Or Answer your Phone! <p>I took a client out to show a property&nbsp;2&nbsp;days ago - &nbsp;and prior to showing, I pulled the MLS sheet to make an appointment and the showing instructions were clear.....Knock first, Lock box combo is ... and leave a business card.</p> <p>Reasonable enough.&nbsp; With the plethora of available properties to show, having a seemingly easy access property is actively seek-ed and welcomed.&nbsp; There is nothing like LISTING agents not answering the phone when they KNOW that they have active listings out there.</p> <p>Well, my client and I went to the property and tried to gain access........The code does not work!!! Mind you, I called the agent prior to going just to confirm the LBX combo code, but did not get an answer; my client really wanted to see it so I went anyway.</p> <p>I called (and text-ed) the listing agent while outside the property....no answer, no return call. I called the agent's office....sorry, we can't help you...call the listing agent. AAAARRRRGGGHHH!</p> <p>Really?! We have to get more professional than this guys.
