặc cho tan trong dầu hỏa. Việc in 3D được thực hiện trong tủ có nhiệt độ -13 độ C, còn đầu in được giữ ở nhiệt độ 20 độ C để duy trì dòng chất lỏng không bị đóng băng.&lt;br /&gt;

Các vật được in ra có độ phân giải khá ấn tượng.&lt;br /&gt;

- Designers are more flexible and have more freedom in designing high complex parts, which can make parts both light and strong, and optimized physical properties like airflow for jet engines.&lt;br /&gt;

- Materials are not wasted, which results in less cost and is better for environment.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Inventory can be kept low because parts can be produced at any time with no extra cost.&lt;br /&gt;

- Improved version of parts can be quickly made to meet technical requirements upon testing on the field.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Some identified shortcomings of 3D printing technologies: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

- Speeds are too slow. It needs to improve as much as a hundredfold to compete with conventional methods.&lt;br /&gt;

- Range of usable materials are too narrow. Only a couple of plastic and metal compounds can be used today.&lt;br /&gt;

- Quality of printed objects are highly unpredictable. Mechanical properties of different prints have high-level of inconsistency. Interlayer stresses and porosity are two major factors that causes those problems.&lt;br /&gt;
