mysql_connect(): Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server

it's quite easy: you have to use normal root account as you/ve registered while installation process or, for sure, change password settings for root, then:

1) login as root with correct password to mysql console
2) enter command
SET PASSWORD FOR peter@localhost = OLD_PASSWORD('something');"

BUT!:
There is something strange for me: first time I entered command, it failed, and after changing database (use my_db) and entering it again everything was OK. The "mysql_connect(): Client does not.." doesn't appear. I don't know why because in PHP API mysql_select_db() is made after successfull connection...

Terdapat beberapa alasan mengapa kita perlu untuk melihat maping suatu domain beserta sub domainnya. Salah satunya adalah melihat kelemahan dari suatu web atau celah-celah bug server yang tujuannya untuk mengetahui user dan password suatu sistem.

Dalam hal ini, kita coba menggunakan tool sederhana yang biasa digunakan untuk maping DNS yaitu DNSMAP, untuk sourcenya dapat di download

Sebenarnya program dnsmap hanya dapat digunakan pada sistem operasi berbasis unix, namun jika komputer/laptop anda menggunakan windows, jangan diganti dahulu, anda dapat menggunakan CYGWIN untuk menjalankan perintah-perintah linux di windows. Cygwin adalah sebuah lingkungan seperti Linux untuk Windows.Terdiri dari dua bagian: A DLL (cygwin1.dll) yang berfungsi sebagai lapisan emulasi API Linux menyediakan fungsi API Linux substansial.
Sebuah kumpulan alat yang memberikan tampilan dan nuansa Linux.

Pertama yang perlu dilakukan adalah instalasi cygwin. Untuk panduannya bisa anda lihat di link ini Tutorial Instalasi cygwin

Kemudian jalankan program cygwinnya dan copy source dari dnsmapnya ke c:/cygwin/home//, setelah itu ikuti perintah berikut

$ gcc -Wall dnsmap.c -o dnsmap
$ cp ./dnsmap /usr/local/bin/dnsmap

Setelah instalasi dan konfigurasi selesai coba jalankan perintah untuk melihat subdomain dari suatu domain, misalnya itb.ac.id

Saya rasa banyak pengguna printer epson terutama jenis LX300, 300+, 800, dan lain-lain yang bingung atau tidak tahu bagai mana cara mengeset ukuran kertas agar bisa menggunakan kertas continues form (kertas yang nyambung terussss....) karena default ukuran kertas dari windows tidak ada seperti ukuran kerta 7x10 cm....
nah maka dari ini saya mengulas sedikit mengenai cara dari mengeset ukuran tersebut ke windows XP.
step:
1. instal driver sesuai dengan jenis dari printer epson, saya menggunakan LX300
2. pastikan driver terinstall dengan sempuna alias sukses
3. masuk ke control panel
4. pilih printers and faxes
5. klik menu file (diatas pojok kiri atas)

6. klik server properties
7. tab forms
8. nah pada menu form on : bla bla bla...., klik satu ukuran semisal 10x12cm
9. kemudian check list (beri tanda centang) create new form
10. beri judul atau nama pada ukuran tersebut, saran saya beri nama sesuai dengan ukuran yang anda buat (biar lebih mudah ok)
11. masukkan ukuran yang anda mau buat pada kolom widht (misal 7,00cm) dan height (misal 12,00cm)
13. kemudian klik save form
14. kemudian klik kanan icon printer LX anda (punya saya LX300)
15. pilih properties
16. klik printer preferences
17. klik advance
18. paper size (masukkan ukuran yang anda buat tadi) trus klik ok, terus ok lagi
19. klik tab device settings
20. masukkan ukuran yang anda buat tadi di tracktor feed, manual paper feed, sheet feeder, kemudian klik ok
21. nah sekarang anda coba untuk test print apakah printer anda sudah berjalan sesuai dengan yang anda inginkan???.

Boot your BartPE/WinPE from a USB Flash Disk Drive! Also supports USB HardDisks.

PeToUSB is a GUI Win32 application that will partition, format and makebootable to XP/W2K3 a USB Flash Disk (UFD). A lot of utilities that say they can do this, actually can't.

PeToUSB does not make the device DOS bootable, it makes it 'XP' bootable (ie: the bootstrap code will look for NTLDR).

A lot of improvements have been made since version 2. Check the change log for details. But in short its more compatible with more devices, and easier to use with more functionality.

New Features/Changes:
o    Rewrites the MBR code just in case its corrupted.    This option can be disabled if desired.
o    On Removable media, the partition is completely rewritten.
o    Backup/Restore MBR.
o    View disk information.
o    Assign drive letters.
o    Automatic notification of device arrival/removal.
o    Now supports WinPE builds as well.

To make a UFD bootable requires it to be formatted to FAT16, the partition set as bootable AND the volume boot sector id to be set to 0x80. If all this is done the UFD should be bootable on any system whose BIOS can boot to USB-HDD. Some UFDs partition tables have been set to a starting offset of 32 sectors, this will not be bootable under USB-HDD. It seems that USB-ZIP requires this, USB-HDD requires offset of 63 sectors.

If your UFD still won't boot after this type of format then either your UFD's chipset isn't capable or the BIOS on the system you are trying to boot is either set incorerectly or incapable of booting to UFD.

But PeToUSB does more than just make a UFD bootable. It will also copy all the required files from a successful BartPE build, to the UFD. The all that remains is for you to boot the stick on a system.

Instructions
------------

Build you BartPE/WinPE installation. No need to check the 'CD Record' box.
Insert your USB stick into the slot.
BACK UP ANY DATA, BECAUSE WE ARE GOING TO FORMAT IT!
Use Tools/Backup MBR to make a backup of the disks MBR. (This can be restored later if things don't go as excpected)
Remove any security options on the UFD as this will mess up any booting process.
Extract PeToUSB.exe from it's zip archive and run it.
First we want to select the USB stick (Destination Drive). In the window check your USB stick has been recognised. There is a drop list containing all the detected removable disks. If you can't see it. Then click the 'Refresh' button. Make sure you select the drive that you want to use.
Next we want to get the path to our PE installation. Click the [...] button and choose the path. The 'OK' on the Browse Dialog will not display until you select the correct folder. Next we want to choose our options. For the first run we need to choose:-
Enable Disk Format
Enable File Copy (if you are only wanting to format then leave this)
Now we are ready to format the drive and copy the PE to the stick. Click 'Start' button and answer any confirmation boxes.
Copying the files to a UFD takes a lot longer than to an IDE drive. So don't worry about it taking some time. Just watch the progress bar for an indication of how long it will take.
After successfully completing the above operations. Your stick is now ready to be booted on the target system.

Gambaran untuk eksperimen (masih berhubungan dengan tulisan sebelumnya GAmmu dan CentOS: menggunakan lebih dari satu modem)

Aplikasi akan terdiri dari 3 modem. Setiap modem terhubung dengan sebuah database(smsd0,smsd1,smsd2)

Terdapat satu database (smsdMaster) yang menghubungkan semua database modem.

Begitu ada pesan masuk pada salah satu modem, selain tersimpan pada database modem, juga akan tersimpan pada databaseMaster.

Pesan akan didibalas melalui modem tertentu sesuai dengan persyaratan yang dibuat.

Langkah-langkah untuk eksperimen

1.dari tulisan sebelumnya kita memiliki database smsdMaster, smsd0, smsd1, smsd2

2.buat trigger pada masing-masing databse untuk memasukkan data secara otomatis kedalam databse smsdMaster.buka sqlcommand pada databse yang bersangkutan dan buat trigger

Sudah anda mengenal atau menggunakan Greasemonkey? Greasemonkey adalah sebuah add-on bagi Firefox (dan produk mozilla lain, sama seperti themes) yang mengaplikasikan sebuah script (tepatnya javascript) ke sebuah web yang anda kunjungi, mulai dari mengubah warna, tema, tulisan bahkan melakukan aksi otomatis seperti login dan download.
