New ordinance means later hours for some businesses

The Wellington Village Council approved, in a split vote, to extend opening and closing hours for business within 300 feet of homes, which means they will now be able to open at 5 a.m. as opposed to 6 a.m. and stay open until midnight instead of 11 p.m.
